We extended our stay and stayed a total of 5 nights. レセプションがないので入り口の電話が頼りです。 そんなに気にならないが何処からかベース音が聞こえて来るThere is no reception, so you have to rely on the phone at the entrance. It doesn't bother me that much, but I can hear a bass sound coming from somewhere.

• Kevin (5/5): The noise from the nightclub opposite starts at 11am and finishes at 5am it is incredibly loud - The property was spacious and clean it had a safe and good sized wardrobes, the WiFi was excellent. When we arrived at reception we were informed that the apartment we had booked had been given to someone else in error, this was not a good start to our holiday. We stayed in a horrible room for one night and were moved into another room the following day. The bed was hard and the pillows lumpy, some basic items weren’t available such as a toaster and microwave the utensils and kitchen items were also very limited, no glasses, sharp knife’s etc. There is a small fridge in the cupboard but unfortunately it freezes the food. Some simple additions would be useful. Unfortunately the apartment is opposite a nightclub which drove us mad! The loud music started at around 11pm and went on until 5am every single night so our stay felt very stressful. This problem is obviously not the fault of the owners but I do feel this needs to be stated in the booking details so we are able to make an informed decision we personally would have chosen a different apartment. You could ask for an omelette at breakfast and for us that’s what we had for 10 days because the other choices were very odd. We had a choice of chicken nuggets, fries, cauliflower, broccoli and some other odd looking foods most of the food was luke warm. No toaster available and if you wanted proper coffee you have to pay a separate charge. Shame really as we stayed here last year and our experience was a much better one.

• Luciana (10/5): Excelente!! - O check-in foi super rápido, o atendente mostrou o quarto, explicou onde seria o café da manhã que é em um restaurante, tudo muito confortável e bom! Hotel bem no old town, pertinho de várias lojas, restaurantes, bares, supermercados e ainda uma praia chamada Mermeli que tem um espaço pago, onde vc tem cadeira, guarda-sol, banheiro e toalhas por um preço justo. Mas caso vc não queira, tem outras praias mais afastadas, mas tem táxi e ônibus disponíveis para chegar lá. O quanto tem tudo o que vc precisa inclusive para fazer uma comida se quiser, pois tem cozinha com utensílios, frigobar, chaleira e fogão. Também disponível secador e ar condicionado no quarto. Muito bom mesmo!
• Jamie Grace Emily (4/5): Ich würde nicht nochmal wiederkommen - Die Lage ist gut. Die Dachterasse ist schön. Ich habe keine Kackerlacken im Zimmer gesehen (an den Zimmertüren sind extra Gummis zwischen den Tür rillen) Die Unterkunft ist in 3 Teile unterteilt. Wir waren zuerst am falschen Teil. Das Restaurant fürs Frühstück ist in einem separaten Gebäude neben den eigentlichen Zimmer. Vor der Tür roch es jeden Tag unheimlich schlimm nach Toten Tieren. Außerdem ist direkt gegenüber ein Nachtclub wegen dem wir jeden Tag sogar mit Ohrstöpseln schwer einschlafen konnten. Die Zimmer wurden zwar gereinigt aber meiner Meinung nach nur mit Wasser einmal durch gewischt und eine Riesen Pfütze hinterlassen. Es wurden immer zu wenige Handtücher gegeben, vor allem weil die Tür der Dusche undicht war und das ganze Badezimmer immer unter Wasser stand nach dem duschen. Wir bekamen nur eine Bettdecke (eher ein riesiges Handtuch) und auf Nachfrage eine weitere zu bekommen hieß es nur man müsste mal schauen. Wir warteten Tage lang auf eine weitere Decke, ein Hotel sollte definitiv genug Decken zur Verfügung haben. Das Zimmer kam mir auch deutlich kleiner vor als was wir gebucht hatten. Das Frühstück war ok aber nicht die beste Auswahl, vor allem wenn man das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis beachtet. Vor allem, weil man für den Kaffee extra bezahlen musste, obwohl er nicht gut geschmeckt hat. Abseits vom Hotel ist zu erwähnen, dass man in Kaleici nicht ins Meer kann, außer man bezahlt für einen Beach Club. Preise lagen bei 500tl pro Person…

È situato a 150 mt alle spalle della porta Adriano. Quindi in centro storico. Con la macchina si artiva all'hotel poi a piedi si va all'appartamento. • Debashis (7/5): Overall we had a nice trip - Our room was in the ground floor beside the small garden. We could utilize the garden for our morning and evening tree surrounded by nice flowers. We did not choose to have breakfast in the Apart Hotel. The hotel was in the old town Kaleici and not on the beach. The TV did not work properly and there was only Turkish Channels available, and no German or English language channels. Also the safe in the room had problem a man from the hotel came and repaired it, but still the safe worked erratically.

The terrace is also beautiful, it is a place where you can take sun and also spend time at night to have a quiet time. I didn't like that the room was in the basement. The kitchen was very small, barely you could fit two pans. The room was not in the main building and therefore if you wanted to have the breakfast you needed to go a little bit outside the structure where I was staying. The room was very tiny and with little light, also the light stop working. The salt and pepper were very old, left there and not used by anyone.

