- Daria (10/5): - Замечательный небольшой отель с тремя индивидуальными горячими ваннами (онсен) с термальной водой, ими можно пользоваться без записи круглосуточно - дверь открыта, значит свободно! Очень горячая вода! Традиционные красивые номера, бесплатно предоставляют юката. Как приветственный бонус дали бутылочку холодного молочного коктейля в номер, после ванны то, что нужно! В номере есть Sega поиграть. В отеле также сервируют традиционные японские завтрак и ужин, интересный опыт! Красивый парк поблизости. Одной ночи в отеле было мало! :)

- Anna (10/5): Perfect stay - We spent there really amazing time! Clean, very comfortable room, amazing breakfest, we also loved 3 onsens on-site and common living room space. The staff was extremly helpful, they allowed us to check in 40 mins early and when we were leaving, due to heavy rain, they offered us a car drop off to the bus station, thank you so much!! Everything was great.

- Shitou (1/5): - 永田屋に宿泊させていただきました。 スタッフの皆さまがとても早朝、5時過ぎから朝食の準備をされている様子が伝わり、そのご尽力には頭が下がります。 一方で、お部屋は昭和の雰囲気が感じられ、趣があるとも言えますが、寝具についてはやや年季を感じる部分があり、もう少し快適さが向上するとさらに良い印象になるかと思います。 また、共用の温泉浴室については、清掃のタイミングがやや行き届いていないと感じる場面もありましたので、改善されるとより気持ちよく利用できると感じました。 全体として、スタッフの方々の努力が印象的なお宿でしたので、今後さらに快適性が向上することを期待しております。
- Carly (10/5): Lovely and relaxing stay. - We upgraded to the Annex twin room, and it was highly worth it! I would describe it as a little town house with two levels. The main floor had a small living room, private onsen bath with a shower head next to it, and a vanity sink area. Upstairs was a loft-style bedroom with two full-size beds and a toilet room. The living room had an old-school Nintendo which my husband loved. We had breakfast in the hotel one morning which was very authentic Japanese style. The staff were very friendly and kind. The walk to the main area of town wasn't bad at all, although it is a bit hilly if you have any mobility concerns. My husband has a size 12 shoe, and there weren't really shoes to fit him at the main hotel area. But the staff were very apologetic and kind. I think anyone over 6'2" will have trouble finding clothes and shoes to fit them!

- Jasmine (10/5): We really love it and would highly recommend it to everyone else. - We booked the private building for our stay and it was very comfortable where you enjoy your peace and space. The staffs were exceptionally hospitable and able to communicate in English. We really love our stay and would really look forward to going back again. There’s quite a steep slope to walk back from the main onsen town, just have to take it slow. You can also arrange for a quick transfer service from bus terminal to the property which is about 3 mins away by car.

- Danielle (8/5): Great family stay! - Love the retro vibes of this stay. The quadruple room came with a super famicom so that was fun to play! We also really appreciated the staff accommodating to our meal request, and their overall friendliness! The dinner and breakfast was really delicious and comes with a lot of food, plus free rice refills! Although there’s no public onsen, we actually really preferred the private ones - my favorite was the wood one because it smells like hinoki! It isn’t as close to the main parts of Kusatsu as other stays, but it is still a walkable distance! You do have to climb uphill both ways.

- Moka (10/5): 最高 - お部屋がとても綺麗で快適でした。 温泉が貸切で入れるので落ち着いてゆっくり入ることができました。 そして、とにかく宿の方皆さんがとても優しくあたたかく接してくれていて、荷物を届けてくれたり、湯畑までの道でアドバイスをしてくれたり親切な対応に感動しました。湯畑からは山道で少し大変でしたが、それを感じさせることのないくらい素敵な宿でした。また絶対ここに泊まりたいと思います。
- Rory (10/5): Wonderful Ryokan! - We had an incredible stay at Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya, the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the private hot spring baths, they were also very convenient to access. The room was spacious, clean and warm, and the beds very comfy. I enjoyed playing retro Nintendo games on the famicon. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delightful and the mackerel was perfectly cooked. One of my favourite stays of our holiday.

- tammymom (9/5): - 包棟民宿真的出乎意料的舒適，我們一行人五大兩小都很喜歡，民宿內就有溫泉可使用不用出門超讚，小廚房方便 在預訂時看到的地址跟實際上包棟民宿的位置有點距離，對於沒有租車的旅客來說會有點不便，但民宿老闆提供聯繫他們就能來接駁載去雪場或是老街，也是彌補了不便！

- Victor (10/5): A magic place that feels good. - Very close to the center of the village, this place is just amazing. There are 3 indoor hot baths available 24h for guests, and even some rooms with private indoor hot bath inside the room. The food (breakfast and dinner) are so delicious. The staff is very friendly. They arranged us shuttle rides to the ski resort and to the bus station. Our stay was just Perfect. Best experience in Booking ever.

- HONG-HENG (10/5): - 在草津溫泉這邊, 離預想的景點有段美好的距離, 能夠悠閒地走過去. 而且一定要買他們的餐點. 不管是早餐還是晚餐都是超頂級的享受. 來到日本就屬這邊的餐點是令我想了又想的食物. 房間和溫泉和電視還有電動都是滿分. 可以只有10分可以打. 不然一定是超過10分的
