- Laila (10/5): Hotel Petfriendly con suplemento - Atención y hotel perfecto. Pudimos viajar con nuestro perro, y comer con él en la zona de la terraza. Para mejorar aún más, se podría habilitar una pequeña zona de sombra en la parte tan extensa de césped artificial para poder estar con ellos. Todo bien

- Reboredo (8/5): En general muy buena experiencia - El restaurante estaba muy bien, y el personal muy amable. Había una chica marroquí, que era un encanto de persona, super agradable y servicial. Además todo estaba bastante limpio. Estaba en una habitación promocional, y era más barata, pero por la tarde era una sauna, ya que daba el sol de lleno, y ni siquiera con el aire acondicionado se aliviaba. Creo que deberían poner o toldos o persianas. Gracias.

Entra la luz del pasillo por debajo de la puerta, la luz de emergencia, la luz de la tele y las cortinas sin persianas. La gente maleducada que habla a voces por el pasillo y a cualquier hora.

- Stefan (6/5): Trotz extrem schlechtem WLAN und einiger Punkte , ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Auf den ersten Blick präsentiert sich das Hotel modern und zeitgemäß. Durch die Vorsaison (Ende April) war es angenehm ruhig, der Poolbereich war noch geschlossen und das Hotel wenig ausgelastet. Das Frühstück ist insgesamt gut und bietet eine solide Auswahl: verschiedene Eierspeisen (Spiegelei, Rührei, Omelett, gekochte Eier), süße Optionen wie Waffeln, Pfannkuchen, Churros und Joghurt sowie Brot, Toast und Baguette. Die Lage ist ein klarer Pluspunkt: strandnah mit sehr schönen Stränden und guter Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch der lokale Wochenmarkt (samstags) ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel sind vorhanden (gegen Gebühr). Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter José und Nasiba an der Bar. Beide waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und serviceorientiert – Getränke und Snacks wurden sogar an den Tisch gebracht, was sich deutlich vom sonst eher auf Selbstbedienung ausgelegten Konzept abhebt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und vermitteln durch ihre Größe eher das Gefühl eines kleinen Apartments. Die Betten sind bequem, zusätzlich gibt es eine ausziehbare Couch. Bei genauerem Hinsehen zeigen sich an vielen Stellen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Teilweise lösen sich z. B. LED-Leisten im Eingangsbereich. Die Gestaltung der Bar, Aufenthaltsbereiche und des Restaurants ist sehr minimalistisch gehalten und wirkt dadurch eher kühl und wenig gemütlich. Die Parkgebühren erscheinen überzogen (Hauptsaison 15 € pro Tag). Zusätzlich ist die Bedienung der Tore unpraktisch gelöst – die Druckschalter sind so angebracht, dass man häufig aussteigen muss. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig: -In den Aufzügen sind deutliche Putzstreifen auf den Edelstahlflächen sichtbar. Ein nachtrocknen der geputzten Flächen würde das verhindern -Die Zimmerreinigung wirkt insgesamt oberflächlich. Im Bad wurden Verschmutzungen (z. B. auf dem WC-Deckel) während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht entfernt, obwohl dies problemlos möglich gewesen wäre. -Täglich fanden sich fremde Haare im Waschbecken und im Badbereich, was auf unzureichende Reinigung hindeutet. - Bereiche wie hinter dem Waschbecken wurden offenbar gar nicht gereinigt. - Auch die Bodenreinigung im Bad war nicht gründlich (liegengebliebene Rückstände über mehrere Tage). Zusätzlich zeigt der Badezimmerspiegel deutliche Altersspuren mit beschädigter Verspiegelung an den Rändern. Ein weiterer klarer Minuspunkt ist das sehr schlechte WLAN im Zimmer – weder Arbeiten am Laptop noch Streaming waren zuverlässig möglich.
