• Mark (9/5): Quiet and comfortable home base for exploring Yerevan - Very pleasant small hotel. Front desk staff speak good English and are very helpful. They let me check in at 1am which is important because some flights from Europe arrive late. Hotel wifi worked well, I was able to have VOIP phone conversations easily. Location is great: on one side it is quiet/residential, on the other side is the Circular Park with high-quality restaurants, and you can easily walk to Vernissage Market and Republic Square. There is an ATM nearby on Alek Manukyan St. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very secure: the front door is always locked, you have to buzz to be let in. Bathroom had a musty smell but was spacious and the shower reliably produced hot water.

• Riso (9/5): - Poloha je celkom dobrá. Neďaleko od centra- pešo cca 15-20 minút. Hotel je v tichej ulici. Trochu v noci počuť asi vzduchotechniku z hornej budovy, ale nás to nejako nerušilo. V blízkosti sú obchody a výborná reštaurácia...Všeobecne bolo čisto jak v izbe, tak aj v kúpeľni... nemáme výhrady. Fotografie sú autentické. Personál veľmi prívetivý, ochotný a priateľský. Raňajky štandardné ale veľmi dobré. Možno by som prijal občasnú zmenu, lebo každé ráno sú raňajky rovnaké. Mali sme aj parkovacie miesto, čo bolo veľmi dobré, lebo v úzkych uličkách ba sa ťažko hľadalo parkovanie. WIFI fungovalo skvelo, neboli problémy. Nemám čo vytknúť. :)

Cerca del centro de la ciudad y de las zonas turísticas. Personal súper amable y buen desayuno hecho al momento. Los horarios de desayuno son limitados y si sales pronto a una excursión no te preparan el desayuno para llevar.
• Kate (9/5): A very pleasant stay with warm hospitality - We stayed here just for one night between flights and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent – right on Yerevan’s central circle, so you can easily walk anywhere in the center. At the same time, the windows face a quiet street, so it was very peaceful at night and in the morning. There are shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars just nearby. It was also easy to find the hotel late in the evening thanks to the small flags outside, which make it stand out from the residential buildings. The room was very clean and cozy. The bed was great – comfortable mattress and pillows, with fresh bed linen and towels. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. There is also coffee and tea available downstairs, which is a nice touch. The only thing I noticed was a bit of mold in the shower cabin, which kept the cleanliness from being perfect. Maybe it was slightly more expensive than similar options in Yerevan, but since we booked last-minute, we can't complain, it was still a very good choice.
• К (9/5): Отличное соотношение цены и качества - Хорошая гостиница с прекрасным расположением, основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, даже местный рынок и Вернисаж. Доброжелательный, отзывчивый персонал. Номер брали улучшенный. Номер был не новый, но ухоженный и чистый. Удобная постель, сантехника не самая новая, но и не убитая, нет застоя воды в душевой. Есть мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки, холодильник, телевизор, фен, все рабочее. Завтраки хорошие и сытные, но однообразные. Прекрасное соотношение цены качества, все согласно оплачиваемому тарифу. Если вы из тех, кто любит заплатить копейки и получить на миллион, то вам точно не сюда. Мне не хватило одноразовых зубных наборов. Кроме того, в номере нет чайника, для нас это было критично, т.к. любим выпить с утра (и не только) горячий чай, а спускаться в столовую каждый раз, когда возникнет такое желание, просто не удобно. Но с чайником мы сами виноваты, надо было внимательно читать описание номера. В целом, все было норм.

• Astrid (8/5): Very pleasant rooms - Very clean and pleasant room, and the staff is very friendly! The only thing that I found a bit strange is that visitors are supposed to give off a passport copy, which is a bit convoluted. I understand there may be reasons for this policy, but many other hotels don't have it. Nevertheless it's not a big deal and I respect it.

Anything you need can be provided - just ask, everybody is willing to help. Great breakfast is prepared by Karine and served specially for each guest. Variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. 15 minute pleasant walk from the Opera. Private tours are also great, have already tried few of them. all great

On the first day, we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff immediately upgraded us to a larger and better room. Everything was very clean, and our room was tidied and cleaned every day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a self-service buffet and was absolutely fantastic, with the added treat of a delicious Armenian dish each day. Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope to stay at this hotel again very soon. The only downside was that we had to ring the bell to enter the hotel every time; it would have been more convenient if there was a key card system.

The room was comfy and breakfast very nice, with hot dish prepared for each guest. The cook lady is wonderful, made our breakfast time extra special. Reception staff also friendly and fun to talk to, very helpful too! Location is nice, with a park right around the corner, we walked through it to get to the main attractions. Made beautiful connections with staff who helped with anything we asked for. Already booked our stay on the way back! Everything was great

Needless to say if we find ourselves back in Armenia, this hotel will be the only place we'll stay in for all the years to come. There's nothing not to like. The place is pristine, perfect, and unforgettable. The staff were incredibly hospitable, the rooms were comfortable, and the guests were equally friendly. Few hotels in the world have a magic to them and Mia Casa Hotel Yerevan is definitely one of them.

