Samantha (4/5): Decent stay for money. Good location - Location. Check in girl was nice. Pet friendly but no dog park/area Cleanliness of halls and elevators. Room was also not swept/ vacuumed. Heavy pot smell in the elevator and hall the majority of the days we were there

Peterson (1/5): Honestly, it was trash no TV broken elevator very little assistance. We definitely will not use this location again. - I can’t think of anything. The Elevator was broken and my TV did not work in my room 309 the first floor stank. It was like walking through a barn.

Travis (9/5): Good budget suite just bring your own dishes! - Very affordable and nice to have a kitchen although you get no utensils or pots or pans unless you buy a set rendering it pretty much useless. The room was nice and clean and warm and elevator was quick. That there are no kitchen supplies provided. Had I known that I probably would have stayed somewhere else.

Robert (6/5): Reminded me of the lifestyle that many struggling people live having to stay an extended stay facility like this - Convenient to what I needed to do on my trip The room was in horrible maintenance condition. Lightbulbs were missing from two lamps. Handle a shower door fell off while I was using it. Toilet paper hanger was broken and not fixed. Hand towels completely missing. Bath towels, horribly small and old.

The upholstery on the chair was torn and in terrible condition. There was dust and debris still on the floor. The window was not closed and locked properly while the temperature outside was in the negative degrees.
McCormack (6/5): Do Not Check in after 10 pm - Facilities were very good. I arrived after 10pm. On site staff was not available. I had to call '500.to talk to a off site person. I could not uunderstand that person's dialect and she hung up and dropped the call. Fortunately another guest was able to find a on site staff person to check me in and get my room. That was the worst check in experience I have ever had at a hotel. Moral of my situation, Do Not check in to Extend Stay America after 10pm.!

Zara (2/5): There was an unpleasant odor in the lobby near the front desk. - Nothing We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived around 9 PM after a long drive from Chicago with two small children. The room initially looked fine, but we later discovered the toilet was not working and would not flush. We contacted the front desk and asked for a room change or a quick fix, but were told there were no available rooms and the issue could not be repaired. As a result, we had to leave late at night and find another hotel, which was very stressful with two young kids. We paid online and were promised a refund, but it has been 5 days and we still have not received it. We will not stay here again.

S R (4/5): Not so good. - Carpet in hall was very dirty. Lamps in room was dusty. Noise all night from room above. Stomping and table or chairs moving around woke us both up. Mattresses kept sliding off of bed frame. There was a trick to getting hot water. You had to put it toward the cold side. I didn’t figure it out so I got a very lukewarm miserable shower. It was a convenient location for what we were doing but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Dean (2/5): - Where do I begin? The level of incompetence at this property is epic. I stayed for a few days. None of those days did my tv work because the “guest” before me redistributed the wires going into the back of the tv. To get help for this matter took until my final day.
Jodi (1/5): Zero flexibility, extremely poor communication, wouldn’t recommend - Made a reservation in advance for 2 nights. My arrival time got pushed back. Still was more than willing to pay for 2 full nights even though I was arriving late the first night. Received messages from the property that late arrivals were ok and were provided directions on what to do upon arrival. Then I called to inform them how much later we would be to give them a heads up (something I’ve done countless times with other hotels and there were zero issues). I was informed we couldn’t check in that late and that there was nothing they could do for me. Reached back out to the hotel more than once and still haven’t received a response. Considering we were in mid route coming from a different state it was definitely an obstacle trying to find another hotel so late, luckily the fourth hotel I tried was very accommodating. If you’re reserving and showing up on time, not needing any help from them in anyway, maybe this would be an alright stay. If you’re needing assistance or any form of flexibility or communication in anyway at all, I would strongly recommend you pass on this hotel.

Cable didn't work so I called the front desk, whom told me WIFI was an issue today, but the TVs are hard-wired, and WIFI has nothing to do with that. The beds were made with sheets only. I get that I didn't book a night at the Ritz but come on Extended Stay. Have a little self-respect. I know it's a long shot, but maybe hire someone that wants to work.

Alyssa (2/5): Not worth the money. Absolutely offers no convenience if you have to have an extended stay. - There was one girl who worked there who was very helpful and kind. They have a 2 burner glass top for cooking which doesn't get hot at all. The shower was disgusting and the shower head was corroded. The walls were filthy and they don't offer maid service to wash linens. You have to do that yourself at your own expense. The one girl (there were 2) who worked the front desk was never off her phone. If you needed something she acted like you were interrupting her. She was as obnoxious as a person could be. While we were there the fire alarm went off at midnight scaring us half to death and they offered no apology or explanation. Just an "oh well". Would never stay at Extended Stay America again.

