• Heidy (7/5): - La habitación y la ubicación están muy bien porque está en una calle un poco concurrida, lo que hace que no haya estacionamiento, lo recomiendo para personas que no lleven auto. La ubicación del parking es super lejos, debes caminar casi dos cuadras para llegar al estacionamiento y eso lo hace incómodo, además que si no te dan bien la indicación para estacionarte, llegan en la noche a pedirte que muevas el carro ya que estás acostado y a caminar tus dos cuadras de ida y pues otras dos de vuelta :(

La gentillesse du personnel. Un bon accueil. Bonne gestion de notre demande de changement de chambre. Pas de petit déjeuner. Des travaux en cours bruyants la journée. Éviter les chambres au niveau de l’accueil (grand hall qui résonne beaucoup (tôt et tard en journée / soirée). Mais nous avons été changés de chambre sans problème. Les chambres du fond sont parfaites

En se lavant les dents, on avait le bain de pieds.... nous avons prévenu, la fuite était toujours présente et le seau trop petit... dur pour entreposer les valises, pas de chaise, => trop petit....

• Salma (10/5): Amazing Experience - I loved and enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tepeyac. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. One of my family members had bronchitis and had difficulty walking. They gave us a room on the first floor, they provided us with a heater and a coffee maker that we used to warm her water. Additionally, we loved the location of the hotel as there were a lot of restaurants around it and the food was really good. Also, the colors of the hotel were amazing, not to mention the plants, it really showed the Chiapas culture.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but if you are traveling light and need comfortable accommodations in a hotel that offers a unique experience this is the place. The street outside is lined with nice restaurants and shops. Very pedestrian friendly.

El lugar está sobre un andador donde es el centro de vida social y nocturna, muy buena ubicación. Lo único es que la la cama está súper dura e incomoda así como las almohadas, no permitieron un buen descanso.

Bed was a bit small but ok, and also the room was really small but was ok generally, no air conditioner but we didn't need one

The best location in the main street (Real de Guadalupe) which has access to bars, coffee's and restaurants. The place isn't the fanciest but offers the basics (bed, bathroom, etc.). Lo unico malo por decir algo es el tamaño de la habitacion, es muy pequeño y la habitacion que me toco no tenia ventanas para que entrara aire o refrescara la habitacion. Pero el personal hacia lo que se necesitara para resolver cualquier inconveniente. En general un excelente lugar para hospedarse.

About Yours Hotel .com really bad for those reazons: when arrive to hotel show the rate was cheaper than the price than got with yours . Moreover only gived my number of credit card to yours because to reservation it is necesary always I use cash , but someone of your emploeyes tried to make a charge to my card for 68 Dlls thanks to my bank than did call me to advisorme to me on time ,¡I repit only to yours Hotel .com gived the number of credit card! • kater532 (8/5): Nice, clean, simple hotel - Hotel Tepeyac is clean, has a very friendly staff, and a nice location on Real Guadeloupe. We arrived several hours early for check-in and the staff were very kind, showing us to our room immediately. Clean sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, and small bottles of water are provided in the room. The showers are amazing, and there is endless hot water! It was quiet in the evenings with just a little muffled music from the restaurant next door. The cafe attached to the lobby (Nam Nam) serves excellent breakfast. All around a pleasant stay for 2 nights!
• C.G. (6/5): Doesn't Take Credit Cards, Mixed Review - I had two very different experiences at this hotel within one weekend. The first two nights, I stayed in a lovely big clean room with a great TV and a nice hot shower. It was quiet and spacious. I had to unexpectedly stay an extra night in San Cris, and they switched me to a different room. It was on the third floor, had one hard matrimonial bed (just a mattress on boards), and the TV was only in black and white and had fewer channels than the previous room. The toilet was in the same room as the shower, so showering meant splashing water on the bathroom floor and toilet. And it was FREEZING at night! So I would recommend this hotel for the first experience but not the second. Additionally, I didn't find out until I arrived that they don't accept credit cards, so I had to pay in cash upfront on the first night. They didn't give me a receipt until I specifically asked for it, and then it was a chore.
