Guest Reviews
- Franklin (2/5): - I booked my room late for a late check in and received a confirmation to only arrive there a few hours later and had to wait one a day a half hours to find out that they canceled my room and charged me a cancelation fee.

- Tammara (1/5): My stay was HORRIBLE!!! - Nothing but being close to the interstate. The room was FILTHY!!!! I checked in and made it to my room after walking the funky hallway. Hallway carpet looked like a bunch of toddlers had a field day the whole weekend. My room smelt like it hadn’t been clean in months. One of the chairs was covered in dust and dog hair, while the other looked like a dog scratched it up and was peeling. The floors were dirty. The phone, desk, tv area was covered in dust. I was scared to touch anything in there. Let’s not talk about the bathroom. Toilet had a Pooh stain on the seat and the inside was dirty!!! Shower door wasn’t cleaned. My overall stay was HORRIBLE!!!! I was moved to another room, whomever was in there before me must have been celebrating there was red rose petals under the bed and in the corner of the room.
- Mya (1/5): It would have been better if there was better customer service - The area was quiet The stomping the also the rude lady at the front with the short cut VERY nasty and rude
- Renèe (3/5): It was a stay that you would expect from a Hotel 6 or something really low quality. - Nice area and was clean on outside. Very nice staff! Beds were not comfortable and cheap looking. Hotel was not clean. The carpets were stained. The furniture and refrigerator were cheap looking and old. There was no ice machine.
- Joost (10/5): - Si mucho

- Sabrina (10/5): Love it will be back again - Affordable, friendly and clean Not being it was nice
- Audrey (1/5): Terrible experience, I would wish this experience on no one else. May God bless us all. - I just needed a place to stay due to my father-in-law having found out he had cancer. The property treated me and my fiancée terrible. I don’t like anything about this place. I didn’t approve of the manager Louie, she was totally disrespectful. We booked the trip on Booking.com, they accepted the money for the room we chose; however, upon arrival I am met by Louie we immediately gave an excuse why the rooming wasn’t available. We drove from Illinois to New Orleans, I didn’t want to accept her excuse and asked for a manger; which she immediately replied ‘I am the manager’ in a very hostile tone. I felt disrespected and abandoned at that moment. She had rooms available; however, she stated they are for members only, she did not try to accommodate us. I would never go back or refer anyone there.
- Makayla (6/5): - Front desk lady was very nice The room
- Lexus (8/5): Great pick for something quick and affordable. Overall no complaints - From the lobby to the room it had a great clean smell , the front desk agent had a nice attitude Furniture worn down & bed a little uncomfortable
- Kendra (8/5): - The location It needs to renovated
- Alcide (10/5): -
- Sheena (9/5): -
- Bill (2/5): You get what you pay for; save a few dollars for a much worse stay. - While the staff was not at the front desk for some time, when I did finally have someone greet me, they were very nice and we had a great conversation. I felt like I was being let in to my prison cell. There appeared to be an excessive amount of security measures to get to my room, but the door to my room didn't shut unless I pushed or pulled really hard. There was an unpleasant smell; potentially from mildew. The door had a white substance (the mildew) and the refrigerator door was completed discolored.
- Steven (5/5): Room says non smoking. I still smell like cigarettes 2 days later. Hot ghetto mess. Burn it down!! - Homegirl in the lobby had the check in desk closed and she was stretched out sleeping on the sofa. She said the computers were down and she couldn’t provide me key. I was instructed to call and number who would contact her and then she would escort me I and out of my room as I need. This is the most low ball gutter tracks establishment I have ever stayed in.
- JonEric (4/5): -
- Theresa (6/5): - Clean / hospitable staff Noisy day & night.
- Craige (9/5): -
- M (1/5): Filthy. Disgusting. Cig smoke infested. Noisy. Rude Staff! The WORST! - Nothing about the property itself. The location was convenient to the interstate and several food options. Everything. Upon entering the building it reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional (specially a lady working the evening shift). The guest in the hotel are sketchy, it was absolutely filthy from the floors in common areas, to the elevator, hallways and then the rooms were an absolute disaster. They clearly do not have housekeeping staff. The room has bare minimum furniture; no end tables, tv did not work, bathroom door had holes in it. There was only one towel to use and it was filthy. Bed reeked and stained, counters were disgusting. Bathroom was unkept, there was no soap even to wash hands. If there was not an event in the city we would have never chose this location and they even price gauged. The photos are extremely deceptive and false advertisement. The front desk closes after 10pm and they lock it up like a jail which is concerning. Again, front desk girl, extremely rude! We couldn’t even get an extra key from her and then she proceeded to asked personal questions about kit room number in front of a clearly “drugged out” tenant of the hotel, whom them followed us to our room. We did not sleep and only needed a place to rest before heading out of town in a cross-country trip. Do not stay here unless you are ok with staying in absolute filth and smoke infested walls. Oh and enjoy rude staff. Also….no curtains in the windows and is extremely noisy!
