• Verified traveler (4/5): Party building on a party street. - The apartment was in a great location, clean, cute, and had all the furnishings we needed, but that's about all good I can say about this stay. Because: 1. Had to wait 1 hour for instructions on how to enter the apartment after calling that we've arrived and are ready to check in. 2. No parking on site. 3. Had to climb to the 3rd floor with suitcases and little kids. 4. Located on a noisy street. When we closed the windows, the noise from the street was much lower but the apartment got stuffy and hot. 5. It's definitely not a family friendly building. There was a party above us and bunch of drunk and loud people were walking up and down the staircase, yelling, RINGING OUR DOOR BELL AND BANGING ON OUR DOOR form 11pm till 2 am. Our kids were freaking out and we got hardly any sleep. 5. Pillows are 1 inch thick. It might be good location for young people who stay up late and party, but if you need to rest in peace and quiet look for someplace else.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Excellent location - Large appartment, spotless, excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the main square.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - I can't really review this property as when we arrived it resembled a building site, with work men tiling the balcony area outside of the door to the apartment we were supposed to be staying in. The staircase leading up to the apartment also lacked lighting and had cables running down the hand rail. As we had our children with us we refused to stay in the property and after some heated discussions with the receptionist (based at another property 10 mins walk away) they eventually agreed to put us in another property all be it approx 15 mins further away from the old town. The apartment we eventually stayed in was very nice however not what we booked. My personal view is that the property managers are taking booking despite the apartments not being fit to stay in and then leaving the reception staff to deal with the fall out.
• Rene José (8/5): Enigmatico - Fiz a reserva acreditando ser hotel. Mas é um apto com cozinha completa, sala, TV, lavadora de roupa, etc. o problema maior é o acesso ao apto com bagagem e a localização para chegar. (Pois é uma área que não é permitido carros).
• georgios (6/5): Σχετικά καλό!! - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ καλή θέση. Πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία και στο κάστρο. Πρόσβαση από σκάλες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό. Το checkin γίνεται σε άλλη διεύθυνση σχετικά κοντά 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ και το βράδυ δεν είχε ζεστό νερό. Επίσης δεν λειτουργούσε ο απορροφητηρας μάλλον δεν είχε συνδεθεί ποτέ. Έχει στο ισόγειο σούπερ μάρκετ και πολλά άλλα μαγαζιά για φαγητό και ψώνια.

• Alina (8/5): - Overall it’s a nice stay noise can occur of a night time flat is clean and tidy no issue with the cleanliness.... The bed mattress is terribly thin and uncomfortable sofa bed is what to be expected from a sofa bed the same not the comfiest. Location is super for the shops, food & visitor sites Kraków is a beautiful city buzzing with people.

The work starts early but had little effect on our stay as we had early trips planned each day and returned after the work was completed. (5/9/19). The price of the apartment does reflect this as it significantly cheaper that other similar properties in the town. The location is great.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Sfeervolle accomodatie met centrale ligging - Zeer ruime studio op een perfecte locatie in het centum van Krakau; gelegen aan de hoofdstraat (voetgangersgebied) met alle voorzieningen in directe omgeving. De inventaris van de studio was modern en zeer compleet. Zelf een vaatwasmachine en een wasmachine waren aanwezig.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Loud constructions - Dirty towels ( called for new one). Very loud construction on the outside everyday, exept sunday. The workes starten really early and were really loud.The apartmept was okej but smal rooms.
• Anna (8/5): Nice apartment in great location - The property has a great location. The parking costs 70 z per day and located 2 min walk from the apartment. We had an apartment overlooking internal garden so it was very quite. Dis: not all appartments have an elevator. We booked 3 identical apartments...those on 1 and 2 flore did not have elevator and we were not informed before our stay. We also found out that baby coat has to be booked separstly (thogh in booking we booked for a baby) for 50 z and when we arrived there was no baby coat available. In general the apartment is nice but not spacious or delux
• Verified traveler (4/5): - El establecimiento no nos gustó, de hecho, no lo recomendaría ni volvería. Dentro de las opciones que tenía para alojarme en Cracovia elegí este establecimiento porque estaba muy cerca de la plaza, tenía microondas y supuestamente era insonorizado. De los tres requisitos sólo cumple el de la cercanía, los otros dos no son verdad. Lo del microondas se lo dijimos al chico que nos atendió y como si nada, caso omiso ( en las fotos y la especificación pone que hay microondas); la insonorización la especifican porque tiene dos ventanas, pero éstas son viejas y no hacen su labor, se oye todo; y la limpieza, es bastante deficiente: chorretones de grasa en el armario del cuarto y la cocina, estropajo usado y solo un lavavajillas medio usado. Por último, hay un ascensor en el edificio que la persona que nos abrió y nos enseño el apartamento no utilizó para que subieramos las maletas en él, no me digan la razón, pero hubiese sido un detalle teniendo en cuenta que nos alojabamos en el último piso.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Sijainti oli todella hyvä, huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja siisti! Viereisessä rakennuksessa työmiehet aloittivat joka aamu 6 työt ja kaikki meteli kuului huoneistoomme ja he näkivät suoraan ikkunoistamme sisään.. muutenkin asunnon seinät olivat pahvia.