Diana (4/5): - When we arrived, at 7 pm, the office was closed and a sign said to call for assistance from their phone. The phone was broken but there was another number listed to call from your cell phone. A woman arrived about 10 minutes later and lifted the window about 6 inches, saying that it was broken. When we arrived at our room, there were scuff marks, something on the sink that came off when I scrubbed it (?), dust in the corners, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and weed.

Wyoling (1/5): Horrible - Location It was disgustingly dirty, there was holes in the mattress and chair, dust all over the night table, dead bugs on the mattress along with the eggs that might or might not have hatched, floor filthy, on top of dead bugs, the mattress had no mattress pad and was stained up something terrible, the receptionist told me that she couldn’t place me and my daughter rooms together which I believe she was lying, just horrible all around.

Develas (2/5): Rubbish!!! - Funny (NOT), but I never got to stay in this rather dingy looking place, even after I booked it for 20 days thru Priceline!!! When my son and I arrived, the front desk was unattended, with a notice to use the lobby phone to call for the attendant. The lobby phone had a notice on it that it didn't work and to call a number with my own phone! I called and the person said they would be there in 10 minutes! I waited, and talked with a resident who had the room's laundry with him he was to turn in at the front desk. He said the attendant was not there very often. A couple more residents came into the lobby just before the attendant showed up 15 minutes after my call. When the fellow checked my reservation for a kitchenette, he looked up at me and said: "I can't rent to you for we have had a bad experience with you in the past." I have never stayed at one of these places before! I told him such, but he said I had apparently got into it with another renter! I said, "how could that be if I had never stayed at one of these places?" He shrugged! I asked for when this occurred, for I immediately worried that maybe somebody had stolen my identity! He could not answer! I asked for a number to corporate headquarters. He gave me a number, which I called, and that non citizen sounding fellow could not and would not disclose the information I requested! My daughter-in-law said they probably over booked and didn't want to admit it! It turned out to be a blessing, for I found a wonderful Choice Hotels Comfort Inn several blocks away for a lower price and with great amenities, Hot breakfast, great room, staff, and other great travelers! I am fortunate that I have never stayed at an Extended Stay America Hotel!!!

Unit was exceptionally QUIET considering it's location (just a berm and trees separating it from, i-79, and sits off the main road in the township. Unit I lodged in had a . bathtub full size refrigerator stove & microwave. Staff was polite and courteous. Recommend improved impaired/ loading access clearance at main exits (doors & wheelchair ramps )

Called the hotel then waited 25 mins for the person working night to get to the front desk. I get to the room and it doesn’t look like it was cleaned, dead bugs everywhere and a cockroach ran across the bed. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. There was food left in the fridge also. This is either their level of clean or this room wasn’t ready to have a guest in it but they put someone in anyways. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Virginia (6/5): - We chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette, but found it also has NO kitchen supplies unless you purchase them. $40 for a cooking kit and $20 for plate and utensils. Lobby is clean and tidy, but once through the doors headed to elevator, its a different story. Definitely do not adhere to a no smoking policy, and it isnt cigarettes. Got to the room, it was okay-ish but found it did not lock at all so had to go down and get another room. Desk associates were very accomodating and apologetic. New room was much, much better...cleaner, better smelling and it locked. Its a place to sleep. I guess some folks live there...someone was deep frying fish one night and it reeked to high heavens. Its also older and needs sound proofing in a big way. The motion sensing overhead lights sucked. Bed was comfy but bring a blanket from home. The ones there are Temu thin.

Edward (4/5): - People were in the hall talking and making noise most of the night. Room down the hall flooded and they brought out the noisy carpet cleaner and dryers for several hours around 2:00 a.m.

Richard (4/5): - Room smelled like smoke and desk hours are inconvenient for travelers. No one was present at check in or check out. The person who did finally help after calling the number to get someone there was friendly and helpful, just would like someone there without having to make a special phone call from a malfunction in my lobby phone.
Gail (8/5): Very nice stay! - Richard was very accommodating. Very personable. Helped us with tv issue. Did not like getting woken up at 2 am because of smoke alarm because someone cooking set it off.
