Guest Reviews
- Lee (3/5): i expected more - The location bad wifi connection and the housekeeping didn‘t clean my room once and i‘ve bewn there for 5 days
- guadalupe (3/5): - Unfortunately our experience was not what we expected.
When we arrived, the bathroom was not clean, which gave a bad first impression. We also had an issue with the organization of our tour: the receptionist told us to be ready at 8:30am, then said someone would pick us up at 9:00am, but after waiting 20–30 minutes, no one came. When we asked again, she seemed to have completely forgotten about our booking, and we almost missed the tour.
During our stay, the staff often appeared distracted, spending time on their phones and chatting, which affected the level of service. Housekeeping was not provided on the requested day, and basic items like hand towels were not available.
Regarding the facilities, the breakfast is quite limited and could definitely be improved. The location is nice in terms of views, but not very practical: if you want to swim, you need to walk about 200 meters due to the rocky beachfront. Also, when the tide is high at night, it can be difficult or impossible to leave the hotel for several hours since access is only via the beach.
Additionally, there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, which is something many other hotels in the area do offer.
Overall, while the location has potential, the lack of organization and attention to detail made the stay less enjoyable than expected Unfortunately our experience was not what we expected.

- Debbie (1/5): If you are looking for Comfort this resort is not for you. You are basically paying for the view thats all - The seaview Service is poor, Rm213 the shower was not good cause it wouldn’t drain properly so there was always water on the floor. The food was so so! The sliding doors need maintenance! Mirror in the bathroom need to be change The room was dirty along the walls. The water stopped working in our bldg n room for 8hrs n then we checked out unhappy!! All we pd for was a view! Dirty bathroom in the restaurant.
- gary (7/5): Ok - Located right on the beach The beach outside was very rocky, and if the tide was in, you could only access the property through the water
- RICHARD (10/5): -
- Taya-Mai (1/5): For the price it is very bad, will not go again. - I did like the customer service and the location on the beach I didn’t like very much… there were ants through my room, the towels were falling apart, the water kept not working, the aircon kept not working, the door was broken… and the curtains were bad. We couldn’t sleep properly because the lanterns on the beach were lit at all ours and we were only given a sheet - no blanket… so the aircon malfunctioning kept going very cold. We would have reported all this if they hadnt also lost our paperwork for the hotel. By the end I just wanted to get out.
- Siddharth (1/5): Never again - Working AC and good bed WIFI In room is not available - the receptionist and bartender could not fix it as there is no info on userID and PWD. They tried reaching different people but it didn’t work out. I sat in the lobby using lobby WiFi until midnight to finish the preparations for my tour. I asked for other room, but they couldn’t give - they didn’t have the authority.
Laundry: I asked for laundry service as mentioned on booking.com website and the receptionist said - we don’t have - after showing her the webpage she said that I have to go to city center and get it done myself. I know I can, but if it’s a service you provide then why does she not know?
Breakfast: Server was not aware that vegetable omelette comes with bread and fruits and that French toast comes with sunny side egg. I ended up wasting money on excess food. The bill also had a totaling mistake which the receptionist didn’t agree to until I asked her to bring the breakfast menu card.
Bathroom soap bottle holder is broken. So soap and conditioner bottle on washbasin.
No mirror over washbasin to shave beard.
Checkout: they attached 3 bills from another guest (different name clearly visible from guest’s signature) as my room service. Simply put they refused to read the signature.
- Cynthia Audina S. (7/5): - Location and staff were attentive to our requests/needs 1.) Noise during daytime due to construction on the building next door
-
2.) Limited choices on the restaurant menu
- Fouad (9/5): -
- Trevor (6/5): - Room view was great however rather inconvenient to load/ unload bags as there is no road access. Room smelt like mildew and had extremely poor cell service. The staff however were very friendly and the food was good.