It's outside of a noisy street but not far from the center (10-15 minutes walk). Also taxis are cheap, ~2-3$ to the center. Restaurants and supermarkets are around We had trouble with hot water for a couple of days, but the staff was reacting to the problem and it got fixed Breakfast doesn't vary - every day it was a mix of eggs/sausages/broccoli. One day we got pancakes and it was the favorite one :D The lady who was responsible for cooking was very nice, next time I would just ask her for smth different. Otherwise you have cheese, fruits, ham, toasts, eggs, drinks (virgin mojito was nice!)

A lot of cozy cafes and restaurants closeby. Indeed worth its money. Very minor issues, would be great to have a recycle can in a room, not only in a bathroom, and a bit more shampoo.
• Pál (9/5): Good place to stay at in Yerevan - Nice, comfortable and clean hotel. The hotel staff is very good, flexible, really with a customer service attitude. Everyone was very helpful and attentive to all requests and questions. Location is in a narrow quiet street far from city noise and traffic, and still in 10-15 minutes walking distance from city center. Breakfast was good, with hot dish served each day besides the standard selection. Two remarks, though both out of control of the hotel staff. There was a technical problem not allowing payment with an EU credit card, but could relatively easily rearrange to cash payment in local currency with time allowed for that. Disrespectful Russian tourists were speaking loudly and making noise in very late hours disturbing relaxing and sleep.
• Laurens (8/5): Great hotel just outside the city center - Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, super clean rooms, great WiFi and a practical location for exploring Yerevan (if you don't mind a 10 minute or so walk to the center, or you can take a cheap taxi). All you want from a hotel, really! The breakfast was a little sad (dry European bread and instant coffee, that sort of thing). We paid for it but only used it once, there's so many great places to eat in the city that it's kind of a shame to eat at the hotel.

All of them were polite, welcoming, incredibly helpful and willing to assist in anything and everything. We were 5 people staying in a family room. It was spacious enough for all of us. The room was clean, the bathroom had all the essential toiletries. Though the cleaning service is upon request, they cleaned the room and changed towels daily without reminders. A buffet breakfast was excellent, they cook something new every morning. The area is very quiet so you will not be bothered by noises outside. Thank you Mia Casa for the warm reception and amazing stay! Nothing comes to my mind.

• Joost (10/5): If you like a hotel with breakfast and some local touches - this one is for you! - We arrived at Mia Casa late at night - and were warmly greeted by the receptionist who answered our questions and checked us in efficiently. We had two rooms: one for my partner and myself, and the other one for my partner's parents. Both rooms were clean, neat, thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom is comfortable and clean. The interior design has some local character and is nothing like the standard, bland chain hotels. The breakfast was a great experience: every morning we were greeted by a glowing lady who was happy to attend to our needs, brew us some coffee if necessary. She brought us some warm food in addition to the buffet food that had been set already. And you can really tell she loves what she does - it's an exceptionally inspiring sight! We loved having a chat and always looked forward to the breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located: within a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre, in a quiet neighbourhood. Throughout our stay we could rely on our kind hosts. When we're back in Yerevan, this is where we'll stay! :) We liked everything about our stay.

• Guest (9/5): Superb - It was nice stay in Yerevan for one day. Location is good, not on the main street but still very close to the city center. About 15 minutes walking Staff was helpful and really nice! Room was well equipped. Bed was comfortable, pillows as well. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was the next to the reception. We didn't hear much. But it was a little uncomfortable.
• Bogdan (10/5): Perfect experience! - This is such a gem. Located perfectly in the heart of Yerevan, all the best places to eat and drink are walking distance away, yet the hotel itself located in a super quiet place away from the noise and big roads. The fair pricing makes it a very good value for money, especially at these complicated times when prices in Yerevan have skyrocketed. But the absolute best part about this hotel is the team behind it. They're super helpful, kind, fun and friendly. They've helped me so much with every possible thing that I was in need of. I exclusively stay at Mia Casa whenever I'm in Yerevan and I always recommend all my friends to stay there. Great, great experience!
• Svetlana (10/5): Perfect stay for vacay or work 💓 - As promised I will share my feedback finally❤️ I stayed in Mia Casa twice and it became my real life saver and home away from home. There are one of the most heart welcoming people which I even met in Armenia. Without saying that the location, hotel condition is great. Breakfasts, home made jams, cakes, hot dishes, fruits, various cheeses and ham, everything is delicious. I appriciate privacy a lot, so I felt very comfortable there. I had some meetings in lobby, could come to breakfast later than usually, everything was very flexible and totally fit me. The hotel has different kind of rooms, I stayed in 4 of them. For me personally smaller are the best ones, but knowing that families can stay in 2 bedroom apartments is great. Rooms are cozy, equipped with everything needed. I would suggest to add extra bin into the main room, but it is just a smal detail. Everywehere is clean, smell is nice, TV works good, wireless enough to work remotely. Next time when I am in Yerevan I won’t have any concerns about my accomodation and will book Mia Casa once again. Thank you Cara, Caro and Caren. Shnorakalutsun❤️❤️ everything was great
