• Alisa (1/5): So dirty - The ladies at the front desk was fantastic and her customer service was 10/10. The rooms were so dirty and grimy. The lobby smelled like marijuana. There were stains on the sheets and walls. Trash was on the floors and in the fridge from previous guests.
• Joseph (1/5): Absolutely horrible, filthy and smelt like cigarettes, mildew/mold. - The whole room was disgusting, the lamp had stains and mold on it. The tub was dirty, the window seal was broken so I could hear everything outside. The elevator and hallways smelt like cigarettes and mildew. Also found a roach in the bathroom and in the sink in the room. Also stains on the walls, if it wasn't so late at night I wouldn't have even slept in the room but I had no choice considering I payed online,I'm not one to complain but I would never stay there again.

• Trudy (2/5): Roaches are absolutely unacceptable regardless of how much the room is! - The price was good compared to other hotels in the area; however, you get what you pay for. The room had roaches which I did not see until the last night. I did not sleep and sat in the middle of the bed all night fearing a roach would get on me when the automatic lights went off. The way the building looked as I arrived should have been a hint.

Waehrend des Aufenthaltes ist es ziemlich ruhig, da auch keine Aktivitäten zu beobachten sind! Nicht einmal reinigungspersonal! Zu teuer für so wenig Leistung ! Went to front desk around 6-7pm to replace a light bulb, NO staff, just a sign indicating “be back shortly “. Tried calling from room, rang twice, then went dead. Left hotel shortly before 8am, front desk completely closed, window drawn. Left blown bulb with room key at desk. Took picture. Elevator was broken. Dirty, warn out carpet in hallways. A/c in room obviously controlled, too warm at times. No staff at 8am?? Not a good sign. Re-read above statement.

The room was as advertised. The hotel could clearly use some updating and its not the most secure. I felt fine as a couple traveling together but would not stay as a single woman. Lots of smoking just outside the doors.

Flight landed at 12:30, waited for 45 mins. Called hotel and front desk told me shuttle stops at 8pm No ac In hallways or lobby or elevator, extremely hot hotel. Worst la Quinta I’ve ever been too

Elevator wasn’t working so my 77 year old husband and I (73) had to carry over suitcases - Could not sleep because the person above us was having some kind of issues and would stomp all over the floor! We had to get up at 3 am in the morning. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep! Different room maybe but there’s no one there to take care of your needs.
