- Michelle (9/5): Great location. Clean, comfortable hotel. - Great location. The A11 bus from the airport stops at the front door of the hotel. Then you walk 5 minutes to Gloucester Road to catch it back to the airport. Very convenient. Francis on the front desk was wonderful, he was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. His customer service was excellent. Our room had a microwave which was very useful. Great city view, nice and quiet. We had everything we needed. We actually stayed 2 nights (booked separately). We couldn't fault a thing.

The room was very small and bottled water was not provided. Government electrical inspection was undertaken during our stay which meant power outages and lifts/elevators out of commission.

- Linda (8/5): I had a wonderful stay and the staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. - Excellent location - close to buses, trains and trams. Lots of great food in the area and fantastic to wander around. Comfortable bed and great housekeeping. It is a little run down with old carpet and gym facilities.

C'è un micro-angolo dove mettersi con il PC ma non ne necessitavo quindi non so valutarne la comodità. Comodo dall'uscita della metro dai cui si raggiungono agevolmente i diversi punti di interesse turistico, anche il tram è a due passi. Nelle vicinanze c'è un 7-eleven e ci sono diversi ristoranti. tutto bene
- Caroline (7/5): No nonsense room - It all looks fairly recently renovated, perhaps these were serviced apartments before? The room has a stylish modern look. It’s very close to Wan Chai MTR station. Lots of convenience stores around. Large windows with a cool view if you’re into urban architecture. Just short rides away from malls and shopping areas. Very convenient. No bar, no restaurant, no place to hang out other than your room. Perhaps not the hippest neighbourhood. There was a planned power outage in the night which unfortunately meant I could not turn OFF the light. Which meant I could not sleep and missed my morning ferry to Macau.

Pas de service lingerie au poids, ils n’en ont qu’un par vêtement extrêmement cher. Chambre petite malgré un prix élevé mais c’est la norme à Hong Kong. Pas d’eau offerte. Verres utilisés pas remplacés lors du ménage.

- Cara (5/5): - The location is good with easy access to MTR, trams and bars/restaurants nearby. The rooms were super small even for Hong Kong and there is no room for luggage. I had to keep my suitcase on the floor. We also had an interesting run in with the front desk who asked my sister to pay 100HKD for a hand towel that they claim was stained. We all found it weird that they knew it was from her room specifically and it made us feel wary for the rest of the stay. Housekeeping did not replenish teabags and sugar. I would not stay here again as I don't think it was worth the money.