• _ (8/5): - Appartamento bello, pulito e grande ma in struttura vecchia e maltenuta. Posizione perfetta e centrale, a due passi dalla piazza principale, dal castello e da altre attrazioni della città. Non c’è reception, ho comunicato sempre via whatsapp, quindi consiglio di chiedere alla struttura stessa via mail un contatto ATTENZIONE: secondo piano senza ascensore, brutta sorpresa per me che viaggiavo con passeggino
• Anders (10/5): - Hotellet var kanon, stora o fina lägenheter. Nära till stan, gångavstånd till allt. Enda nackdel och en STOR sådan var frukosten, vi var ett sällskap på 10st och första morgonen tog det bara 50 min innan vi fick den, andra så gick vi efter dryga timmen då bara 7 st hade fått frukost.
• Laurids (6/5): A good apartment - but horrible noise! - Every day from. 06.00 - 17.00 (except Sunday) there was a terrible noise from construction workers on the neighboring property only 4-5 meters across the street. It was horrible!
• Sandra (8/5): Snyggt o prydligt mitt i stan. - Helt perfekt lege, när till allt. Enga negativa var byggnadsarbetare på huset mitt emot. Men sådant måst få ske. Fanns öronproppar på rummet så det visa ju att uthyraren var berädd på bullret
• MrT (6/5): - Enkelt boende men låg mkt bra i den gamla staden. 1a rummet saknade helt wifi, kylskåpet var trasigt och det var 16 gr i rummet (rum nr 5). Mkt sent på kvällen kom man med fjärren till ac som gav lite värme. Rummet var trångt o tråkigt. Fick byta efter två nätter. Nästa rum (nr 14) hade ett knappt fungerande kylskål, men bra wifi o var större. Tyvärr glömde man berätta att huset två meter utanför fönstren helrenoverades. Man borrade och bankade för fullt fr 7-17. Detta pågår säkert fram till hösten 19. Reception saknades, men de var snabba på att reagera när hörde av sig till dem.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Flott beliggenhet! - Vi ankom seint, men fikk god instruksjon for å komme oss inn. Det var fine leiligheter, men noe mangelfullt sengetøy til antall personer vi hadde bestilt til. Alt ble ordnet dagen etter. Vi fant aldri resepsjonen men de var veldig service-minded og raske på telefonen. Beliggenheten var helt supert og deilig med en dagligvarebutikk rett rundt hjørnet. Det var imidlertid vareleveranser til denne butikken grytidlig på morgenen så det ble litt plagsom støy. Vi hadde alt i alt et supert opphold!