- enrico (6/5): -
- Jenny-lee (7/5): Location is great (right on the beach) but getting there isn’t fun! - We stayed in a beach hut which was right on the beach. We could lay in bed and see the ocean and sunset. Getting there isn’t fun! You can only get to reception via the beach which means walking with your suitcase through the sand. However the staff carried our suitcases back when we were leaving which was nice!
- Bennette (4/5): - The property is in need of a renovation. The staff were the only good thing about the place, good air-conditioning and view. I caught a dog wandering on our third floor balcony and infront of my sisters room, the dog crapped on her door mat. Bathroom drains super slow, that it would start to overflow the whole bathroom floor and into bedroom. My daughters room was infested with bugs then they were kind enough to upgrade her room but that room was dirty and when she turned on shower, the smell of rotten eggs bombarded her. She moved hotel. Im waiting for a refund for her room still. The staff were overall very kind and understanding.
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Super hotel Our TV was gone from the wall
- Lucas Axel (2/5): Do NOT stay here - Let’s start with the positives; Their Mango shake. That’s it. This place is the worst I have ever slept and I’m not just talking hotels. Actually I’m not even sure if this is a hotel or a dog shelter with 20-30 street dogs roaming around inside and outside, begging for food and barking all night. Staff is incompetent, rooms were dirty and worn down, food was terrible, no hot water in the shower, lucky if you even had water pressure. I paid around 100USD per night so I know I’m not getting a luxury experience but I ended up feeling I paid 90USD too much. Please do not stay here!
- Maricela (8/5): nice hotel with amazing view - the location its greate , deluxe room with sea view are very nice and clean i recomended i really dont understand the bad reviews here. the girls from reception was very nice and help us with all . the breakfast , no real coffe just some ness
- anthony (4/5): - Bathroom sucks
- Zalhdee (1/5): Bad -
- Teia (3/5): Don't bother - The best were the most comfortable beds we have slept in all our travels 1. This little motel ( wouldn't call it a resort ) had a lot of lost potential.
2. One of our rooms of 3 the key would always get stuck in the door, so to get it out, you have to constantly ask reception to take it out.
3. Couldn't lock windows. We accidentally locked out the key in the room ( one key provided, which also activates power ), so the bloke jumped through our window to unlock for us.
4. Some of the most expensive food and drinks we have purchased for all of the phillipines, especially not being even a 3 star hotel. Fair enough if it was 5 star with decent facilities.
5. 1 room the fridge didn't work, the other room No fridge provided at all.
6. Breakfast options were finally changed to set breakfast options ti order and freshly made. Previously, it was a buffet with nothing on offer. You had to ask for it to be filled. Asked for milk with coffee, they said they ran out. No toaster for our toast.
7. Hotel facilities have been neglected. They do need to focus on the areas and just add simple maintenance.
8. The location is great for a few nights and beautiful views. It's sad that the hotel ( again, not a resort) doesn't take into account the potential it has.
9. Room service is only every 2 days . It was fine. However, we didn't know we had to actually request on day 2 it be attended to. Just taking rubbish and stocking toilet paper and changing towels would have been nice after a day out.
10. The customer service by everyone was amazing. They were very approachable and friendly.
11. For what they change is very expensive to what they provide. It is not a resort. Again a cheap motel feel, but because it's on the beach, they think they are a resort.
12. They have a small walkway balcony that is used by all 4 rooms on that level. A table with no chairs to actually relax.
13. You can tell they are trying to cut costs in so many way and forgetting the basic things.
We did however speak to booking.
- Wassana (1/5): Bad - Our van didn’t want to drop us off at hotel because the road was bad which find out later that no cars or van will drop off or pick up because how bad the road so they will drop you off some where close by then you will walk through the beach 15 mins with all your luggages or go some that you will do the same
Staffs was bad they will ran out coffee cream , tea then they will try to find only one little pack to get it for you , they won’t tell you who manager name it you want to complain . Wall in room was cracked
- Laurent (4/5): PERFECT LOCATION BUT POOR QUALITY SERVICE - Staff quite unqualified and not very concerned with the customer.