- Rianna (7/5): - Location B
- Edward (10/5): -
- Alicia (8/5): -
- Christian (1/5): Un desastre.
- Chandra (7/5): -
- MONICA (5/5): - What I liked: The housekeeping staff and the guy at check out were very friendly, and the hotel’s location is convenient and good. What I didn’t like: When we arrived at the hotel, the African American woman at the front desk didn’t provide the best customer service. She seemed very serious and was not very friendly. The hotel itself smelled nice, but when we entered the room, it had an unpleasant, dirty smell. The kitchen counter was burned, the bathroom door had a hole, and the mattresses were stained. For the price, I expected the room to be cleaner and better maintained.
- STEVEN (4/5): - There refrigerator was out,the property had no ice machine, some outlets in the room we're corrosion set in
- Craige (9/5): -
- Sambola (9/5): -
- Stephen (4/5): -
- Herbert Simmons (1/5): -
- Laia (2/5): Very hot in the room and there was no way to get the tv to work. - The staff was nice during check in , but we weren’t able to find any staff after 6pm. The location is really good though. A/C didn’t work. TV didn’t work. There was no breakfast in the morning but granola bars and coffee. Couldn’t reach front desk after 8pm.
- Davis (1/5): Never gained - Nothing Customer service was bad and hotel had a bad Oder
- Armani (6/5): It was a decent trip disappointed with my stay - The other guest were very cool met some nice people from other states They don’t provide toothpaste tv/ WiFi is horrible, if u have back problems not the best place to look forward to when it comes to taking showers
- Jesse (6/5): - .
- Zonvia (7/5): Good - I liked that when I requested to be one the first floor when booking my stay they were able to accommodate me The smell in the hotel was pretty bad also we had to walk all the way to the front entrance when we left out the back door where we parked right by our room, didn't understand that
- Frank (3/5): Poor -
- Crystal (10/5): - There is nothing that I can say was wrong. I have to say that SASHA helped me to much with checking in. She is so sweet, attentive, caring, kind, respectful, gentle soul. The whole staff has been sweet and kind to me. I have no complaints.
- Enrique (10/5): - The property is very quiet and the staff are very friendly
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Chad (6/5): Fine I’d stay again at that rate - The room itself was great the hallway elevator were terrible. Trash and debris throughout common areas away from the front lobby. Trash and debris throughout common areas away from the front lobby.
- Ryan (8/5): - It was very quiet
- Kim (1/5): Bad - The location The staff, they all make their own rules different policy for every different employee that works the front desk.
- Shyy (8/5): Very good -
- Zepharah (2/5): Very poor - Horrible smell , small beds , have to pay for room service , & take towels down every morning for fresh ones.
- Shawntell (6/5): - Would have been a great stay if they had better beds and if the elevator worked.. For a person with arthritis the bed felt like I was sleeping on a park bench and having to do four flight of stairs for 3 days while on vacation was diabolical my body was so sore I had to spend extra money just to get stronger medicine. Other than that the staff was friendly rooms were clean.
- Sean (2/5): - The place had sewer problem backing up in the hotel, the room i had sewer water was coming from the bottom of the toilet the tub was stop up from the sewer water i had to put towels down just so the water wouldn't go thu out the room the hotel did not fix or accommodate a move because the rest of the room were affected
- toreon (4/5): - Always stayed there this time the AC was working properly, the elevator was broken
- Kim (10/5): Id stay again - The staff, the location The ate
- Danielle (4/5): - It was close to fast food chains and restaurants.
I didn't like the smells lingering upon entry and the hallways. Elevator broke down the last 2 days of our visit. Front desk was rude in the beginning, except for Sasha. Room was not accomodating for kitchen supplies; bathroom door coming off the hinges. Shower pressure was like a sprinkler; additionally, no one came to clean our room after 3 nights, we were there for 5 nights.
- Gennesis (5/5): Extended stay may not always provide the comfort you expect. - Location of the property It was very unclean and had a strong smell of cigarettes. The receptionist was not kind at all. I have stayed at other extended-stay hotels, and this is by far the worst one.
