- Russell (10/5): Our stay was very nice. - This room was very nice and clean. I would absolutely stay here again. Good location with a wonderful view. The smell of marijuana in the late afternoon we couldn’t even sit on our balcony. I know this is no fault of the majestic.

- Clwantl (8/5): Nice place but rough around the edges - The building and unit are overall good. The view from the unit is beautiful. Good communication with the agency. Unit near the elevator which was convenient. We were overall happy with the unit. The furniture is uncomfortable and needs replaced, as does the dishwasher. One elevator was down the day we checked in causing long waits, however it was fixed the next day. The pool was so incredibly cold no one could get in. The unit entry door is loose and should be looked at. We had to make sure it was pulled shut each time we left. The outdoor furniture is falling apart and needs replaced.
- Tracey (7/5): The unit that we stayed in had a washer and dryer and the dryer would not dry our clothes. There was a gym on the proper - I loved the location of the property and the access to the ocean was also very easy. Long waits for the elevators.
