• Alejandro (5/5): Mas o menos - La ubicación está excelente!!! El personal es amable. Algunas paredes de los cuartos son de tabla roca y por eso el hotel es MUY RUIDOSO. NO SE PUEDE DORMIR pues todo el ruido de los pasillos que hacen los otros clientes en la noche se escucha. Las personas en la recepción hacen ruido hasta la 1 de la madrugada y no te dejan dormir pues todo se escucha. Yo no pude dormir. Si viajas por trabajo y necesitas levantarte temprano no creo que este hotel sea la opción.

• Glenda (10/5): Excelente relación calidad-precio; perfecto para llegar a dormir. - La ubicación es excelente. Cuenta con estacionamiento y los precios son bastante razonables. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero por el precio no tengo ninguna queja. Utilizamos el hotel solamente para dormir por las noches. Las camas fueron cómodas para nosotros (preferimos colchones muy firmes).

Great location just a block from main plaza. Comitan is excellent as a base to take collectivos to visit many natural attractions in the region

• Patrick (4/5): Can’t recommend this place 😟 - Very central location, two blocks from the central park. Spacious rooms. Fair prices online, generally good value. Bed was comfortable. WiFi slow and unstable with regular interruptions. Shower doesn’t get hot enough. Reception is often empty. Staff could really be friendlier. Bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Unhygienic shower curtain. Noisy at night, paperthin walls and windows. Unfortunately, dishonest and unfriendly behaviour by staff and management. I asked to extend my stay on site and was promised the same rate as for my first night. The following day, the hotel charged me more upon check out. Absolutely unprofessional. Sad to leave the otherwise friendly and charming Comitán with such an experience. Stay somewhere else.

• Sergio Ivan Jimenez (8/5): - El lugar esta super centrico, la habitación está muy bonita. El personal super amable. Si me volvería a hospedar con ellos. El único detalle fue el WC, le faltaba presión al momento de jalarle. De ahí en fuera, todo muy bien.

• PAOLA ESMERALDA (10/5): Sin duda volvería a hospedarme. - A pesar de que al principio hubo algo de confusión con el tipo de habitación que me dieron, fuera de ese detalle mi estadía fue excelente, desde la comodidad de la habitación, hasta el buen trato y amabilidad del personal y lo bueno que esta el desayuno!!!
• John (8/5): A great place! - This hotel was great, especially considering the phenomenal location one block from the downtown main square, and the great low price (US$19.32 including fees & taxes). The room had everything I could have wanted. Very nice furnishings; no fridge or coffeemaker, but who would need them, with Oxxo a block away at the main square, and coffeeshops and restaurants there too - and a grocery story about 1.5 or 2 blocks away. There was a large floor fan; I didn't need to use it, as it was May and the temp. was pleasant. Only one outlet in the room; no problem, if you bring your surge protector strip as I did. The room had two double beds, a small writing desk, a larger desk with two seats and drawers that I did my work at, and a place to hang your clothes with another surface to store things on. Bathroom was fine, with shower; separate sink outside the bathroom, with plenty of counterspace. Upstairs was an attractive area with a table and comfortable chairs where I could work also, or just hang out. Hotel wifi was a bit slow at times, i combined it with my own and there was no problem. This room was perfect for my requirements, and the price and location were great. I was extremely pleased.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Disapointing Stay - Honestly not the best value. In room 52, the comforters were worn and one of them had what looked to be cigarette burns ( in a room designated as non smoking). Also there was very little hot water, not more than 3-5 minutes worth for a shower. It was nice that there was a fan in the room as Comitan can get warm. However I recomend finding something else, especially with AC. Not worth staying more than 1 night. They don’t always have someone present at the front desk so it can take awhile to checkin/out. I won’t be staying here or at their sister properties the next time I’m in Comitan.

• EBV (6/5): - Me gusto la cercania al centro. No me gusto que el primer día no hubo agua caliente y tuvr que acudir a recepción para que arreglaran esto. El Wi Fi no llega a la habitación.
