- Mario (6/5): - Breakfast. The bathroom not really well set-up. Basin need improvement to get naturally gestures and ergonomically. Shower also need a partition in order to not showering the closet.
- Sheyren (10/5): Decent - It's very decent. I understand it takes a lot to maintain a hotel even with the price charged they probably barely made it. Bed was quite comfortable, 4 pillows provided were generous, We were just here to sleep and rest. Aircon is fairly cold just take a while but it worked. Staff is kind and helpful. Despite everything, this hotel is near the street food area at night which is nice. Close to Laundry and pasar kembang to buy kue. Can order coffee at 6 am which is very nice. Water dispenser outside of the room was great. Towels were okay. Just the sheets a bit dirty but we didn't mind as long as it's clean and washed which it was. The area is quite far to walk around in the heat. I would probably choose the one in embong malang rather. The tv channel were quite old needs an update.

- Go24780329590 (6/5): overall good - I don't know why I got a dirty bedsheet, smell bathroom, smell towel, bad wifi signal, and headboard very dirty 🥲 overall this place was good, very near from kedungdoro (this road have many streetfood), and the bathroom was clean enough. if you want to stay here, maybe you can request the rcp to give you the clean bed sheet

- deddy_dex35 (6/5): Good budget hotel - Room not spacious but quite ok and cozy, minimum lighting in bathroom and corridor. There was not mineral warer available in room but they provide dispenser and water jug. Parking area so limited but they have valet service, staff service ok they chat us upon check out.
- Francesco (7/5): Good - Hotel clean and not too far from the airport and 5 minutes away by grab from tunjungan plaza. Good for a short stay. The service is really poor not even a bottle of water in the room,the staff despite being very kind is a bit of a disaster especially because no one speaks English ...I had dinner at the restaurant and asking mie goreng no spicy and instead it was spicy and I had to leave it, I asked for a drop of milk to put in the coffee and it arrives after 20 minutes(coffee already finished) with a big glass full of milk, at the reception I ask for the laundry and the receptionist tells me a moment, call someone on the phone I convinced he was talking to the laundry service and he keeps me there for 5 minutes waiting for the phone call to end, as soon as he hangs up he looks at me and asks me again how I can help you, but are you serious??

The room was pretty clean and comforting. The breakfast was okay, not that great but it was enough. The staffs were really polite and nice. I would come to this hotel again

- eryc-octaviano (10/5): Excellent 2+++ star hotel in Surabaya - I spent one night at 88 Kedungsari. Service and facility is the best among 2-star hotels in Surabaya. Also with reasonable price and strategic location. I call it "2+++ star hotel" Room area is enough. Since this hotel is quite new, bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Ac was cool. Lighting was good. There are some auxiliaries like usual 2-star hotel. Many thanks to staff. I love view from my room, see skyline of central surabaya (Tunjungan & Basuki Rahmat), as I requested to staff when check-in. They provide FREE COFFEE & TEA 24 HOURS at lobby. And also FREE MINERAL WATER REFILL at each floor. Breakfast is good. They have more varians of menu than other hotels with same price. Restaurant design is unique and has details, not like other budget hotel. A bit inconvenience from me is availability of cup & spoon at FREE COFFEE & TEA corner. During my stay, I often found the cups was out of stock and staff had not serve the new ones, yet. Hope they will fix this issue.

Previously my favorit is hotel 88 embong malang then i move stay at this newest hotel by hotel 88 Surabaya. Room size for deluxe room was ok not to small likely budget hotel usually. Clean room and staff very helpful & friendly as always. A lot of streetfood nearby the hotel on midnight if you feel boring with hotel food ✌🏻. Breakfast serve buffet included if you book to online travel agent with competitif rate. Smoking rooms are available.