- Bradley (4/5): - We could not check in at the check in time due to someone quitting and rooms not being clean, the air condition did not work well, also had to take the stairs because the elevator broke, the best thing was the staff that did work, they were very courteous and friendly
- Kischia (5/5): Passable -
- Arly (3/5): Not a good hotel and bad staff at night - I just like the location I didn’t like it because the night staff lady was extremely rude
I had a problem with the kitchen sink because it got clogged and the pipe was broke and there was leakage and water coming out of it
But she was so rude and didn’t provide any solution
- Dheepak (5/5): The stay was average .. would not recommend - Location was good. Rooms were dirty, sticky floors, pet hairs on beds, coffee maker was provided on demand,.
- Sarah (10/5): - We stayed a week and the staff were great! Super friendly and helpful. I've always enjoyed my stays at Extended Stay America, wherever I may be.
- Erick (1/5): Bad - The staff was so rude
- Jane (1/5): It’s not a good place to stay at all - Bathroom didn’t work the whole time of our stay
Bathroom not clean
It was a bad smell in the hallways and rooms
Elevator didn’t work
Shower pressure was awful
Lizards crawling on the wall inside the hotel It wasn’t comfortable
Had a bad smell through out the hotel
In one of the rooms the air conditioner didn’t work properly
The room was extremely hot
- DEIRDRE (2/5): - My back was hurting so bad I couldn’t go to sleep
- Jumper (10/5): Exceptional - The friendly staff and how Clean everything wad Need better signs to find the location
- Cantwell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (1/5): My stay was horrible. If I could rate a zero I would. - Location was great for my business trip. I was able to commute to and from Slidell and Covington with ease. After several previous stays with no issue, my latest visit from June 7–10, 2024, was a complete disaster. I came for a business trip expecting the usual quality—what I got was unprofessionalism, discomfort, and pure negligence.

- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was great to work with! The property was clean, accommodating, safe and comfortable!
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alonzo (1/5): Bad -
- Ferencz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (9/5): It was okay overall - Location was great, property was very clean, staff was great. I didn’t like that I had to ask for linen after staying here two weeks, I didn’t like that my room key was a problem day after day it kept deactivating, and I didn’t like that after 10pm the staff became unavailable.
- Ryan (4/5): - No keys to go in an out of room was horrible
- Percy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Duong (10/5): - It is very quiet but the rooms on the floors were dirty and the sliding glass door in the shower kept sliding. I had to put a small rag in between the door to keep it from sliding and the breakfast option was horrible.
- Renata (10/5): Over all my stay was great will book again - That when we arrived there wasn’t a staff member at the desk had to call the toll free number and when i got the first room it wasn’t clean had to get another and tht took hours
- kristi (4/5): - Rooms were nasty with hair everywhere. Nothing looked wiped down. Shower was nasty and furniture was old, worn and cracking.
- Morris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (5/5): Passable - Good
- Sarah (8/5): Great for short stay. - The room was clean and perfect for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to the staff member who got the job done quickly.
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant -
- hardy wayne (2/5): DO NOT stay here - As soon as we walked in the room a dead cockroach laying in the middle of the floor. Staff at the front desk was rude and had poor attitude. We could smell marijuana 24/7 as soon as walk in and all through the halls.
- Rosario (10/5): Exceptional - Ac did not work in the room
- Jimmy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mulcahy (7/5): Good - It was close to the airport I had a big cockroach in the room when I arrived
- Chandra (7/5): Good -
- Brandon (4/5): - They staff are really nice except for the new general manager he makes the check in so complicated and has a really nasty attitude I’ve never had this issue untill he came and I’ve been staying here in and out for almost a year now for work.
- Deven (10/5): This one is behind Chick-Fil-A - Good location, there were bus stops right out front. So I just took advantage of public transit while there. The building was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Close to freeway and the airport. Plenty of restaurants around to choose. We were out of TP and when we asked the staff said the truck never came. I ended up just buying a roll from a dollar store near by.
- Michaela (5/5): Passable - No one broke into my room. That’s probably the best I can say. The room wasn’t very clean, and some nights were extremely noisy. There was a smell of weed in the hallways and of dogs in the elevator. I also didn’t get my deposit back. At first, the company was communicative, but now they’re not responding. Booking.com is also not responding. In terms of price-to-quality ratio, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The photos are very misleading. I travel a lot, but this was my first stay in the US. I was quite disappointed. But clearly, this is not the standard in the US. On my way home, I got stuck in Dallas and for the same price, I had accommodation in a similar area that was on a much higher level.
- Kerry (8/5): Very good -
- Betty (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rob (10/5): - Lots of parking, nice staff. :)
- Timothy (10/5): - Hellena was very efficient and helpful
- Vital (8/5): Very good -