Especially the front office during the day.
They forget to change toilet paper when they make the room.
Night front office was super nice.
- Daniel (10/5): - It was a good stay with plenty of activities!
- David (10/5): - I just wanted to say thank you for refunding my stay when I was unable to make it because of the weather. You didn't have to do that and I appreciate it very much. Thank you
- Christine (1/5): Not that good because of the accommodation and staff behaviors. - I love the view outside very nature and chillax. The facility itself specifically room accommodation.
*Untidy
*Smelly comfort room
*Super dirty Comfort room yellowish floor with mosquito larva already.
*Water is dirty not potable disgusting to use for brushing teeth or even washing face.
*The Staffs are not trained properly most of them are OJT’s
*The staffs are not approachable.
—As a suggestion please choose a frontdesk staff with pleasing personality know how to communicate well to the guest.Train your staff well.
Please handle guest luggage or bags with care when transferring to your facility or room accommodation.Better use cart or transport properly.
- Hartstonge (10/5): Exceptional - Right on the beach, lovely staff. A small walk from the van depot. And a 10 minute tricycle from town primary.
- Sokayna (8/5): Peaceful and breathtaking views - All of my feedback will be on a “hotel” because it isn’t a resort (the word resort is used excessively in Philippines)
Reading all the negative comments here and in google I was scared and thought about canceling, but it is not disastrous, actually pretty good place with a lot of potential and some points to correct:
- amazing location : first line in beach, in Vanilla beach which is outside the town that I found crowded dirty and noisy whilst here, peaceful beautiful nature and sunsets.
- vanilla beach is one of the finest beaches of El Nido, a tricycle ride to the town is 150 pesos for up to 3 people
- 6 mn walk to McDonalds
- 2 mn walk to the best sunset you can get
- next to zip line el Nido which I loved
- all staff, with no exceptions, are nice and helpful and smily
- we asked for an extra bed in our room which they responded to positively with a reasonable price
- restaurant food is super delicious : I am saying this as someone who suffered to find good food in almost all Philippines
- the view from our room was breathtaking: no word to describe! I wish I can wake up to this everyday
- room is spacious, was enough for 3 people with many luggage
- bed linen clean, mattress comfortable. Enough plugs, correct decoration, hot water, modern AC and accessories
- they offer help with luggage at arrival and departure (as it is accessible only through the beach) - it is not a resort, but a hotel with amazing amazing view
- breakfast is very limited
- room cleaning inly 1/2 days on demand (which is an inconvenience for a beachfront hotel with sand and water)
- price is kind of expensive for what it offers for poor breakfast and no other included dish
- access only by beach, otherwise with their service car! This should be mentioned big on the description! (It is not inconvenient when you know it because you contact them before and they pick up from McDonalds but if you don’t know then reaching the hotel following maps with luggage can be very difficult)
- no response through booking (but they do respond via WhatsApp number given after booking)
- Jerry (8/5): Very good -
- Gianni (8/5): Best seaview of my life - Seaview & design Level of cleaning (linen was dirty). It was institution of the hotel a cleaning every 2 days.
- Chuki (3/5): Poor -
- Bahadir (8/5): Very good - Location, room, authentic musics On February 1st, during dinner and February 2nd, during check-out, they wanted to make us pay for two food bills that did not belong to us. We do not understand whether they tried to take from us what others ate, for which they could not get their money before. When the bill comes to the table, be sure to count what you ate and drank carefully..
- Susan (8/5): Hotel - The hotel was nice but hard to get to. We had to walk down the beach with luggage
- Robert (6/5): - The rooms were spacious, charges are extra for everthing, You have to walk from Macdonalds to the hotel down and along the beach for about 10 minutes good luck if the tide is in you will get wet feet. No contact with front desk after 10 pm if you arrive late!
