We opted for leaf service at ground floor hall and the food was really good. Overall the function went very well and everything was well coordinated. Both the Manager “Ilam Raja” sir and “Illaiya Raja” sir support exceptionally good. They both took care of all things and always available. Also, thanks to the boss(forgotten Sir’s name) he simply guided us and suggested on what to do and how to do better. Thanks a lot for all your support and services. We had used the party hall for a small get together. Ambience and lighting and seating arrangements were in style. The toilets were well maintained and clean. ILAMRAJA P [Accounts Manager] had attended to our requirement from start to end. He was polite and excellent PR, he gave suggestions for a cost effective menu and option flavorful food. I had booked here and asked for a early checkin because I was in Chennai for 3 hours only for transit. These guys could have very politely denied that there is no room. I am not marking my review out of anger or loss of money but more because i dont want others go through the insult these guys tried to do to customers. A bunch of cheats. • Itz-Praveenkumar (2/5): **Nightmare Stay - Discrimination and Humiliation at Hotel NK Grand Par** - My partner and I, on a temple pilgrimage culminating in Chennai, booked this hotel via Cleartrip for its proximity to the airport. Upon arrival, with valid government IDs, we were shockingly denied check-in. The front desk staff cited the ridiculous reason that our IDs had the same city address, despite my explaining that it was my permanent address, while my current location is different. Instead of professionally requesting additional proof of our marriage, the staff treated us with utter disdain, refusing to even engage respectfully. When I politely asked to see their rule book stating this ID restriction, I was dismissively told to "search the internet." Despite showing him booking site confirmations with no such mention, and offering further travel details, he remained dismissive. Multiple staff members echoed the same absurd excuses, making us wait in the reception area until I contacted Cleartrip. Thankfully, Cleartrip facilitated a full refund and apology. Only *after* this did the hotel manager finally speak with us, something they could have done from the start. To illustrate their egregious error, I then presented our marriage certificate, wedding photos, and details of our temple trips. Only then did they grasp their mistake and offer a belated apology for their appalling behavior. This was a truly humiliating experience, and we promptly left this establishment to find a reputable hotel. Couples, beware: this hotel's staff needs serious training on respecting guests. Avoid this place if you value dignity and respectful treatment.

The room was very dated, and smelt VERY strongly of moth balls. There clearly wasn't a great deal of attention to detail when cleaning lots of dusty corners, and some cobwebs when you look up. The only good thing about the room was it was spacious. That's about it. The main road which the hotel sits on did not feel safe. My husband and I ventured out to get some water and that's about it. The restaurant attached to the downstairs of the hotel did not look very sanitary although I can't speak for the restaurant inside the hotel as it was closed by the time we arrived. I would not stay here again. The hotel needs a massive overhaul and some better

My booking reference number is 4937174894, made through Booking.com. Upon arrival at your establishment, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and transparency exhibited by your front desk staff. Despite having booked a room with a king-sized bed, I was initially informed that such accommodation was unavailable. Only after vehemently expressing my dissatisfaction was I informed that the room type I had reserved was indeed available. This manipulation of information is entirely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your esteemed establishment. Furthermore, I would like to address the discrepancy between the information provided during the booking process and the reality of the services offered at your hotel. While booking through Booking.com, it was clearly stated that room service was available. However, when I attempted to avail myself of this service by requesting tea to be brought to my room, I was abruptly informed that room service was not available and directed to your restaurant instead. This inconsistency is not only misleading but also demonstrates a lack of integrity on the part of your management. Moreover, the excuses provided by your staff regarding the unavailability of room service, citing pest control measures, are utterly absurd and insulting to the intelligence of your paying customers. As someone who has chosen to invest Rs 3200/- per night for accommodation at your hotel, I find it unacceptable to be subjected to such nonsensical explanations. As a service provider in the hospitality industry, it is imperative that you uphold the highest standards of customer service and transparency. Failure to do so not only results in dissatisfied customers but also damages the reputation of your establishment.

• Peter (2/5): - Roaches and more Ok, the good parts first. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean, staff was pleasant. Overall the hotel has the potential to be acceptable. But. I was greeted by about a dozen roaches in this hotel room. Most of them were assembled in the bathroom as you will shortly understand (but hey, I literally just smacked one on the bed writing this review). The bathroom appears to have about twenty years of calcified water and soap scum accumulated on the sink, floors and shower stall. The drain next to the toilet had a wad of (presumably) human hair, amidst a gelatinous blob of growth fed from a dripping fixture. The roaches seemed to favor scurrying inside the toilet bowl. Frankly, It would take an entire day with abrasive cleaners to bring that bathroom into a proper state. The beaten wood furnishings in the room need a cleaning and go-over with something for all the years of scratches and dings, but it appears nobody has cared about any of this for a very long time. I avoided breakfast as I'm wondering how they keep the kitchen? Overall I'd say this isn't a problem with the cleaning staff but management that has been willing to let it get this way over a long time. Bugs and dirty rooms have been common complaints for the past years, and the managers reply on the reviews that they care, but nothing has been done - it's empty talk.

I will prefer this hotel in futur - The hospitality is very good and the service of the staffs are all with smooth behaviour. I took 15 rooms with 45 to 50 of my guest stay for 3 days in this hotel to attend my son's marriage, everybody appreciated about the neatness of the hotel and the staffs quality service. Dining and the quality and the healthy Buffett system food is very good. Safety and immediately responding for the calls are truly appreciated. Gents, ladies and kids enjoyed every moment of the time they stay inn. Very decent and economical room rents didn't exceed in my budget financial condition. Totally I am satisfied with your honorable service.

Although bathroom amenities were kept but bathroom was not clean . The bathroom walls seem to have some permanent stops.Breakfast spread is ordinary. Takes time to refill. Left after waiting for a dish for sometime. In the morning the alley was not clean till 9 30 am and cleaning materials were lying next to the room .The floor was dirty .While leaving for the day I told this to the receptionist and he said my room and all wall be clean. At 5 pm the room was not cleaned. On complaining this was cleaned. It took them half hour to tea cattle in the room. The positive factor was air conditioning and hot water without difficulty and location near airport.Charging ₹4200 per night for this facility is too much. The rooms and services are worth ₹ 3000 max.

My special thanks to Nagaraj /Nataraj, and Arun who made me to stay in the hotel even i was too early to my check in time. I was engaged with my partner there. I met him first there in the lobby and our wedding went so well on Oct 18th. Thanks to some senior citizens who helped me with the luggages. I really appreciate them for honoring and helping me. • Somasundaram (8/5): Great budget place to stay for those use Airport. - The location is good , near to airport. Had delicious breakfast with the Indian food soft idli, Pongal , soft vada , bread, dosa, veg rice, etc. Clean and neat. Staffs are very much adaptable.
