We booked a 3 person Room but the Room was a 2 person Room made into 3 person accommodation by adding a temporary bed. The Room became cluttered with very less space to move at night with the iron rods of the bed sticking out.

Housekeeping could have done a better job in replenshing tea/ coffee and towels. Breakfast spread was ok, could have been better. Local food should have been included

I particularly appreciated the kindness of all the staff. Special thanks to Ms. Mamata for her professionalism and dedication, as well as her patience, which was a great help to me given my poor level of English. Nothing. If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be to provide a coffee machine for breakfast. But the staff was there to bring it.

The gentleman who worked in the gym (apologies, have forgotten his name), was very pleasant and helpful. There were definite issues with cleanliness. The bed sheets and duvet had lots of stains on them, as did the towel, which had a blood stain on it. The carpet around the bed had lots of hairs on it and some other revolting things. I would expect better from an ITC hotel. It was difficult to sleep soundly as people frequently shut doors loudly or dragged chairs along the floor in rooms above, during the night and in the early morning. The service in the hotel restaurant was hit and miss. For example, during my last breakfast I asked for a coffee. I was literally the only person in the restaurant as it was early and it took 30 minutes and me asking 3 times to get my coffee. This was really substandard service.
- Deepak (8/5): A comfortable stay in Bubhneshwar - Since I only stayed a night, didn't pay much attention to derails but the staff were polite, respectful, and very helpful. Room size and equipment were good. Good restaurant with enough choice of food. Location is also good though I didn't venture out (just guessing from what I saw when arriving to the hotel) There was nothing to dislike however, I feel Indian hotels charge enormously for the facilities they provide as I have stayed in excellent places abroad for less than half the price I paid here, with equivalent or even better facilities.
- Andreas (9/5): - A wonderful oasis in the very well run city of Bhubaneshwar. A choice of restaurants with a good selection and very comfortable rooms. The staff were super friendly and helpful- and in particular Subrat, Ajay and Pijus - as were the cleaning staff, the doorman and the travel desk staffer (whose names I unfortunately don’t recall). Recommended as a place to stay when visiting Bhubaneswar.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid - I have stayed at this property before and it was good. This time around they are renovating and there is constant construction noise and it is unbearable. The staff did not care to inform during check in. They casually said construction can't stop. There was partying in rooms with loud noises and dancing at midnight. When informed the staff said it happens people are partying. They show no concern for guests. Never again.
