• Tamás (10/5): Kiváló és csak ajánlani tudjuk!:) - I really liked my hotel, it was close to the city center, we could go out to everything, we could walk in the evenings, the hotel itself is very child-friendly, everyone is very nice, the food is varied, we really liked it, the wi-fi didn't work, we told the reception, they came immediately, they replaced the router, plus they gave us a portable router, there were always clean towels on the beach, they weren't observant, but they were always helpful, I can only recommend the staff, there were two very serious managers, one of them is the manager Beshoy-Desk manager, he is very, very serious, I can only recommend it to everyone, come and try the hotel Nem volt olyan!

Had a lovely meal at the Mexican restaurant. Christmas Eve Gala dinner was awesome. Could do with an extra chair in balcony but otherwise perfect.

• Elena (10/5): - Vi havde en dejlig uge på hotellet og nød opholdet. Hotellet er meget børnevenlig og der er forskellige aktiviteter til både børn og voksne. Det er muligt at komme ud af hotellet og gå en tur på en lang gade med mange butikker. Det er muligt at snorkle lige på hotellets strand og se en coralrev med mange fisk. Personalet var virkelig venlige og god service. Man kunne godt udvide antallet solsenge da man skal være tidligt op for at få en plads. Det vil gøre opholdet endnu bedre.

Les extérieurs sont très agréables également ! L’hôtel dispose de 3 restaurants nous n’avons pu en tester qu’un par manque de temps mais c’était bon et varié. Nous nous sommes sentis comme des rois, nous regrettons de n’avoir pris que 2 jours dans cet hôtel !

• Serena (10/5): Search no more. Gravity Hurghada has got all you need. - The staff have been exceptionally supportive, welcoming, and available throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. Outstanding customer service, outstanding attention to everyone. Ms Eva, from Customer service, would check in from time to time to be sure that everything was perfect. We got a room upgrade with a sea view, double bathroom, and double room! You have plenty of food choices throughout the day, and you'll never go hungry! Mr Ahmed, chef, and Mr Osama, the restaurant manager, are always ready to respond to any request. There is a heated swimming pool. The Aquapark is fabulous. The gardens and the whole structure are well maintained. The Kids' Club is nice and Ms Asel makes sure the kids are entertained and are enjoying the activities. She is really sweet. The hotel also offers excellent activities for adults throughout the day, spanning from yoga to zumba, beach volley, etc etc etc Guests who want to enjoy relaxing music and have some quiet time can relax at the Gravity Peninsula, farther from the main beach. All in all, we strongly recommend Gravity Hurghada and we hope we'll soon go back. Nothing to be mentioned here, as everything was perfect.

• Ilvars (10/5): Super, great, excellent! - The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent! Very responsive, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Eva from reception, who cares very much about the guests' well-being while staying at this fantastic place. I really liked the choice of food, themed evenings, "live music" at dinner. Lots of pools, good water park. If you don't want to go to a restaurant for lunch, you can get snacks in various places in the vast area. Very good group of animators who try to talk to every customer. Keep that bar up. Will definitely come back here! Too pushy service sellers, but it's probably not the hotel's fault.
• Ahmad (7/5): Good - Facilities, direct access to beach and support from the reception team responsible, I think his name is Ramy Food was a disaster but it is a management issue rather than employees. They could have invested a bit to have a better chef and charge that to customers. A 10% increase in the price with a very good food quality would leave a high impact on visitors. Pools were not warm, at least one pool to be warm in november would be great. Animation team is poor.

Inside hotel you feel relax , feel comfortable and always welcome. It was a great relax time and will repeat it again very soon. The beach wasn't fully sand, most of the beach has stones you should wear sea shoes .

• Ahmed (10/5): I really recommend this resort - * Everything was more than expected. * The rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. * The room service guys were very responsive especially Mustafa and Ahmed. * The food was good and tasty. * The swimming pools and the aqua park were good and clean. * The staff was friendly and helpful especially Dalia from customer support. She did her best to make us feel comfortable and happy even before we arrived at the hotel. She was with us until we checked out. She was so professional and dedicated. * Thanks to Mr. Maher the reservation manager and Mr. Rami and Ahmad from reception. All the staff at the different restaurants were polite, hard working and respectful Definitely I’ll come back to this hotel. Nothing major to mention.
• Ahmed (10/5): Recommended - I was traveling with my wife and 3 kids. We booked 2 rooms overlooking the swimming pools and partially see the sea. The stay was wonderful everything was more than expected. I’d like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and support and for being so friendly. The hotel friendly atmosphere made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and furnished properly. They were cleaned daily and water and soft drinks were replaces every day. The food was not varied but it was very good, clean and tasty. The animation team was good but shows could be improved a bit. The kids were happy with the aqua park and the swimming pool. Special thank you to Dalia who was with us even before we arrived at the resort. She called us 3 hours beforehand to check on us and made sure that we are OK. She did all the necessary paperwork and checked us in in a few minutes. She was checking on us every single day and she did her best to make us happy and comfortable. She also finished the check out process in minutes. She was so dedicated and helpful. I’d like also to thank Mr. Abdullah the reservation manager for his support. Also Mr. Rami and Mr. Ahmad at the reception desk. The staff at the restaurants were friendly, polite and respectful. Especially Mustafa at the Mexican restaurant and Amro at the oriental restaurant. Mustafa and Ahmed from room service. * The lobby was a bit hot but this is maybe because it was crowded at the afternoon.
• Vera (7/5): Good - Nice view from balcony, spacious rooms There is a nice reef in front of the Beach. Beautiful garden. The hotel was overcrowded, i know it was hard to manage. The stuff worked so hard, but guests didn't care for cleanliness, they threw everything away, in restaurant and in the pool area also. Maybe it could be better to put garbage can between every sunbeds. The children were running around and shouted on corridors till at 2 am. We couldn't sleep because of them so we were very tired every morning (we went with a 7 years old child, but She tried to sleep at night). I know it is not the hotel management's fault but maybe need a house role. In restaurant it was difficult to find table and cutlery, because we got only one fork and one knife, so We had to find the stuff to ask one more fork if we didn't want to use the same fork for meat and desserts. Guests don't keep the queue at all and nobody cares about it. So I think this hotel needs a better organization. Finally, the evening entertainment or "show" was poor. WiFi is poor also, mainly in the rooms. I'm sorry but this is our opinion.

