- Leon (9/5): למי שמחפש מקום שקט ורגוע לסוף השבוע - בריכה מצויינת, הילד נהנה ממנה מאוד. מתחם באולינג שהיה חלק מהתוכנית בילוי שלנו שימח אותנו מאוד. צוות המלון היה ידידותי מאוד ועוזר. מכון כושר- זה ממש לא משהו שאפשר לקרוא לו מכון כושר, 4 זוגות אופניים ללא תצוגה כי פשוט לא החליפו בו סוללה. סט אחד של משקולות שהיה קטן מאוד עבורי ולא ניתן היה לבצע אימון. מתקן יחיד שהיה זה מולטי טריינר וגם הוא היה שבור.
- Orianne (9/5): Hotel confortable et accueil au top - Hôtel très confortable et propre. Le personnel est très sympathique ! Nous avons ete upgradé pour une chambre avec balcon qui a permis de prendre un apéro agréable. C'était parfait pour une étape sur notre route vers Tbilissi. La grande rue passante sur laquelle est situé l'hôtel est bruyante, il vaut mieux dormir avec des bouchons.

- Maria (9/5): Хороший вариант для отдыха - Красивый отель, гостеприимные сотрудники на ресепшн. Много разных развлечений в одном месте. Понравился номер, просторный и в нём было всё, что нужно. Есть халаты, тапочки. Кондей на обогрев работает, мы не мерзли. Ужинали и отмечали день рождения в ресторане внизу, цены как в Тбилиси, норм. Еда была вкусная, нам понравилось! Меню оооочень обширное, там есть всё! Видно, что отель не новый, поэтому были нюансы и в номере и в зоне спа. У нас воду не набирал унитаз, нашли как пофиксить сами, поэтому не обращались с этим на ресепшн. Потертый ковер у балкона, торчащие розетки. Но нам это всё не мешало отдыхать, это мелочи.

- Tamara (8/5): В целом, мне все понравилось, если есть какие-то недочеты, все вытягивает персонал. Мне понравилось открытое и дружелюбн - Очень приветливый, дружелюбный и располагающий персонал!) Клиентоориентированный подход: + нам предоставили угловой номер с балконом, и это было лучшее решение, потому что я брала с собой 2 собак, пока мы были в бассейне, собаки гуляли на балконе; + к нашему приезду в номере было тепло, потому что нам поставили обогреватель, на следующий день после приезда: утром шел снег и вечером первого дня в номере было бы холодно без обогревателя. Также очень понравился завтрак. Чисто субъективный взгляд: Крытый бассейн довольно большой и очень (для человека, который очень плохо плавает, и с маленьким ребенком) глубокий (2 м.), вода показалась довольно прохладной. Мы с ребенком купались с кругом в пространстве, где лестница и глубина 1,5 метра (это пространство очень мало).

- Julia (10/5): - Просторные номера, приятный персонал и много развлечений для детей и взрослых-бассейн, боулинг, бильярд, настольный футбол и другие игровые автоматы. У нас был номер с очень красивым видом на горы. Воздух чистый и свежий. Обязательно ещё сюда приедем.

Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый — всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, каждый день можно было выбрать что-то новое. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная и комфортная, идеально подходит для отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить девушку Анну с ресепшена — она очень милая, внимательная и доброжелательная. Всегда встречает с улыбкой. Расположение также очень удобное, всё необходимое рядом. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и с уверенностью могу рекомендовать этот отель другим!

- Naila (6/5): - The room was very cold and we were freezing. The food in the restaurant was terrible. Everything seemed frozen — pizza, fries, burgers. I do not recommend eating there. We ordered strudel and received something with rubbery dough and an old-tasting filling. It felt disrespectful to the guests. The khinkali were falling apart and impossible to hold. We didn’t even touch the pizza — it looked like it was made from frozen dough and was falling apart, possibly not fresh. In my opinion, the kitchen should be checked, as everything seemed frozen and not fresh. Unfortunately, this ruined our weekend. It was raining, so we couldn’t go anywhere, and we didn’t want to eat at the restaurant again. Summary: Nice hotel and pool, but very poor food and a cold room spoiled the experience.

Если заказов на завтрак не много, подают индивидуально. Если много - накрывают шведский стол. Везде очень чисто. Мы были зимой, в номере очень хорошая система отопления, было тепло. В бассейне кроме нас никого не было. На 4 этаже плохая шумоизоляция номеров и слабый интернет.

- Alena (10/5): - Все было превосходно! Персонал отзывчивый, чтобы мы не попросили, все делалось практически сразу. Огромное спасибо!!! У нашей дочери было день рождения, персонал урасил номер шариками, поздавительными надписями, даже дали свечи на тортик и небольшой подарочек!!! Все, что касается досуга - все на высшем уровне: боулинг, бильярд, настольный теннис, аттракционы, бассейн!!! В ресторане все очень вкусно и по доступной цене, плюс если вы постоялец отеля, вам предоставляют скидку!!! Девушки в отеле всегда подсказывали, куда и как добраться и что посмотреть в городе!!! В общем отдых на 10 из 10. Спасибо огромное!!! Нет такого!!!

Это целый развлекательный комплекс для детей и взрослых 🫶 Большой крытый бассейн, сауна, игровые автоматы , боулинг , бильярд , детская игровая и батут !! Очень вкусная еда в отеле и приятные цены 👌 Персонал вежливый и приветливый , очень приятная теплая атмосфера ♥️ Рядом хорошие большие супермаркеты 👌 Мы гостили на новогодние праздники , весь комплекс празднично украшен 🎄✨

- Irina (10/5): - Все прекрасно, все чисто, отель находится на горе , где прекрасная природа, даже зимой приятно смотреть на сосны и ели. Единственное, что хотелось бы сказать, что бы вода в бассейне было бы потеплее и помещение бассейна была бы тёплой, зимой холодновато. Но чистота на высшем уровне, что меня сильно порадовала. В гостинице прекрасный песторан. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Всё есть для прекрасного отдыха. Обязательно приедем ещё.
- Nikolaos (9/5): Value for money - Value for money really good amenities for the price. If you want to be on Tbilisi center a lot probably this is not the best choice due to location but otherwise it was really good.

The on-site restaurant serves delicious food, and the location is very convenient and enjoyable. The personnel were friendly, helpful, and attentive, making our stay even more pleasant.
