Pokoje duże i czyste, duże wygodne lóżka. Część kuchenna spełniła nasze oczekiwania, wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było😃. Nawet stół kuchenny można było rozsunąć, tak aby 5 osób swobodnie mogło jeść posiłki. Dodatkowym atutem był dostęp do dwóch toalet co przy większej ilości gości jest istotne. Ekspres do kawy był zakamieniony wiec nie mogliśmy z niego korzystać. Pilot do telewizora nie zawsze "współgrał" z telewizorem. Biorąc pod uwagę pozytywy tego miejsca nie miało to aż tak dużego znaczenia.

• Katya Grace (9/5): Perfect apartment for our needs - The apartment was perfect. It was clean and had everything my friend and I needed. The location was excellent. I would 100% book the apartment again if i returned to beautiful Krakow. The address of the apartment is wrong. My friend and I were looking for number 8, when it was in fact 12. We spent 45 minutes trying to work this out. In the end I called the host and asked for a photograph of the outside of the building. We then found it! Also, when pressing the code on the front door, you must press another button before and after. This would have been helpful to know.

The apartment was spacious enough for all of us and it was nice to have a kitchen and living area so we could relax together after exploring the city. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around Kraków, especially to the Old Town and nearby attractions. The check-in process was simple and the instructions were clear. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. It worked perfectly for a small group trip like ours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for friends or small groups visiting Kraków.

• Bradley (10/5): Spending four days in Kraków, Poland, was a memorable experience, and a large part of that was due to the wonderful apar - The bed looked ordinary at first glance, but the moment I lay down, it felt incredibly comfortable. The mattress was soft without sinking too much, gently supporting my back and shoulders. As I settled in, the blankets wrapped around me like a warm hug, creating a cozy cocoon that made it difficult to imagine getting up again. The pillows were perfectly fluffed, allowing my head to rest in just the right position. They felt cool and smooth against my cheek, and every small movement seemed to make the bed even more comfortable. The sheets were clean and soft, brushing lightly against my skin with a soothing texture that added to the relaxing feeling. Soon, the outside world seemed to fade away. It is spotless and the amount of storage is excellent, It is designed excellently. The towels are fluffy and it has a warm feeling to it. The instructions to enter were really easy to follow and it was easy to find. 10 mins walk from the station. Nothing. It was excellent.

Well located, close to the train station and to the city center. The address on the Booking app and the one shared in the check in instructions were different and we got confused when we first arrived. Thankfully both are close to each other, so we only had to walk 5min to reach the right address.

• AURELIE (9/5): Bel appartement, pas de mauvaises surprises, conforme. Rapport/qualité prix respecté. Ne rien changer! - Propre, conforme à la description , son rapport qualité/prix. Ne changez rien. La localisation. L’équipement lave-vaisselle, lave linge, four, placards partout pour le rangement. Température de l’appartement très bien. Et chauffage d’appoint pour le petit plus. Le premier nécessaire, papier toilette, sopalin, éponge, Top! Ascenseur très bien au Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et nous avons mangé principalement à l’extérieur donc ça a été, mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de vaisselle. Pas très grave pour un court séjour. Manque quelques torchons peut-être. Il faudrait changer une des chaises qui était cassée à notre arrivée. Un petit micro-ondes serait top! Pas grand chose à dire, se sont que des bricoles qui ne nous a en aucun cas gâché notre escapade. Ah si! Juste bien préciser au voyageur lorsque votre façade est en rénovation car nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir beaucoup les fenêtres pour aérer c’est surprenant! Vaut mieux prévenir je pense.

• Luis Manuel (4/5): Apartamento no se ajusta a la publicación - La ubicación está muy bien, próxima al centro turístico de la ciudad Las imágenes del apartamento no se corresponden con lo publicitado. El sofá cama que debería ser para dos personas está en tan malas condiciones que solo puede ser usado por una persona, viajamos cuatro personas por lo que tres tuvieron que compartir la misma cama. La terraza estaba inutilizada por trabajos de mantenimiento de los que no fuimos informados en ningún momento.

