- Robert (9/5): Lovely hotel, great room, a good night's sleep. - This hotel was the accommdation highlight of a motorcycle road trip from Bulgaria to the UK. Friendly staff, fantastic room - spacious, clean, lovely bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Decent restaurant & great breakfast the next morning. No alcohol anywhere on the premises. This is by no means a deal breaker, but a tipple after a long day on two wheels is always a treat!

- N&A (8/5): Leuk hotel met een mooi ligging, die wel hier en daar wat renovatie kan gebruiken! - De ligging van het hotel. De hygiëne en het eten was goed en de prijzen waren prima te doen! Personeel is beleefd en dat vinden wij zeker belangrijk! Tapijt op de vloer komt toch wat onhygiënisch over vind ik en dat je als gast moet betalen voor het gebruik van de wellness, die toe is aan een flinke renovatie. Bad in onze kamer kregen we niet volgelopen, omdat de personeel het badstop hadden gedomenteerd. Verzocht om dit in orde te maken, omdat het bad 1 van de reden was om dit hotel te boeken. Maar helaas ondanks het toezeggen dat ze het gingen maken, werd dit uiteindelijk niet gedaan.

- Svetlana (10/5): Comfortable stay in a great location - We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are large and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is great and quiet. Breakfast was very good. As hotel guests, we also received a 10% discount in their restaurant, which was a nice bonus. For a very small fee we were allowed a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience. The only downside was that the first room we received was connected to another room with an internal door. Personally, I find this uncomfortable when the guests in the other room are not people I know, and unfortunately the sound insulation was quite poor, so we could hear everything from the neighbouring room and it was difficult to rest. However, after we informed the reception, the staff kindly moved us to another room, which we appreciated.

- Miloš (9/5): Book the private spa, just do it! - The Staff: The team here is excellent. Everyone was cheerful, well-intentioned, and very easy to communicate with. It felt like every request could be easily arranged, which made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. The Room: I was pleasantly surprised by the room size. It was very spacious with plenty of room to move around, which isn't always easy to find. Private Spa: One of the best features of this hotel is the private spa area that you can book for yourself. Having that level of privacy in a spa is a fantastic addition and really sets this place apart. View Discrepancy: On Booking.com, the photos showed room overlooking a beautiful park. However, my room faced the street and the parking lot instead. It was a bit disappointing. Room Ambiance: The rooms felt somewhat dated and quite dark. A bit more light or a brighter interior would definitely make the space feel more welcoming. Also, because of the older style and furniture, there are many spots where dust tends to collect. It’s hard to keep everything perfectly clean when the design is so cluttered.

- Milos (10/5): I have used this hotel 3 times, and I am going again this week. - This location is not in the Sarajevo city center. It is closer to the airport. This was great for me, because I had 3 days of work in an industrial zone northwest of the Sarajevo, and it was very easy to get from this hotel to the highway, and back. Location is also at the edge of the park, and near one of the rivers, in a very quiet part of town. There are several good restaurants and bars nearby, and also a small shopping mall is within walking distance. I have tried several other hotels in Sarajevo in the past, and since I have found this one - I have booked my stay in Krone last 3 times, plus twice for my colleagues. This is not the best hotel in Sarajevo, but at the rates they gave me, it was definitely best in terms of value for the price. Hotel has parking that is included in the price. One night there was some party in hotel's restaurant, and all the parking spaces were full. I asked at the front desk, and they provided parking across the street in a paid parking and next day desk clerk went with me there to pay the parking fee. On my first stay I received a free upgrade to the suite on 4th floor. That was very nice. :0) Rooms I stayed in thus far, were all in good condition, clean, with a nicely stocked minibar. Bathroom was spotless. I didn't try the small spa that is apparently available somewhere in the hotel. (It's not my kind of thing) Breakfast was not organized as a usual buffet. Instead, I was able to order from several choices that are on the menu, and all of them were very good.

- Sven (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt im Krone Heritage Hotel Sarajevo war einfach perfekt! - Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und professionell. Wir wurden sogar mit einem Upgrade überrascht, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns das perfekte, moderne Bad alles war makellos sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Frische, hochwertige Produkte und eine tolle Auswahl, besser kann man nicht in den Tag starten! Auch das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Es war für uns so schön, dass wir nach unserer Bosnien-Rundreise ganz bewusst noch einmal hierher zurück kommen, um unsere Reise genau hier ausklingen zu lassen. Das sagt eigentlich alles! Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- Zeljko (10/5): Sve preporuke za izuzetan hotel. - Hotel je na prelijepom mjestu i izuzetno čist. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno. Hotel nam je dodijelio bolji smjestaj tj. dobili smo superior sobu iako smo bukirali ekonomik. Dorucak je bio jako bogat i raznovrstan a ponuda kolača je bila izuzetna i odličnog su bili ukusa i kvaliteta. Bez ijedne primjedbe.
