Nos sentimos muy agusto. La ubicación bien. Tienes bares y tiendas cerca. Y el tener parking un plus Al ser un bajo no teníamos terraza, pero no nos importó mucho. Nos ahorramos el subir y bajar escaleras 😉

Потрясающий вид на море из всех окон. Сам комплекс очень ухоженный, утопает в цветах и зелени, сказочно красиво. Удобное расположение, в пешей доступности супермаркеты, кафе. Мы искренне благодарны администратору Хуану Карлосу, всегда чувствовали его поддержку в решении всех возникающих вопросов, что очень важно при длительном проживании. Огромное спасибо! Сюда хочется возвращаться!

Stunning sea view from our balcony , particularly at sunset. Also being right beside the beach was perfect with the hot weather. Local cafe/bar, restaurants and supermarket a short walk away. Bigger supermarkets only a short drive away. Host was very attentive and friendly. We would love to visit again. Thank you Juan!

Viktoriia (8/5): Very pleasant stay - Apartment is amazing, located right on the beach. Very spacious, cozy and perfectly suited our needs. The communication with host was smooth, he helped us with everything we needed. It wasn't very clean when we arrived. Seemed like they cleaned only the surface and didn't do much deep cleaning for a while. We stayed there for the whole month, so had to clean the apartment, washing machine, bathroom ourselves for us to use it.

Dr. Länglich (10/5): Charmante Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer - Die nähe ans Meer, die saubere Anlage mit Pool und privatem Parkplatz, die Wohnung selbst. Alles da was man braucht zum Kochen und Urlaub genießen. Top gemacht, perfekt für Familien. In die Stadt und zum nächsten Supermarkt hat man es nicht weit. Super Restaurants in unmittelbare Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kenne die Wohnung von früher unrenoviert, da sie im Familienbesitz gewesen ist. Leider hat man bei der Renovierung etwas in der Küche (Arbeitsplatte) und der Duschabtrennung gespart. Da könnte man ein bisschen nachbessern.

Los pisos llevan bastante tiempo sin reformarse, ya no guarda relación con las fotos: utensilios muy desgastados y casi inusables, ventanas que no cierran, ventiladores ruidosos,... Lo único que se ha actualizado en estos años es el precio.

Patricia (9/5): Apartamento a pie de playa - Es la segunda vez que vamos, lo que dice bastante. Para nosotros lo mejor es la ubicación del apartamento. La urbanización tiene salida directa a la playa. También resaltar que hay aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones y en el salón, además de ventiladores de techo que estaban en buen estado. Nosotros volveríamos a repetir, pero por indicar algo que no está del todo bien es que se trata de una urbanización muy antigua (aunque el apartamento está reformado) y hay detalles que se notan, como el olor en el baño. Igual mejoraría un poco el menaje de la cocina ya que es bastante reducido.

Florin (8/5): Nice place to spend your holiday - The location of the apartment is very nice, easy acces to the beach, nice amenities around, apartment was very comfortable, heating was working very good and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook , coffee machine is avaliable too. The furniture in the living room is showing signs of getting old and some damages could be seen, but nothing major. The hot water boiler is small, and the hot water is finishing quickly. Regarding the cleaning, we extended the sofa for a TV evening, and we found that the sheet was not changed for a while as it was quite dirty but we had spares left bybthe owner and it was sorted.
Richard (9/5): Excellent host, high quality apartments, idyllic location - Juan is an excellent host that is extremely responsive and very helpful. It is clear he really cares about the condition of his apartments and that his guests are happy. The apartments are finished to a high standard, with all the amenities you would expect for comfortable living and literally right on the beach. Denia is clean and safe, we liked it very much indeed. We had an extended out of season stay here, without a car and so explored the local area mainly on foot and by bus. There are decent food shops within walking distance (Consum and Mercado will also deliver if required), with costs pretty much identical to the UK. There is a bus service to take you into town, with a stop right outside the apartments and although much less frequent in winter, still useful. Many of the restaurants are not open this time of year, but there are still plenty to choose from and we found the food to be excellent and good value. Can't really think of anything we didn't like and would happily return for another stay. The apartments on this stretch of coastline are essentially on the outskirts of the main town, so may be a little quiet for those that enjoy a bustling night life, but for us peaceful was the objective!

We were told , so we’re not surprised…. There were no beach towels or chairs or noodles available. We were there only 2 nights so were not going to buy them.

Sharon (8/5): We had a fantastic week in Denia at this apartment. - This apartment is in a superb location right on the beach. Easy bus service runs frequently into the centre. Fantastic local bakery close by for breakfast items too. Great communication from the owner Would have been useful to have a beach umbrella available in the apartment. The table on the balcony was tight for use with just 3 of us and it would have been useful to have been left a couple of bin bags. Small minor points only.
Laura (10/5): Perfect place for a family stay! - We were in a corner apartment and had a beautiful view of the pool and beach. It was such a relaxing space, plenty of room to move around comfortably and the views are incredible! A few steps from the door and you’re on a golden sandy beach which didn’t get too busy and because the beach is there the pool doesn’t get too busy either! Air con great for hot days, everything worked perfectly! Ideal for families! We were on the 3rd floor, there isn’t a lift but there aren’t too many steps. Though out of the centre of Denia, there are still plenty of bars, shops and restaurants in the area, perfect for a relaxing break! Some beach chairs and a parasol would be helpful!

The owner is a very nice person and we colaborated very well. The kitchen had no salt, no sugar, no coffee capsules, no oil, no second bag for garbage...you have to buy yourself the essentials in a kitchen. But considering the whole staying , which was very pleasant, I overcame this lack of essentials in the kitchen.
