Katrina (6/5): - We booked our room a week in advance of our arrival. The day of our reservation, we are driving to Atlanta and get a call that the room we booked was not in the proper price range and they needed to give us a different room. The differences in the rooms was it was mobility friendly, had no recliner, and had a tub instead of walk in shower. When speaking to management at the location they said it was not a down graded room that it had all the same options as the room booked on the site. The breakfast offered was only for the Werner Truck Drivers. They only offered coffee and tea for the other guests. You could purchase from their snacks if you wanted to. Room service only comes every 4 days, therefore if you wanted it sooner you had to request it. After one night our keys stopped working so we had to wait at the desk for someone to decide to come out of the office to redo our keys. Need designated smoking areas because while the building is non smoking, smokers were right outside of the door smoking.

This company would not switch me to another room because she said that she would sleep in it. She had a nasty attitude towards me because I called them out on their room.

awhat0425 (2/5): Not so kind. - One employee will switch you in and out of rooms and give your room away to another also if you have food and drinks in there because your still checked in to that room and coming back they will throw away your items and when you tell the front desk nothing will be done and you will be asked to provide receipts when you had already threw them in the trash and then housekeeping will start doing things like taking the bathroom trash can placing it on the table and putting your ice cup in front of the trash can and stay petty like that. Lila will ask you to your face if your checking out and you say no and she will still check you out and you lose your room and when given another room it will have pet paw marks on the walls not good for allergies. Not so kind at all.

Shuttle service is excellent and the bar b que areas in the back saw a lot of use! Clean and comfortable, close to food and Walmart and Kroger for needed items. Kitchens in most rooms makes staying here very nice and easy. Definitely looking forward to another stay when I am in the area!

I talked to Rakiem and le him know my shower wasn’t working. By the time I returned from running errands my shower was complete. The cleaning staff are hard workers with high ethics that have always kept my rooms cleaned with love and care. This hotel has a very high professionalism in managing this hotel and tending to its guest. This place should certainly be the model for other hotels in the region. Thank you for a great stay.

Tiara made sure fresh coffee was made every morning. Chelsea made sure we get our breakfast the night before. I want to say Terence trained his employees well!! terrencet353 (10/5): A Gem!! - Sure there's tons of hotels in the Lithia Springs area, but NONE of them come close to MyPlace. Terence and Felicia run a tights ship, and treat EVERYONE as if they are family. They're very helpful and maintain a light and joyful atmosphere. I've seen them step from behind the desk to help maintenence or housekeeping without hesitation (some people have a "not my job" attitude). Thats only because there's a constant stream of us truckers coming and going and housekeeping moves with nonstop urgency to make sure rooms are spotless and sanitized/clean. The rooms are always clean and tidy and fresh linens...and i mean you can smell the freshness!! employees,as well as the building itself, maintains a high standard of appearance and upkeep. I love the fact that everyone treats the hotel with the same respect and care...so much so that I've never seen nor smelled anyone abuse their Non-Smoking policy.
Verified traveler (8/5): - I do not understand why such a low rating. Our room was clean, even though it had a toilet smell.(no fault of anyone sh&t happens lol). The property was perfectly clean and stocked, everything worked nothing was broken. The staff was so so. 1 was really nice, the others didnt or couldnt careless about being happy or making you feel welcomed. The ONLY problem i had is being treated like i had a disease because im a smoker. I didnt like that attitude at all. Had to be 25' away from property or fined 300$ if caught. They should treat guest that way and because of that i probably wont return to My Place.. but take the smoking thing away it was a perfect stay and i would definitely stay again. They dont deserve a 3.6 star review in my opinion.

He was nice and full after getting my leg and ankle which is now severely swollen and the blisters just popped from the heads of the bites themselves. I was offered a discount for my inconvenience of 50%. I rejected and received a full refund. After waking up to this disaster, I attempted to call the lobby but the phone had no tone. Went downstairs and informed the clerk. The look on her face told me she wasnt new to this situation. She told us she could move us to another room, but that one side wasnt clean and that it is basically two open rooms with a bathroom in between. We then received coins to wash all of our clothing and I sacrificed sleep to do that. By the time laundry was done it was 730am. I did not get any sleep. It is now two days later and my leg has and is still going through hell. Turns out im allergic to bedbug bites and have been dealing with severe swelling, blisters, excruciating pain and insane itching. My foot is so tight that walking causes extreme discomfort. After looking at more reviews on the location I discovered that not even a month ago someone dealt with bedbugs as well. I sincerely hope my foot starts to improve because if not, im going to have to see a doctor and I can assure you that the bill is not going to be my problem. I have photos of everything.

All the staff was very nice, hotel and room was clean, however the room smelled a little musty. It was late and I didn't want to bother so I just dealt with it for the night, but felt certain they would have moved me rooms had I requested.

Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here unless you are a truck driver. - Front desk staff were friendly. I saw bugs (roaches)in my room on the second night of my stay and immediately took pictures and reported this problem. I was offered a room change which was not a feasible option given the fact that I was at work by the time I received this request. Furthermore, the shower never heated so I took cold showers my entire stay. I also did not feel comfortable with the 15 plus men sitting on the ground in front of the building smoking. This info has been shared with management and I have yet to hear from them.

Verified traveler (4/5): Truckers hotel - This is definitely a hotel for truckers...not families ...upon arrival, there were approximately 10 guys just standing around in front of the door...also when I opened the door to my room, the first thing I saw was crumbs on the floor in the kitchen area. Also the refrigerator was not clean.

CRYSTAL (6/5): Good but could be better - I had 2 rooms. One room had absolutely NO hot water....not even WARM....had to take 2 cold showers! The phone in the room would not work either.

HOWEVER, I realized when I got up the first morning that the shower had not been cleaned (there was actually a dirty wash cloth, used shampoo and conditioner in the shower AND the drain was full of long hair! (my head is shaved!)). I requested the shower be cleaned at the front desk. It was but they left the shower doors off of the track, which were nearly impossible to open and close (sliding on the metal base). I was pretty disappointed.

Aisha (6/5): Nice price - The room was furnished nicely. It was so comfortable after a longggg day. Although, I found ketchup stains and left over food grease on the table. You can tell no one cleaned the table. The shower, I found some loose hair and it just wasn't as clean as it could have been.