- Dennis (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (8/5): - Location is amazing, the views are unreal... we booked a sea view and highlight recommend, the photo from Expedia was different that room we got so we ended up upgrading , that room
Wa only available after 2 nights so that was abit annoying but other than that was great. Try get them to meet you at the McDonald's and help with luggage as abit of a walk done the beach, also we didn't like the breakfast much.but overall it's a good stay, more chilled than el nido but still has a daytime vibe
- Rosalina (4/5): - Room’s mattress smells need to be replaced
- Krystal (2/5): - DO NOT STAY IN THE OLD ROOMS THEY ARE COVERED IN MOULD! One staff member was extremely rude when we checked in, do not drive to this location, the road will destroy your rental vehicle and extremely unsafe to drive down. One staff member saved the trip for us, as well as restaurant staff especially KIKI! Ahhhh the nightmare has passed… so disappointed
- Wendy (9/5): Great - The location, beach front was amazing.
A little hard to find though as you have to walk down from the road and along the beach, we weren’t told that but the location made up for it There was no fridge in the room but otherwise is was nice with lovely views
- Anthony (5/5): Ok but not worth the money spent - Beach No television staff very organized
- Alexandr (6/5): This is not our hotel - Only the receptionist who met us on arrival was good. He met us and took us to the room. The room needs to be repaired. There was no TV on the wall. That is, there was a mount, but there was no TV. The skin has not been added even once. Room cleaning is only upon request. The view from the window is not bad, but the sunset is not visible and you have to go to the other end of the beach. There was no breakfast, despite the rather high price for a room for a 2-star hotel.
- Yvan (10/5): - Great resort, located right on the beach. Getting out of the bedroom to step on the beach. Great location, very touristic, great and friendly host. Msny different restaurants and bar available. We will be bavk soon for our 3rd time!
- Miranda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lukas (2/5): Terrible Hotel with nice view - Good location with nice view Old broken towels dirty bed sheets and the room in general was not cleaned
Breakfast was terrible, as we waited 30min just for a tea
Coffe was only available as instant coffee.
The personal was friendly but not a help in the end. Also they didn’t answer on my requests on booking.
I recommend to use other hotels in the city and go to the beach there be scooter or tuctuc
- Owada (5/5): Nice Place but poor management and costumer service . - on the beach.
near to Mua Tala
easy transportation to go to town no tv. no hair dryer. no table . no chair . very Small Room. lots of mosquitos. . no interphone to call for the lobby. . the toilet and bath is too Small. . water is very low pressure. . poor ventilation. . no kettle for warm water. . food is not good
- Lyle (10/5): Excellent - Breakfast with the view was amazing!! Had hard time contacting property on 1st day. If check in is expected hope the shuttle can gonaround more
- Neslihan (7/5): Good -
- Teresita (10/5): - Excellent service. Beautiful location
- Lior (8/5): Very good -
- Brian (2/5): Very poor - Beach front location Tap water was foul and brown for the entire stay. Not safe to use.
- Alice (8/5): - Clean and comfortable stay. Staff friendly and helpful. A few metres from vanilla beach so great for swimming and lovely views of the sunset.
- Regina (9/5): Superb - Very clean room, amazing location, friendly staff. We were worried at first because of some negative reviews we read on Google, but they turned out to not apply at all, the place is amazing! Breakfast could be larger and there was no tea.
- Alda (4/5): Disappointing - It was supposed to be"Fast check-in " according to your details. Qe arrived at 4pm and finally got to the bedroom after 7pm. Three rooms were unacceptable as the they were very damp and the smell of dampness was terrible. Even the curtains in some rooms had mould on them. The receptionist dealing with our case was not interested..
There was a lot of leaks in the corridor outside our room. The containers for water and tiwels on the floors were everywhere.
This hotel had the air of neglect. I'm sure it must have been grand once upon a time. We were given a voucher for one meal which we took and used . That was the only time we ate in the hotel restaurant. The meal was terrible.
