We had the Cottage which was booked as pet friendly, then when we arrived there was a big sign on the fridge saying the motel was strictly No Pets. We felt quite uncomfortable. The motel is being refurbished and changed from a hosted country motel to a full electronic check in worthy of Sydney or Melbourne. Very impersonal for the country. We found the signage to check in confusing and were helped by a very brusque person.

Also, a great touch when the motel provides drinks and nibblies for purchase for travellers who come in late Will def stop past there again There was a noisy pipe in the bathroom (probably just something clogged) but when we raised it with the owner's they responded immediately to look into getting it fixed.

Air conditioning works very well and pets are allowed for a fee. A large amount of messages and emails for check in etc, some messages sent more than once with the same information. Small room, Cutlery dirty, electrical issues, fridge, tv and power plug stopped working . Lights flickering in bathroom .

• Karen (8/5): Loved this clean. cute and cosy retro motel in a convenient location in lovely sea lake - Retro motel given an update, without losing character. Very fresh, clean. Big comfy bed. Dark room. Easy auto check in. Generous sized towels. Excellent water pressure. Road noise. I would ask to sleep in a room furher from road as large trucks pass by and can be quite loud. Not a big deal but the hot and cold taps are reversed. Need to take care in shower. Cold in the left and hot on the right.

Very comfortable beds, full kitchen, huge couch, big backyard, cute veranda, heating, cooling. Etc The shower room. Nowhere to hang clothes or towels, very hard to get dressed.

• Kerrie (8/5): Good for an overnight stay - Easy contact less check in and out. Comfortable room. Close to town.
• Kaz (9/5): Super Sea Lake Accommadation - Every that we needed was there. The sliding door needs a track to stop wobbling. Sometimes noisy traffic early in the morning so just use ear plugs!
• Martin (6/5): - O manned desk and no breakfast is a turn off
• Reynaldo (10/5): - Spacious with amazing bathroom, easy kiosk check in 👍
