• Joyce (8/5): Nice property in OK location. - We were welcomed by Kormang at the property. She also came and cleaned each day and was very pleasant and helpful. Our driver was also waiting for us at the airport upon arrival. The location was a bit further away from shops, restaurants etc than we were expecting. The laneway was not very well lit when walking back in the evening. The property is quite dated and needs to renew bedding and towels.

• Graeme (9/5): A last minute surprise - great location - safe surroundings - a welcome greeting and friendly daily - Someone was waiting at the Villa for when we arrived - unfortunately got delayed at the airport so arrived later than anticipated, but still walked into the Villa to a smiling face, a cold drink, and property notes and instructions the only thing we didn't like was making our driver sad on arrival due to our delays in the airport - he tried his hardest, but you could tell he was tired, but still had a happy face, dealt with the bags, and had a quiet sigh when we asked if we could have a smoke before we left the airport.

The location was exceptional, short walk or bike to food, shopping, beach and night-life, yet tucked away in quiet corner. The pool was lovely and the two rooms amazing. A great stay.

• Chris_bne_aust (8/5): Tropical Vibes in a Great Location - Beautiful pool and tropical garden. Spacious, light-filled rooms and air-conditioning throughout. Central location on a very quiet street - with easy walking distance to Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Water pressure in both showers was very low - a shame because the sunken shower baths are lovely. But they can't be properly enjoyed with only a trickle of water. Linen - towels and bedding are quite old, discoloured/stained and in need of replacement.

She also lets me check in earlier than 14.00 which makes my life easier since we arrived at 11am that day. My family and I got to see that the rooms are prepared well and have some rest before starting our drive. Perhaps the address. The house number is not in the address given, so our driver has difficulty finding it even with google map. The villa sign is not prominent enough to guide us who has never been there.

• Gunnai (9/5): Great location, the food at the local restaurants and bars was superb always felt safe. - Our accommodation was in a great space, easy access to the shops and nightlife and in a very quiet location. The maid was so helpful, went out of her way to lend a hand, took care of our laundry and cooked us breakfast. The staff were amazing and have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation. We had all that we needed and enjoyed the hospitality of the locals. The only small issue was the seating around the pool, not comfortable.

• Lee (2/5): Bad experience - Myself and 2 other female friends stayed in this villa recently. Villa manager checked us in and left, very shortly after an electrician arrived to do a check on the lights. When we went into the bedroom there after we discovered a wallet and $1500 had been stolen. We then found out that no maintenance was scheduled. Villa manager took us in a taxi at our expense to a police station 30 minutes away then another station 30 minutes away because after speaking to the police at the first one in there own language it was decided that we were at the wrong station which seemed strange. Returned to villa on the first night of holiday at midnight after no dinner, not pleased. It's seems very odd that someone knew when to target our villa as we had not even unpacked. We too trustingly believed it was a villa worker. We were offered after 2 nights that we could leave the villa but still get a full refund, informed of this on our second night at 6pm when we tried to accept the offer at 730pm and arrange check out for the following morning the offer was changed and it was going to be that we needed to leave right away on that second evening and that it would only be a refund for 1 night anyway. This was our chance to re coup some of the loss. However the goal posts were shifted which was upsetting. No compensation was offered on request and I am unsure how someone knew exactly when to target us. Overall a very disappointing stay. I urge others to be careful