On one but las day a heavy shower door came off it's hinges . My husband was lucky to escape injury.
The only plus was the beach. It was beautiful.
Sadly i cannot recomand this place. And far far from 5* hotel.
- MARICAR (10/5): - We have stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we had a wonderful experience. All the staff were accomodating and friendly. They make sure to meet your needs. We have stayed in a room fronting the beach and the limestone cliffs, every morning as we open the door, the view is just fantastic!
Only thing is, there is no shower caddy in the bathroom so there is nothing to put away your bathroom stuff like shampoo etc.
Also, no fridge and no tv.
Tv is not really a big deal to us coz we spent most of our time doing tours and swimming on the beach. The internet connection is great. Mcdonalds is just around the corner.
Overall, we had a wonderful time at this hotel.
- Rica (8/5): Good value - Location
- Lyndel (9/5): On the beach bliss - Beaut location. Great view. On the beach. Food was nice. Breakfast basic. Shops close by. Tricycle service to local places. Staff arranged our island trips. Prices for trips are standard. Staff carried our bags over the beach to accommodation. Aircon was not working so we got an upgrade. Was a lovely start to our trip. Some rooms no wifi use public space.
- Neslihan (8/5): Very good -
- Monty (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were fantastic.
- Tim (7/5): Nice and relaxed stay for 1-3 nights - - bungalow hut with sea front
- good bed
- good airco
- lovely breakfast
- friendly and serving staff
- the area is great (but more expensive)
- sea within 2mins. walking, not too crowded - there is no real beach in front, you need to walk to vanilla beach 2 mins.
- plastic chairs
- too loud music until too late
- you can smell sigarettes from neighbours trough windows/door
- ants, some also in bed
- replace the bathroom door
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location. Staff are efficient. Toiletries not sufficient. Tours and airport shuttle overcharged.
- Ibajay (9/5): Superb - Everything :-) Some more selection of food in the menu
- Jordi (9/5): Good place - The place is wonderful The details make the difference between a correct stay or an excellent one. And some details fail. The staff do not seem to be professional or well trained for the job, some time are chatting among themselves instead of attending the customer.
The mirror lights in the bathroom were broken, no possibility to pay with a credit card, .... little things with a minimum investment and interest for doing well. The results were excellent.
- Mae (10/5): - All the staff are very helpful from the front desk to the server , luggage porter. Very nice place, ambience is very nice . Dining with live music. Enjoyed our stay
- Frank (6/5): Simple accommodation for one or two nights and with backpacks only. The mosquitoes inside the room are a very big proble - The room is right on the beach, which is incredibly beautiful. The staff are a dream. Extremely many mosquitoes. No mosquito net. No airtight doors and windows. Extremely small accommodation.
- Caroline (7/5): Hotel with best views of El Nido - The view - the bungalow was right on the beach. The hotel's restaurant was also very nice, beautiful views, feet in the sand. Location is great, it's in a quiet area of El Nido but you have a few bars and restaurants around.
The room is on the smaller side but was very confortable. Zipline is right above so sometimes it can get a bit noisy, but it's only during the day. Only accessible via the beach - 10 minute walk from drop off.
It's a 2star hotel so we weren't expecting more and were happy with this hotel.
- Harold (5/5): Not professional, organization not based on client satisfaction. Super low quality of breakfast - Location
View Poor management. Some staff members never smile, don’t even say Hi… and a lot to say..
Some others are nice.. at least ..
- Pamela (6/5): Like a beach hut stay - Lovely location on the beach & staff were friendly. We stayed in the bungalow rooms on the beach front (though the front is taken by the massage beds). If you are a light sleeper don’t stay here, the ac is loud, & you can hear everything outside super easy. The room is very basic & small when you are two with big bags, backpacks etc. Little room to easily put your things. In general, the room needs a good deep clean. The staff though friendly were a little clueless at times. Internet passwords initially provided were wrong, and continued to be until 5th, 6th etc. person looked into it. Breakfast could be improved. Access to the hotel is a 5-10mins walk from the main road partially along the beach. This is ok if you are fit, but I didn’t realise until we arrived, it wasn’t ideal for my mum who regularly keeps a walking stick. She made it though with no complaints.
