• Dawn (1/5): I will never stay here again! - It was just ok I got bit multiple times by some bugs that were in the room. I killed about 10 flying bugs that i guess were biting me. Too late to relocate to another room. Will NEVER stay there against. The room was also not really clean… there was hair in the shower, drawers were dirty, blanket had stains on them etc

We were checked out on Saturday br your staff and should not.have been until Sunday. Lady argues with me until I showed her proof. Then, we got to wait for 2 days to be refunded the original charge and had to pay fornthe room for Saturday again. Love the place. Guy who checked us in on Friday was wonderful.

• W Greg (7/5): - Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable. Trivago advertised it for a pool and hot tub. The only reason I chose that hotel. They even had photos of the pool. The property manager blamed Google for old photos, fine, but looking at their web page, ADA accessible pool. So blame it on Google, blame it on Trivago, but you pay for advertising, and if you have fluff that brings in more customers, that is kind of bordering on fraud The consumer cannot get correct information during booking, and this property is not the only one.

• Daphne (7/5): Comfort away from home. - The property had great lighting on the interior and exterior of the building. The location is beside a warehouse for trucks. The need to turn around and make a possible U- turn to arrive at the location of the hotel.

• Amy (9/5): Comfy, cozy home away from home stay - I loved the efficiency style of the hotel. I did not expect such amenities (full fridge, dishwasher, range, dishes, utensils). It was clean and cozy, and a really great value. It seems that there are folks who may "live" at the hotel or are on extended stay for work, and everyone was quiet and courteous, so we got a good night's sleep and would definitely use as a longer term stay option, and save on dining out by preparing our own meals! A real home away from home. Plus, plenty of free parking!! NA

• Shelby (10/5): Great stay! - The stay was amazing and the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful as it was our first time in the area! Hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, plenty of parking too! The only issue we had was room service didn’t come back at all during our three day stay but it honestly didn’t bother us that much as we really didn’t run out of stuff until our stay was over. Rooms were full of dishes and silverware if we needed them. Overall, great time because of the great stay!

• Nijah (10/5): - Great location! Mr Jay was very welcoming! I would come back not only because the property is nice but because of the service I received from him.
• Lynnaye (2/5): - Their website is misleading concerning the availability of handicapped wheelchair accessible rooms. I booked my reservation believing what was in the picture was true. However, when I arrived I was informed that the room was out of order! I later found out that the one of two wheelchair accessible rooms was booked for an extended period of time. First off how can you have a property with 4 floors and only two wheelchair accessible rooms with a roll in shower? The room I wound up with was a room for hearing impaired, with a grab bar and nothing more, no shower chair, nothing! I was only staying for two nights, but I was not happy! Additionally they were extremely short staffed, the front desk person was running around like maniac trying to take care of everything. It took us an hour to check in! Needless to say I won’t be returning to that hotel in the future!
• Sarah (10/5): - The attendant at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Hands-down best hotel experience I’ve ever had.
• James (10/5): Visiting family - The hotel was very nice and the staff was exceptional the only thing the bugged me was no tv guide but we got through it. Iwe would definitely stay here again when in York PA
• Brandie (10/5): - I will definitely be staying here again the next time I pass through. This place is very clean and smells good. I couldn't even tell it was pet friendly. Also was greeted by Jay at the front desk. Very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. He really made you feel comfortable and welcomed. I truly can not say there was not one thing I didn't like about this place. I loved my stay here.
• Sharon (10/5): Another satisfying stay - The customer service I received was premier and Jay at the front desk was exceptional in helping me during my stay. He went over and above to make sure my stay was nothing less than exceptional. His kindness and spirit of servitude is genuine. My stay was too short!

• William (10/5): - Very nice property. Off of a side street, and somewhat difficult to get in and out of the location, due to the way the city has the streets set up. Worth it once you get to it.

When we asked the worker at the front desk, she went to look for more, but came back and said "I guess we didn't get any in our shipment today."

• Patrice (2/5): Will not stay there again - The toilet took forever to fill up, the shower water pressure was terrible very little soap in the dispenser. The bed had plastic covering i was sweating. The television keep going in and out. Under the dishwasher was dirty. I will not be staying there again. Wasn't worth the money

• Daryl (8/5): - The property was too close to the roadway/highway. Was not able to rest well. The room was nicely appointed. Disruptive occurrence with a fire emergency happening late at night.

• Lori (10/5): - This is a wonderful property. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only down sides are things that would be hard to control-some road noise can be heard from nearby Route 30. The access is tricky. Maybe a sign by the street to turn on? I had to go around twice to discover where to turn in. I would stay there again if I am ever in the area.

• Schmidt (9/5): Superb - Loved the kitchenette, and lots of hot water, whether for the kitchen or the bathroom... never ran out of hot water. USB plug in the bedside stand didn't work. Had to go to the front desk to ask for more coffee. Maybe have at least a 2 day supply of coffee, bot regular and decaf?
• Kathy (8/5): Mediocre - No overhang outside to unpack in rain, plastic mattress cover was awful, I took it off. No sofa, no breakfast, no pool, no light off for just kitchen area, no light to read at recliner jammed next to bed. It was comfyn nice area for suitcases, shower & toiletries nice.

• Roberta (6/5): - No extra blankets in the room so bring your own. Only 1 small trash can even with a stove and refrigerator. Did have shampoo, cream rinse, lotion, hand wash & makeup removal wipes (which I always think is smart since the towels are white). This is a pet friendly hotel so the stains near floors were evident. Happy to report there was not pet odors as in other hotels where have stayed. Very friendly staff