• Kelly (7/5): An ideal base for exploring Antalya - The apartments were clean and comfortable. Location was great, close to everything you'd need (shops, restaurants etc) and everything you'd want to visit(historical sites, old town etc) The main hotel has a pool you can use. The apartments have a rooftop terrace you can use, as well as a garden terrace. The staff are great, so helpful and kind! Unfortunately, there is a nightclub backing onto the street the apartments are on so from 11.30pm to around 4.30/5am, it's VERY loud. There's no real mention of this(that I could see anyways) It can be really hard to sleep, luckily we had ear plugs so managed to get (broken)sleep. Also, for long term stays(we were here 10 nights), the kitchenette is a little basic. A tea towel/cloth, toaster, some drinking glasses would be a great addition.

• David Ganson (8/5): Another Good Stay - I have stayed at the Delight Delux and the Delight Delux Hotel and Spa before so wanted to try the apartments. Just as conveniently located in Antalya old town as the other two. The website does not make it clear that you have to go to reception at the Delight Delux Hotel to check in. Overall another great stay despite there being no hot water in the bathroom. Very clean accommodation with a quality breakfast Can be a little noisy from the bar downstairs. My only negative was the slight suspicion from reception when my male Turkish friend who came to stay with me when I had already booked the room for two.

Städerskan kom dock väldigt sent varje dag runt 17 då jag gärna vill vila en stund så avböjde städ. Högljutt i omgivningen så är du lättväckt blir det svårt att bo vägg i vägg med en krig som spelar livemusik till 02. Generellt väldigt bra !
• Beyazinci (3/5): it does not deserve the value. - location first of all the room did not match the photos. it was located underground floor and there is no big normal windows. and also there was roller blinds so you can see the inside easily from the outside between two roller. we used a pillow to block view. the room air quality was not ok. smelled dampness. the lights are not enough for room. it was dark. shower heads were not working properly. the edges were dirty. the upstairs toilet drain was dripping. ventilation was not working. it was fake and loudly. it is just a little fan. no connection pipe from bathroom to the outside. another problem is the sound of music coming from the bar. it does not stop until late at night. reception and the apartmant we stayed in are not in same place. you need to walk like 100m. there is no information about that before booking.

There is one staff member Alperen who demonstrated excellent customer service, was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately I couldn't say that for the other staff member who my first point of contact when I arrived. I hope that the manager of this hotel reads my review and can appreciate that even Alperen is clearly a younger member of staff, his work ethic is miles ahead of his seniro colleague. Unfortunately I couldn't say that for the other staff member who my first point of contact when I arrived. 1) There is no reception at the aparthotel, and the bell doesn't work, and there is no sign at all that would suggest that you need to walk to a hotel nearby where the appropriate staff can be found for check in. You need to be able to call a Turkish number to get all this information. In my opinion, that's not always reasonable when coming from abroad, so a sign would help guests to find the hotel with reception. 2) A more senior stuff member who came to the aparthotel after a restraurant owner nearby called him on my behalf was rude and extremely off putting. When I expressed my concerns about getting in contact with the aparthote on arrival, his response was "you can just complain Booking". He didn't speak English, and it seemed that he couldn't understand what I was saying. But rather than getting an English speaking staff member, he continued to be speak to me in this manner. It was as though it was me who was supposed to accomodate him. 3) The "kitchnette" is tiny and it's really not a usable situation. I couldn't use it in any meaningful way. The table was dirty, but it was taken care of in the morning by Alperen, who was exemplary. 4) The security safe in my room woudn't open because it lost its battery. To make a long story short, after I tried and Alperen tried to fix it at night, a technician was supposed to come at 8m to fix it. I had to leave the hotel at 9:15 am to go to the airport. But instead the same rude and unhelpful member of staff came, tried to fool around with it which was what I and Alperen did last night, and instead of fixing it he just LOCKED it for another 20 mins. It was only because I raised my voice and started screaming, the technician finally showed up, at about 8:45 am, 30 mins before my departure. It was so stressful. In the end he just broke the safe.

• Luciana (10/5): Antalya feels like home to me ❤ and Delight Deluxe with all staff included makes it easier - Delight Deluxe Apartment is near the restaurants, the shops, pharmacy, supermarket and very easy to access transport to visit other places. This Apartment is right in the middle of Old Town Kalice which is very pretty with many things to do and visit. There are 2 Historical Museums to visit in Old Town, Markantalya Mall (Shopping Centre) is about 15 minutes walk or by the main Tram (grey one - you can pay by card ) there are nice shops and top floor in this Mall you´ll find restaurants and fast food places, all delicious food. Mermerli Beach is like 5 minutes walk down the hill with a lovely restaurant at the top with amazing view and close to the Marina which you can go for boat trips. Konyaalti Beach is 15 minutes by Tram (historical red Tram ) you can pay by card which is only 18 TRY. It is a lovely beach to sunbed with lots of restaurant facility and fresh drink along your walk. This place are clean and very tidy. There are Mosques to visit as everyone are welcome and there are Christian Churches services on Sundays to attend around the Town and Orthodox Church open during office hours. Everywhere you go in Town is clean and tidy, amazing weather, happy people always there to help you even those who dos not speak English, food is also amazing. N/A

The team were so helpful and nice even the restaurant manager was sweet we thank them a lot ! The pillows were to rough not confortable to sleep with, causing neck pain. The shower jet must be fixed.

• Alina (9/5): we had a good short stay there! - The property has very central location with close access to all amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly, big thanks to Baran , who helped to resolve the issue with misalignment on my booking. The room was a bit smaller than expected

• Valeriia (8/5): Very good - Very helpful staff, and communication during the stay was very good. The location is great - right in the center. We were moved to a hotel room instead of the apartment that we booked and only were informed upon arrival. The new room was good as well though smaller. It was ok for us for only one night but I would appreciate it if I would be informed upfront about the changes.