- JUNAR (8/5): Orange Pearl Resort - We landed into Puerto Princessa Airport where hotel staff made arrangements for a driver to pick us up. Took my wife and three girls so it costed me $700 pesos each.
What they didn't tell us was the van we chartered was a ride sharing van. That meant we had to share the 11-passenger van with 15 other people.
I didn't mind at first but the driver stopped several times to pick up and drop other people off along the way. They squeezed in people even though there were no more seat belts. Our 5-hour trip to El Nido took us 6 hours. It included one rest stop for lunch and a restroom break.
We arrived at Vanilla Beach where the Orange Pearl Resort was located. We contacted the front desk where they sent two porters (hotel staff) to carry our luggage to the beach. It was about a 10 minute walk. The porters were very hard workers carrying our heavy luggage so make sure you tip them well.
There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms but the Wi-Fi in the lobby was strong.
They had free breakfast every morning. Typical Filipino dishes. Unfortunately they ran out a lot of the food items on their dinner menu.
It was a blessing in disguise because the best food was in downtown El Nido Beach. Just rent a tricycle driver (average 150 pesos) and tell them to take you into town. It was a 10 minute bumpy ride but was part of the adventure.
I'd definitely stay here again where the beach was only a few feet from the resort. It's also the best location for the sunsets.
- Miriam (8/5): Very good -
- Ruth (9/5): Superb -
- Enzo (7/5): Generally pretty happy with our stay and would return again. - The beach ou the front is not swimmable but it's a very short walk to a swimmable beach. The security guard holding a shotgun seems unnecessary. They could have a concealed weapon like most other resorts.
The trip to Napcan Beach that the staff organised could have been better advised as it was a very uncomfortable ride on a tricycle and would be better off with a van or taxi offered at least. It's a long way to go and would of been good to know before leaving.
- Chelsie (10/5): - Perfect location! Just make sure to make arrangements for pick up at McDonald’s with the hotel to get help/assistance with your bags! Transportation will not be able to drop you off at the hotel! I’d definitely stay here again!
- Scott (4/5): Crap - The location good Bed the room the food photos in app was a lie
- Sherizze (6/5): It was good. We had fun nevertheless. - The hotel’s location is superb. Thew view from our room is amazing. The bed is comfortable as well. We experienced a power outage and have to move to another room which is fine. But the key card of the new room is not working. We have to force our way in every single time. Breakfast is okay. Wish they have more options for the food tho. P.S. there are geckos.
- Joserine (10/5): Amaxing hotel - Everything! This hotel is def a hidden gem 🥰 The staff was excellent, the hotel was perfect! Nothing!
- Jennylyn (8/5): Very good -
- Jared (4/5): Disappointing - Location is great... that's about it.
- Manuel (7/5): ok but there's a lot to improve on - rooms were ok, hot and cold water; nearness to a complex with many shops/restos Few selections for breakfast; food was not very good for lunch or for dinner; not very polished service
- Gustav (1/5): Overrated with poor hospitality - We booked 5 night but left after 3 so can’t say much we liked about the place to be honest. The location was ok with a nice view on the beach but not
more than that.
We got an upgrade which was nice but even though left.. Well where to begin..
They did not clean our room in two days, even though we told the staff several times.
Wi-Fi was not working in our room, only in the restaurant and even there it was poor.
Water run out 3times during our stay so we could not even flush the toilet.
Breakfast was ok if you like instant coffee, rice, dried fish and Asian style. They had fruits, eggs and toast but not good.
Spend your money somewhere else is my tip.
