• Nicholas (8/5): - The rooms are very small and some design choices make no sense, like the window between the bathroom and the bedroom (but there is a shade you can pull down). But they hotel is very clean and is in a good location near a large shopping area with lots of people. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and it's near some major sightseeing spots.

Short walk from the incredible shopping district and the staff are all wonderful. Especially when they were so accommodating for my late check-out. Very grateful to have stayed at East Sacred Hotel Wangfujing

• Mary Ann (10/5): Best location for a Beijing stay. - Boutique hotel in an excellent location within 3 minutes of the Wangfujing Pedestrian Street and subway line. Very happy with our stay. It was quiet and the hotel breakfast was a convenient way to start our daily adventures. Would definitely stay again.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Unico punto negativo la colazione: buona ma non c'era molto varietà di colazione dolce. Per un albergo di questo livello mi sarei aspettato maggiore varietà nella colazione

• Eng Kit (10/5): - Good location. Easy access to subway and food. It has only a washer and not a dryer. Would have been ideal if package includes breakfast for all guest instead of only member.

• CHRISTOPHER (10/5): - Staying at this hotel was a really pleasant experience. Rooms are very clean. Hotel staff were very helpful. English was good with some but not all staff so make sure you have a translator app and you'll have no problem. Also, be careful to look for their red sign on a fence as the hotel is down an alley, not on the main street. Be sure to take exit E3 from Wangfujing Station and you'll be a 3 minute walk away.

• Dale (6/5): - Review on Property too high. It should be around 7.5. Location good. The lobby I found was really messy and could have been organized and cleaned up a bit. Patio is too small and could be enlarged. We stayed on the 7th floor and hall carpet should be replaced. The wifi is terrible. Bathrooms needs work. should have been inspected before using. Staff is very good and premise is very secure. House cleaning starts too early and loud. They also started renovations upstairs and we can hear all the noise from our room (morning). Remember - Its all the small stuff that makes it Great! They need to work on it. Would I stay there again? Maybe.

• KOK TEIN (8/5): - Pros: The hotel is located in a safe area and is relatively close to many of Beijing’s iconic attractions. Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is just one street away, which is a big plus for shopping and dining. Other major sites like the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Temple of Heaven, and Shichahai are all reachable within a 30-minute drive. The hotel itself is quite new, which adds to the sense of cleanliness and comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the service was consistently good. For the location and overall quality, the rental price is very reasonable. Cons: The room was very small, it can hardly fit a 24-inch luggage without blocking the walkway, which may be uncomfortable if you're travelling with a lot of luggage or staying for several days. There’s no public parking at the hotel, so if you're being picked up or dropped off, you’ll need to walk about 50 meters to meet your driver. Amenities are limited—while laundry is free, it’s handled through a single home-style washing machine shared by all guests. Also, there are few convenience stores or affordable restaurants nearby, so you might need to go a bit further for basic shopping or inexpensive meals. Overall: This hotel is a solid choice for travellers who want a clean, modern, and budget-friendly place to stay with easy access to key sights. It’s ideal for those who prioritize location and safety over room size and in-house facilities.
• Ingmar (4/5): - The hotel room was ok. A little small for 3 people, but it was sufficient. The staff didn't really speak any English. But with a translation app it was fine. It was very annoying that despite the smoking ban in the hotel, there were guests who didn't care. We changed rooms after 2 days because the smell of smoke was unbearable. What a cheek. But the hotel staff didn't care and the smoker wasn't told about it. Very disappointing. Breakfast buffet was standard and unfortunately not the best. We wouldn't book it again.

• MARIA T (4/5): De lo peor que he estado. - Ha sido muy mala. No avisan que estan en un callejón sin salida, al que hay que acceder andando con las maletas. Para una habitación doble, solo dan UN DESAYUNO y esto es lo mas mediocre y mezquino. Suciedad bajo las camas. Desayuno para occidentales, malo, escaso y comedor y suelos sucios. Camareras permanentemente enfadadas y gritonas. PEOR IMPOSIBLE.

O café da manhã é muito bom, eu só paguei 2x, infelizmente fiz o pagamento do café junto a reserva e nos dias da hospedagem foi cobrado a parte. Mas ainda sim, foi tudo muito bom. O espaço do quarto é muito bom, os produtos fornecidos para banho são excelentes.

• Anthony (10/5): - From the very start we had a fantastic stay here. Super friendly and helpful staff that speak English. The rooms are a little bit small but are extra comfortable. Good hot showers, fridge, kettle, wifi and extremely comfortable beds with excellent linen. The room is all electronically controlled, but is easy to master. Free breakfast had good Chinese and western options. A big shout out to Laura, Cathy and Miss Wang who made our stay extra special. If the price is good again, this will be the only I place I will stay while in Beijing

• Wai Fun (8/5): - Location of hotel is easily accessible, yet not too noisy. Wangfujing is within walking distance. Room is kind of small, not much space to place luggage especially if your luggage is big (25inch). Overall cleanliness is acceptable, but do note that the room consistently has smoking smell even for non-smoking room. Room features (e.g. lighting) can be AI controlled, which adds some form of convenience if you speak Mandarin. Still a good choice is you're looking for a hotel based on good location.

Morgenmaden var også fin, så alt i alt en god oplevelse.

We also know the area very well, so it was easy to find just across North Garden Hotel. We liked the hotel and its convenient location to WangFuJing. We will definitely stay again.

The location is great in relation to the some of the main tourist attractions and fairly close to a subway entrance. • Kalya (10/5): - To get to the hotel you can take Beijing subway line 1 or line 8 to Wangfujing station then exit E3 to Wangfujing street. After arriving on the street, around 30 steps you can find McDonald restaurant on the corner of the street. Turn left walk 50m then turn left for the first small alley, continue to walk around 50m you can find the hotel. The hotel is very close to busy street Wangfujing with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is also near Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City To go to Forbidden City, take subway line 1 stop at Tiananmen East Gate (1 stop from Wanfujing station). To go to Tiananmen Square take subway line 1 stop at Tiananmen West Gate (2 stops from Wangfujing station). The receptionists are helpful. The bedroom is not big but clean and modern. The toilet seat is warm. You can try Beijing duck at Quanjude restaurant at Wangfujing street, 10 minute walk from the hotel.
• Alon (10/5): - This hotel is definitely in a strange location. Not only is in a small lane (like a hutong sized lane), the road to the lane has a "no hired car" sign, so some paranoid taxi and DiDI drivers did not want to drive down the street. We walked most of the time to the next street ("XiaoWei Hutong"?) to get our DiDi. I read somewhere else that this is a great hotel of domestic Chinese travelers, and I have to agree. It's not winning any awards for modern design or new amenities. But it is convenient, and fair priced. Having one big and one small bed was great for my two grown daughter and me. If you are looking for a centrally located hotel with zero thrills, this is it. if you want a "7 star" hotel experience, look elsewhere.

The hotel is down an alley so it would be difficult if you’re driving a car there, but it’s less than a block from the Wangfujing shopping area. The staff didn’t really speak English but it’s manageable checking in and out. The only complaint would be the hard beds but that’s common almost anywhere you go in China.

The room is really nice and clean, though I will say the bathroom smelled a bit muggy, but that could have just been me. I felt safe and the area had walking access to good food and night life :)

• CJ (6/5): Small room - I booked this hotel at the last minute before traveling to Beijing. The hotel seems old and my room is small. Hallways are a bit dark. The Hotel is located next to Wangfujing which is a plus.