Apartment was on third floor for my eldery mother hard to get up , plus upon returning in the evening , with our phone light we found the light switch to be able to see stairs ,( as I mentioned above , lady rushed us at checking and these basic directions were forgoten to be shown to us ) Location of apartment is supreme . Sofa bed had dirty patches on so it was covered by blankets, above the window curtain rod was loose looks like to be dropped any minute . In the kitchen paper towel or any dish towel was missing. Above all we stayed only 1 night , average rating for the price paid

• Anni (6/5): Empty promises - The hotel was clean and peaceful. There is no reception at the hotel, so if there is some problems, you need to call them. We booked a tour to Auschwitz via hotel. A day before our tour, we called to make sure everything is ok, and it was. Actually it wasn't. So next morning we waited outside like they told us to do. After we had waited an hour, there were no driver or not even our reservation anymore. The hotel has made an mistake and they couldn't get us a new transport. It was our last day in Krakow, but luckily the tourist info near by the hotel arranged new transport to us and saved our journey. The hotel promised, we could get a discount because of their mistake. Not it is 3 months after our journey to Krakow, and we haven't get any money back. They don't even respond our e-mails. We really liked the hotel, but now we don't wanna recommend or book the hotel anymore. Everyone of us makes mistakes, but the key is how you handle them.
• alex (8/5): - we rented the property as disabled users and there were some difficulties. Access to the flat was awkward, and a ramp should have been provided for the 20cm step to the apartment - it was not, although we asked for one on arrival. Excellent access to city centre. Krakow is a lovely city! The salt mine experience was strongly recommended, and to be fair most people thought so. Basically an underground church - not the most thrilling part of visit. Auschwitz was an emotional, if very cowded experience

• Nathalie (8/5): Grosses Appartement mitten in der Altstadt - Das Appartement überzeugt v.a. mit seiner idealen Lage in der Altstadt und der stilvollen Einrichtung. Man hat viel Platz und es wurde an alles gedacht (Waschmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche, ...). Die Sauberkeit lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig (viele Haarbüschel am Boden, Abfall vom Vorgänger hinter dem Vorhang oder zerknülltes Toilettenpapier neben der WC-Schüssel).

• John (8/5): Hotellejlighed uden reception. Ring 15 mins. før? - Fin hotellejlighed i total midte af Old Town. Man føler sig velanbragt når alle de andre tusinder af turister skal finde hjem til deres hoteller udenfor Old Town. Morgen mad foregår 2 mins gang derfra på MINI CAFE - et sted der tåler sammenligning med Fawlty Towers. Men når man endelig får noget serveret (ikke nødvendigvis det man har bestilt!) er det veltillavet og velsmagende.

• sujeong (10/5): 숙소 이용 후기 - 사진에 나와있는 숙소의 모습과 같아서 맘에 들었다. 혼자쓰기에 넓었고 두명이서 써도 충분해보였다. 청결도도 벌레없고 시트 얼룩없이 깨끗하고 냉장고에서 냄새도 안났다.^^ 다만 계단밖에 없기때문에 짐을 옯길때 조금 힘들지만, 나 같은 경우에는 주인분께서 짐을 들어주었다. 친절하고 숙소에 대한 설명까지 해줬다. 위치는 구시가지안에 있어서 이동시간 단축도 된다.
• Britt L (8/5): Praktisk leilighet rett ved gamlebyen - Kjempeservice! Vi storkoste oss. Selv om det ikke var noe spennende utsikt, var det herlig og usjenert på terrassen. Ikke noe bråk, da leilighet var mot bakgården. Og på motsatt side av huset i hovedgaten, var det matbutikk. Kort vei til markedsplass og Wavel slott. Krakow er en fantastisk by!
• Mikael (6/5): Rymligt och centralt - Rymlig lägenhet med rejäla sovrum, perfekt beläget, som motsvarade förväntningarna rätt så bra. Ingen receptionsservice kan göra att servicen blir lite lidande. Dessutom är frukosten begränsad till ett par färdiga alternativ (som iofs kan kompletteras mot tillägg) och intas i ett närbeläget café där de inte har så bråttom, om man skall uttrycka sig försiktigt. En inte så passande kombination om man är flera (vilket man ju oftast är om man bor i lägenhet) eftersom caféet är litet med väldigt små bord.
