• Matthieu (7/5): Séjour moyen - L’emplacement est très bien, proche des boutiques et du centre ville. Chambre qui n’est pas refaite tous les jours ou tous les 2, mais bien tous les 4 jours… Pas de service de pressing pour le linge sale. Des nuits blanches à attendre son tour à la machine à laver. Pas de sèches linge dédiés mais des machine 2 en 1, qui vous laissent les vêtements humides et rétrécis. Si vous louez une voiture sur Kyoto, prévoyez un budget parking, ils n’ont pas de place de stationnement à l’hôtel.

• Melina (7/5): - La ubicación era perfecta, el desayuno muy bueno, hay maquina de bebidas y hielo, hay lavandería lo cual nos sirvió mucho. aunque la secadora no funcionó bien, ya que estuvo la ropa mas de 1 hora y aun asi no lo seco, solo teniamos una almohada pequeña por persona mucho mas pequeña del estandar, y el colchón un poco duro, por lo demas genial!

• Jonfeld (8/5): Nice hotel for Kyoto - The hotel is well maintained on a busy street in the more modern part of the city. It's near buses but a taxi or bus ride to the station. It's sort of between a lot of sites but not really super close to the historic sites but overall it was a good base of operations for us. Rooms were a little small but that's Japan for you. Only one pillow but we did ask for another. The lobby is always busy and there's often a wait for the elevator. Breakfast is EXTREMELY crowded. There's usually a ling around the block before it even opens. We only bothered with it once. If there is an option to not get breakfast I'd do that as it's a waste of time for what amounts to a pretty basic fare.

• 長田 (6/5): 便利だけど残念。 - 街中で食事、買い物など便利であること。 窓のカーテンがダメ。朝方早々に明るくなって寝ていられない。それと、窓のガラスが薄いためか、バイクや市街音が遅くまでうるさくて落ち着かない。窓はもっと遮断性が必要と思う。この2点は他のホテルに比べ、大変残念に感じたことである。

• Simona (9/5): Complessivamente top per pulizia e posizione. - Posizione ottima, letto comodo e doccia spaziosa C’è parecchio rumore se si sceglie la camera che affaccia sulla strada. I motociclisti si divertono a sgasare a qualsiasi ora della notte lungo la strada.

• Alma (10/5): It very good my stay. We really enjoyed it. - The location is super convenient for walking around. Lot of shops and restaurants. It was very close to tourist places to see. And very close to my family home I was visiting. The room had all necessary facilities needed for the stay. Staff is very friendly. Nothing it was the best service.

• 오 (8/5): - 위치가 정말정말 좋아요.. 어딜 가든 조금만 걸으면 정류장 전철 이용 가능하고 걸어서 갈 수 있는 곳도 많아서 일정 중에 잠깐 들렀다 쉬기도 좋았어요. 직원분들 친절하고 필요한 거 요청하면 잘 들어주십니다. 수건도 더 필요하면 요청하시면 되고요 잠옷이나 여분 베개도 요청하면 주십니다. 옷걸이 넉넉히 4개 있고 탈취제도 있어서 좋았어요. 객실 카펫에 얼룩이 좀 있고 화장실 선반이나 객실 일부에 먼지가 좀 남아있었어요. 중간에 청소하시면서도 화장실 선반 먼지는 안 닦으시더라고요. 안써서 상관은 없었지만 뭔가 100% 청결하다는 느낌은 없었던.. 그리고 화장실이 정말 작긴 작아요. 쓰다보니 익숙해지긴 했는데 처음엔 너무 좁아서 어떻게 씻나 싶었던.. 소음은 바깥 소음은 대로쪽이 아니라 별로 안들렸는데 주변 객실이나 복도에서 쿵쿵거리는 소리가 크게 들려 울릴 때 조금 놀라는 정도였습니다. 그래도 혹시몰라 귀마개 가져갔는데 쓸 정도는 아니었어요.

• JEROME (6/5): Un hôtel bien situé mais dont les services laissent à désirer - Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, l’hôtel est situé dans une rue et un quartier hyper animé à proximité direct des galeries commerçantes et tout est à côté. Le métro et le quartier de Gion sont accessibles à pied. La déco de la chambre style japonais est très jolie et le petit déjeuner pris au restaurant en bas de l’hôtel est correct. Nous avions réservé une chambre triple (dont un enfant) petits déjeuner compris. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le personnel nous a indiqué que le petit déjeuner de notre fille n’était pas payé. Malgré les discussions, il a fallu le repayer sur place 😡 Également, il est indiqué qu’une laverie est à disposition. Cela se résume à deux machines pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel qui font aussi séchage mais sans sécher réellement le temps du programme indiqué ce qui fait que les gens relance un cycle et qu’il est très compliqué de pouvoir utiliser un lave linge le soir aux heures où tout le monde rentre. Enfin, le ménage n’est fait que tous les quatre jours ! On ne demande pas le changement des draps et des serviettes mais juste que le ménage puisse être fait tous les jours pour un hôtel qui se veut moderne et pour ce budget, cela serait appréciable

They only clean the room after staying there for 3 days. We stayed 4 and it felt stupid to clean when we were leaving the next day. But the room needed a clean after 2 days and new towels and stuff.

• Alessandra (7/5): - Posizione ottima: in pochi minuti si raggiungono sia la stazione che i quartieri più tradizionali. Nelle vicinanze, inoltre, ci sono diverse fermate dell’autobus. Staff gentile e molto disponibile. Nonostante l’hotel si trovi in una zona centrale e rumorosa, le camere sono ben isolate dai rumori. La possibilità di avere la pulizia della camera soltanto ogni 4 giorni. Probabilmente sarebbe più corretto lasciare scegliere gli ospiti se richiedere la pulizia giornalmente o meno, come già fanno diverse catene di hotel. La vista muro dalla finestra della camera.