- Marlon (3/5): Poor - You have walk for about 10-15 minute walk from McDonald’s (the entrance to the complex), then walk in the beach—you will get wet during high tide. One of my windows did not lock. I told them day one. The next day at night I tell them it wasn’t fixed. Now they’re telling me they will fix it tomorrow. It didn’t get fixed until I demanded to be moved. I will say most of the staff were very attentive, just employed in a place that needs serious facilities improvement Not much to like other than it being in the beach with friendly stray dogs everywhere.
- Ana (10/5): freindly staff very helpful - amazing location easy beach access
- Robert (6/5): Pay a little extra and get much much more - The location was very good The room was very tired and the shower was extremely dirty
- Edelyn (3/5): Cheap price, cheap hotel - Great location, the facility is old, def need an upgrade. During my stay, the water was shut down for 2 hours. That was very inconvenient. Water was really filthy when it was turned back on. Our toilet was broken. Told the staff about the issue and was fixed the next day. Food was okay nothing exciting. Water was shut down for 2 hrs. Toilet was broken. Dirty water
- Kyle (7/5): Good -
- Cécilia (9/5): Amazing view - Location is amazing, just in front of the beach ! Staff was very nice, they arranged me a transport for Port Barton
It’s perfect for one or two nights A lot of humidity but is not the hostel’s fault
- Neil (7/5): Good - Booked into the bungalow room which was very small and had ants on the bathroom floor. Had to upgrade to a decent room
- Timothy (9/5): Great staff, beautiful location but bad internet connection. - Great staff team. special thanks to Edward who helped is to organize our stay. The Wi-Fi does not reach to the rooms. Even at the reception it is to slow to use. We didn’t have mobile internet connection in our rooms. Only outside.
- Ivan (8/5): great view from the room. everything else was average - views from our room is amazing. definitely dont take bike rental from the property. they charged us for an already broken helmet and a broken key compartment that was not of our fault
- Johann (8/5): Very good - Location and awesome staff
I had the opportunity to make my bungalow nice with some comfy furniture on the porch and a few nice plants
And they let me stay one more night for free because of typhoon and canceled flights. The only thing I didn’t like was the bungalows had no refrigerators in them.
- Vaida (8/5): Very good - Beautiful place on the beach. A lot of small shops and bars. Very close to the zip line. Very poor internet connection. Immposible to work online.
- May (7/5): good value for money - our room was absolute beachfront. many restaurants nearby. nobody contacted us that we need to tell them what time we are arriving so nobody picked us up from vanilla beach. it was a very long walk with our luggages. we had to carry them because we couldn’t roll our suitcases in the sand. breakfast could be improved.
- Daniel (10/5): - This property is not reachable by vehicle. You must walk about ten minutes and actually carry your stuff while wal, king on the beach for about five minutes
- Gokhan (5/5): Passable -
- Bernhard (6/5): Pleasant - The location is fantastic - you are directly next to one of the most beautiful beaches of the area The only great thing is the location. Otherwise, the accomodation lacks what you expect in that price range.
The tiles in the bath were quite broken, it was also a bit dirty.
The breakfast was once served cold.
The service personell is not very competent.
- Aurora (1/5): Very poorly managed. Never going back - Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Go for a proper room the bungalows are the size of a box and very very hot. There are 2 other hotels next door which are better and I had to move into one of them. Aircon doesn’t work and there was no hot water. They managed to change me into another room but maintenance had to go and fix hot water but still, it’s not proper hot water, warm enough for the water not to be ice cold and they don’t even do daily cleaning of the room. Towels are rubbish. Windows at the bungalows doesn’t lock properly which is worrying for your belongings safetiness
- Ricardo (10/5): Dreamy views here! - I loved the building, its aesthetical ambiance, and the dreamy beachfront! There were only a few options for breakfast
- Katsumi (8/5): - Nice viewing
- Cris (8/5): Relaxing stay - the big room and comfortable bed the water pressure is very weak on the 3rd floor and the poor Wi-Fi connection