• Olesia (10/5): Всё было супер. Прекрасное общение от хозяина. Хорошее описание как вьехать в дом. - Тихое место, уютная квартира. Близко есть магазины и базар. Очень легко пешком дойти до центра города. Но также есть остановка трамвая. В квартире было все необходимое: полотенца, посуда, одеяла, утюг, фен. В квартире также есть электрический радиатор. В наш приезд проводились ремонтные работы фасада дома, то уже в 8 часов утра шумели работники. Но этого ты не можешь знать за несколько месяцев, поэтому ничего страшного.

Lavori in corso sulla balcone, con rumori dalle 8.00 del mattino, TV non funzionante, capsule del caffe non presenti ( nella descrizione dell'appartamento è presente). L'host ha lasciato caffe istantaneo, e macchinetta del caffè senza caffè. Nessuna disponibilità per late Chek out anche a pagamento, nemmeno 30 minuti. Telefono dell'host spento, non risponde a WhatsApp ma solo a mail. In caso di emergenza sarebbe stato un problema.

• Roberto (9/5): - En general todo muy bien. La ubicación a 15 minutos del centro y a 10 del barrio judio. La cama y el sofá cómodos y de limpieza también muy bien. Solo que faltaba algún utensilio en la cocina para nuestro gusto y tuvimos un contratiempo con la clave de entrada, creo que debido al traductor. Por lo demás todo bien

Всё очень понравилось.Мы приехали немного раньше,нам разрешили оставить вещи в апартаментах.Очень приятно было когда стояло пять бутылочек газированной воды,чая,кофе.Полотенец достаточно.. Не хватает зеркала в коридоре.Когда одеваешься, нужно идти в ванную, чтобы посмотреть в зеркало.И большой салатницы, чтобы сделать салат.А так всё отлично.

We went to Poland to be happy, to relax, and to travel, but every morning at 7:15 a.m., we were woken up by the sound of a drill and a flamethrower, as if people were working inside the house! Then, curious, we opened the balcony door and saw, indeed, a man with a flamethrower on the balcony! My child was traumatized! The entire apartment was covered in plastic, leaving no windows or other space for air to enter the apartment. We reported this to the landlord, and he only apologized but offered no solution! He should have moved us to a decent apartment or found a hotel! It's completely unethical and immoral to even consider making money from this apartment under these circumstances! We lived with a man with a flamethrower on the balcony for five days; it was like something out of a horror movie!My 6-year-old even captured the horror he experienced in a picture. I'm adding a photo!

• Leen (3/5): - De omgeving Dicht bij alle interessante bezienswaardigheden. 4 dagen in het appartement verbleven.4 dagen in de koude gezeten, Temperatuur binnen 6 graden. Elke dag gemeld en er zou iemand komen om de verwarming te herstellen.Is nooit gebeurd.Buiten -5 graden en niks geïsoleerd dus pittig koud om daar te verblijven s'avonds.Blij dat we er enkel s'avonds en sbachts moesten vertoeven. Geen aanrader dus om in de herfst en winterperiode dit appartement te huren!

• Ruth (9/5): Una estancia muy buena - En general nos encantó todo. Muy limpio, cómodo, silencioso, perfecto para descansar después de todo el día de visitas turísticas. Nos asignaron un apartamento más retirado del centro que la ubicación original, a unos 15 minutos andando del centro (éramos 7 personas). Aún así, una estancia perfecta.

• DOERLER (9/5): Je recommande ce logement sans problème, supérette à 200 mètres et le centre très vite à pieds. - Bien placé, propre. Seul chose, très chaud ( qui n'est pas un drame ) en soi mais on aurait aimer avoir un notice pour baisser un peu la température sinon super logement je recommande rien