It is not open to major sea water so you can safely swim in sea water with low probability of shark encounters. 2- Active & nice entertainment team. 3- Good aqua park compared to other resorts. 4- Good food quality with decent variety. 5- Hotel is relatively small so walking distance is relatively short. 1- Sea water is murky & partially rocky (Mostly sandy though). 2- I booked a sea view room which had a sitting area in the description. However, there was not a single place to sit on in the room except for the balcony plastic chairs. After complaining, a single small dresser chair was provided after 2 days ! 3- Bar drinks & snacks are very lacking in quality & variety. I booked the all inclusive package & when asking the bartender for a basic cocktail (mojito), he replied that its not included in the all inclusive package ! 4- Restaurant staff sometimes ask to show the bracelets in a rude manner when entering. Guest safety is important but attitude is crucial.

• Zita (8/5): Good value hotel - 10/10 reviews are not always genuine - Great location, aqua park facilities for all ages, the food was most of the time very tasty - we loved the Egyptian “specialties”, lovely and friendly animator team, plenty of loungers/cabanas around the beach and pool, live music on certain days at dinner really made our evening special Upon arrival there seemed to be a “problem” with my (Egyptian) husband’s IDs as they were all in English, not in Arabic. The receptionists after around 15 mins apologised for the issue and offered us an “upgraded”room. We originally booked a sea view family room but the upgrade was a ground floor family suite. We were allowed to choose which room we wanted but the sea view room was on a corridor where they were redecorating most of the rooms (drilling, painting, ladder on the corridor just like a building site) just opposite and next to the one they offered to us so we accepted the ground floor suite with no view and a lot darker rooms. It was a bit weird start of our holiday, i would have probably complained if we were offered only that sea view room because they should not accommodate guests where construction workers do their job throughout the day next door. When our holiday came to its end, i went to the reception to hand back the door key cards and one of the receptionists (who was making an issue about my husband’s IDs at the beginning) asked me to sit down with him in the lobby and write a 10/10 review on to Booking!!! Excuse me? I was in shock but he kept asking me to sit down with him and write at least a 9/10 review. I was absolutely fuming, i understood then why this hotel has so many brief, almost identical 10/10 reviews, these are probably dictated to the guests…We have stayed in Hurghada at least in 15+ different hotels and all i can say this is a good value hotel with great facilities but with a maximum 8,5/10 rating compared to other hotels in this city. The receptionists make the first and last impression about the hotel for the guests, please give them a proper training on customer service skills, at the moment it’s 1/10 on my scale. Apart from this experience, the hotel staff and animation team were great and made us forget about the negatives.

I would 100000% book again when I next visit. they have buffet everyday and different food beautiful oriental food. I wish the staff and hotel all the best. worth the money too!! can’t fault them.

• Pascale (3/5): one night stay close to the airport - the hotel is close to the airport, so easy for one-night stays if you have a flight early in the morning. The room was not clean at all and the furniture was very old, which is a huge minus. It's a huge hotel complex with a lot of people, no individuality. Its definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel standard at all.

• Tamer (7/5): Great stay with a twist 🪢 - Very professional FO staff, thank you Mr Ramy for the great hospitality, Guest relation and especially Eva Vielen Dank, dass Sie unsere Flitterwochen zu etwas Besonderem und Glücklichem gemacht haben, the F&B staff at the main restaurant were very good and we had the best meals during our stay and through all the outlets, HK and Animation team did a great job too so thank you After 5 days of great residency and amazing experience the bartender at the "la wien" decided to lecture me about how alcohol is bad for me and that he "noticed" that i have been ordering alcohol during my stay and that he wanted to tell me earlier but couldn't because my wife was around..that's very weird, rude, unnecessary and the 5 days of good mood stay and honeymoon was ruined just 10 minutes before our check out. My only question here is why?
• Han (10/5): I absolutely loved the Lagoon. - A perfect get away. The hotel is on a great spot of the coast line. It had a lagoon at the hotel where you can swim with very quiet beach, no waves or tides, perfect for kids and extremely tranquile for adults. Pool was heated, staff were very friendly and nice. Rooms and pools were very clean. The aqua park was amazing. I loved the place so as my kid. I would definitely undoubtfully book at Gravity Hurghada again & again. Animation team was fun and creative. They had a wonderful color festival on 2nd day, but only adults held the colors, kids wanted to join throwing colors at each other. Every night after dinner, there were stage shows next to the kid activities which were joyful & playful. Overall they were amusing, but there is always room for improvement.
