• Hany (9/5): we enjoyed to stay in this hotel. - The breakfast was amazing with many choices of Indonesian food. The hotel clearly supports Indonesian culinary for the guests. Amenities were good and we can get water from a dispenser outside the room. It was such a nice service that the guests don't need to ask for water from the hotel as the tap water in Indonesia was undrinkable. The parking lot for cars was limited so the hotel offered free valet parking. It was fine as long as you don't leave anything there. When you need to get something from your car, the hotel guy will give the key and you find the car by yourself.
• KARINE (5/5): on ne reviendra pas - La gentillesse du personnel et le confort du lit La clim ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons eu des moustiques toute la nuit et le petit-déj’ était très moyen ce qui explique la note de 5. De plus, nous sommes arrivés en avion à 20h30 très difficile de trouver un restaurant ouvert et il n’y a rien dans le quartier très excentré.

• Pyf (7/5): Acceptacle Short Stay - the location is near to shopping mall. the room is spacious and the bed size is huge. the water pressure is strong even at floor 10. the staffs are friendly and attentive. the aircon system is slow and takes longer time to cool down the hot room. the bathroom lighting need to be improved, no lighting at the shower side. very limited parking spaces.

• Aaron (7/5): Good value - Breakfast was fine. Room was clean The beds are very uncomfortable at these hotels. The springs do not ccompress evenely so you wnd up with them digging into your side or back at night. Im heavy so it is more severe. Lightweights probably wont have an issue.

• T.jv (8/5): great location, decent small room, pretty nice breakfast - Clean room, very strategic location, the breakfast is more than I excpected (pretty good for the price). Check in and check out processes were done swiftly. The room is considerably small, which is understandable due to the location and price. Yet, I hope the furniture arrangement wouldn't be so hard to make space for prayer. The angle is a little bit difficult for praying position (the room was on the 5th floor, right wing). Also, I booked twin beds for 2 persons, but the amenities were only for 1 person.

Very friendly and kind staffs. Parking is limited. No plastic bag or liner for the bins. Some details cleanliness can be improved.

• Widhi (8/5): Nice hotel for transit - All stuffs are packed in a limited space: the bed and bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable, and we can get a sightseeing of Surabaya at night. Plus free breakfast, I think it is worth for money. The location near the road and other hotels or shops which created a bit noise at night. It is no problem though, coz we just stay for a night transit before our departure to Lombok.

• Tenderstone (7/5): Overall it is good - The location, only 2 minutes walking distance to the mall. The staffs were also very helpful & friendly. The cleaness need to improve The shower 🚿 need to fix so that water flow better Breakfast is very basic
• Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointing hotel - I find the hotel quite disappointing. The taxi driver who took me to the hotel told me that it's quite a new hotel so I was quite surprised that the room I stayed in has shown a lot of age. I booked a room with one double bed. The room itself is very small. There wasn't much space left between the bed and the wall. The room itself was clean but very minimally decorated. It wasn't the cheapest hotel around so I think the price it has asked for is expensive for what I got.
• HadesZeus (6/5): If you need fast wifi , this hotel is not for you! - Room is quite clean and good, your bed is superb, bathroom is nice but the exhaust fan is not working!! Then please fix your wifi. We cannot connect almost the time we spend in hotel, once connected, the connection is really bad and weak Overall is so-so.
