Badge d'accès et ascenseur vous mènera au dernier étage où vous attend un service d'accueil serviable et efficace. L'appartement est complètement refait à neuf avec goût, grand, sur 2 étage et complètement fonctionnel. Situé idéalement au coeur de Budapest, il vous isole du bruit des rues du centre qui vous offre à proximité, restaurants, boutiques... D'ici, Budapest peut être découverte à pied si vous le souhaitez, Sino n les transports en commun sont à proximité. Rapport qualité-prix que je conseille.

- ELİF (6/5): - - Tesiste daha önce farklı bir odada kalmıştım ve çok memnun kalmıştım. Ama ne yazık ki bu sefer kaldığım odada WC ve yatak ayrı kattaydı. Aşağı kattaki Yatak mutfak dolabının önündeydi. Duş çok küçük minimaldi. Odalar tesis içine baktığı için alt katta cam ve perde açamıyorsunuz. Bu nedenle havasız ve karanlık oluyor. Karanlık olması yetmiyormuş gibi mobilya ve yer döşemelerinde koyu kahverengi yapılmış. Huzursuzluk veren bir odaydı:(

- NOSKA AMALK (10/5): - ביחס למחיר ששילמתי שזה סך הכל משהו כמו שתי מנה ללילה זה ממש תמורה טובה למחיר זה קומה רביעית בבניין במרכז הרובע היהודי קרוב לכל דבר ועניין ממש מצויין זה קומה רביעית זה מתחם שיש שמה כ-15 דירות כאלה להשכרה זה שתי קומות כל מבנה יש מדרגות ביניהם לא הכל נראה כמו בתמונות אבל זה אותו קונספט יש למעלה מקלחת למטה שירותים. אבל הכל נקי שמור ומסודר ונוח לא להכל יש נוף לעיר הוא נסע לזה נראה לא לאילת לצפון לצביקה אומר שהוא נסע

We did not know that the apartment containes two levels:The upper level is with a double bed &Shower,and down is a living room with sofa and toilet.When we were up and needed toilet it was necessary to go down. Not convenient. Especially at night!!

- Stefan (10/5): - Savrsena lokacija apartmana, sve je na par minuta peske. Apartmani su okrenuti ka dvoristu pa je mirno kao da ste na periferiji a ne u centru. Cisti su, lepi, grejanje odlicno, kuhinja je opremljena sa svim potrebnim stvarima, domacini gostoljubivi. Sve je savrseno.

- Katia (10/5): Consiglio vivamente a tutti di scegliere questa struttura, ottima per la posizione, per la pulizia e anche per lo staff, - Tutto Tutto positivo, l’unica pecca che non c’era una scopa con paletta, sarebbe stato carino trovare in casa un po’ di olio per cucinare e il caffè in cialde essendoci la macchinetta ( ma lo abbiamo comprato ).

- Gentian (9/5): Excellent location - The location was excellent and the room facilities in general were very good. The matresses and pillows were not that comfortable. Plus the warm air was not centrally controlled and it was very hot during the night.

- nuria (8/5): Muy buen apartamento pero si tienes algún tipo de problema no sé si lo solucionarán - La ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza y es muy tranquilo a pesar de estar en el centro, la temperatura era algo q me preocupaba algo ya que esos países son muy fríos pero estaba todo el día encendida la calefacción y se podía ir por la casa en manga corta Cuando nos enviaron el mensaje de confirmación había q pagar un 40% por un link que te mandan y el otro 60% en efectivo allí. Nosotros les pedimos el favor de pagar el 100% por el link y en principio me dijeron q si, q me mandarían otro link cuando y estuviera allí. La sorpresa me la llevé cuando llegué y no quisieron mandarme el link y me dijeron q fuera al Banco a sacar efectivo. Si ellos me llegan a decir desde un principio que no, yo habría llevado dinero desde mi casa, me hicieron perder el tiempo y obviamente la comisión del banco.

- Bea (5/5): - La ubicación excelente El apartamento no estaba demasiado limpio a pesar de que le habíamos confirmado al anfitrión que éramos alérgicos,la cama del piso de abajo tenía polvo debajo de la misma de mucho mucho tiempo. Además las escaleras que subían al piso de arriba eran complicadas de subir con niñas de tres y cuatro años,de hecho yo me caí por ellas y me hice un daño considerable. Tampoco había persianas y al amanecer tan temprano era complicado dormir después de las seis y media de la mañana.

La ubicación es totalmente céntrica. La única pega aunque ya lo sabíamos x otras opiniones el tema del water, arriba ducha y lavabo, abajo water y lavabo. X la noche es incómodo para los que duermen arriba ademas de lo que cruje la escalera despertando a los de abajo

Il residence si trova in una zona centralissima e ha nelle immediate vicinanze caffetterie, farmacia, mini market, pub, ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e si possono raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni. Che dire è stata veramente una splendida esperienza, se dovessi ritornare, sicuramente sceglierei la stessa struttura!

- María (8/5): Muy buena ubicación - La ubicación es inmejorable. Y un puntazo que tenga cafetera. Hacía muchísima calor en la parte superior del apartamento dónde estaba el dormitorio por calefacción central ya que la del apartamento estaba apagada. Se comentó con el anfitrión pero no notamos diferencia, tuvimos que abrir el ventanal para poder dormir.

El apartamento esta muy bien, solo un pero es como un duplex, y arriba esta lavabo y ducha y abajo esta lavabo y váter y resulta un poco incomodo si vas con amigos..
- Aikaterini (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο και εξυπηρετεί πολύ τις μετακινήσεις. Πολύ κοντά σε στάση για το λεωφορείο Airport express. Πολύ καθαρό, πολύ ζεστό , ανακαινισμένο. Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.

- Foulques (8/5): Très bonne expérience - L’emplacement, la chambre, la cuisine. Le personnel est très sympathique. Petit souci de chauffage, impossible de diminuer la température à l’étage. Nous avons également entendu le chauffage des voisins semble-t-il
