• KOHEI (10/5): - 当日の夜遅くに予約したのですが、快くチェックインを対応していただけました！ 部屋も綺麗で、快適に過ごすことができ、旧市内の散策にも最高の場所です。 コーヒーの無料サービスや、Wi-Fiも快適に利用でき、滞在期間の二日間困ることはありませんでした。 近くに美味しいタイ料理のお店やヨガクラスのお店もあり、この場所が好きになれました！

• Maria Camila (7/5): It was an ok stay - The hotel is nicely located. The premises are not mind blowing. The rooms were quite small and the bathrooms were quite meh. Not sure if I would come back to the hotel, wasn't very happy with the cleanliness of the premises.

La literie est dur et il y a pas d'ascenseur dans l'établissement L'hôtel est bien situé dans le carré. Il es propre et nous avons était bien accueillis. On a utilisé le service de Landry, parfait pour un milieu de voyage. Il y a un 7/11 juste en face. RAS

The microwave, cups and dishes at the lobby are for guest’s use and there’s water, coffee and small cookies too. Communication challenges are alleviated by translation apps. Staff are helpful. Will stay again. Nothing
• Caroline (10/5): Tout conforme à nos attentes. Un bon couchage. - Nous recherchions un petit hôtel au bon rapport qualité prix, avec le petit déjeuner inclus. Nous n'avons pas été déçus ! La rue est chouette et animée. J'aurais juste aimé savoir que le petit déjeuner n'était pas dans l'hôtel même, mais à quelques pas. Car il y a peu de personnel sur place dans l'hôtel et nous avons été surpris quand nous n'avons rien trouvé pour déjeuner le premier matin ;-) Mais la jeune fille, qui ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais, a tout mis en œuvre pour nous aider et l'a fait avec succès !

• Tiffany (8/5): Goed hotel, beetje ouderwets. - Het hotel lag dicht bij leuke bezienswaardigheden. Een lekker bed en airco. Hotel is niet gehorig. In de kamer geen mug gezien. Helaas was er op de derde verdieping weinig tot geen warm water. Geen haakje in de badkamer. Weinig toiletpapier. De checkout was een beetje vaag, zat geen personeel en moesten de sleutel/keycard gewoon in een bakje leggen.

The pictures do not match the reality at all. The bedside table was full of stains. Stale smell of bed linen and in the room. Very dirty curtains and windows. We had to ask for toilet paper and change of towels because in three days no one came in to clean.
• John (4/5): Very Poor - The room and location where good No hot water in sink tap, need to use the kettle to top up with cold water every time we brushed our teeth and for me to have a shave, the kettle was to big to fit in the sink, I did report on the first day we had no internet it took three days and still not working correctly might get 15min /20min use. We had three plastic coat hangers thats all. There was no safety deposit box in the room there was some sort of metal box but no lock. And the breakfast was very questionable cold fried eggs For all the hotels I have stayed inn this one is not value for money

• Dean (9/5): I enjoyed my stay and recommend it. - The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location feels safe and complementary bottled water and bananas are a nice touch. :-) It's on a road with heavy traffic. Windows don't have mosquito nets.

• Prabhjeet Singh (7/5): Good hotel with basic amenities in a great location - Great Location - Almost in the middle of old town. All the basic amenities are in place and overall the hotel feels good value for money. The card for my room wasn’t working and I had to carry an additional key at all times. Also, there was a bit of noise from housekeeping staff one particular day which then subsided.

The sign said to let the water run for 1-2 minutes for hot water and I let it run for 10 minutes and the water never got warm. - Very few power outlets. • Coral (10/5): - I arrived early and well before check in after being on a train all in. The staff made me feel so welcome. They said I could leave my bags in the office till my room became available. They gave me a towel and toothbrush and toothpaste to get freshened up in the bathroom near the foyer. In all the years I’ve stayed at different places. I’ve never felt so welcome and so accommodated by the friendly staff. I will return and and will recommend this place to any friends and family that visiting Chiang Mai. Kind regards Coral Harvey from Australia.

• Danielle (10/5): Excellent stay! - We were pleasantly surprised! It seemed like a simple hotel but it was much more than that. Everybody was so nice and talkative. They have free drinking water in bottles and at a refillable station. The location was also fantastic. We really enjoyed our time here! Some noise from the hallway and other rooms late at night.

• Davina (10/5): Incredible staff made for a very welcoming stay. - The staff were incredibly helpful, they gave us lots of tips on arrival of things to check out. We had to wait until 8pm for our transfer to Bangkok and we were allowed to leave our bags with them and wait in the lobby while they brought us water. The room itself was great but the staff made it exceptional.
• Len (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable stay, and value for money - Location is superb - the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, (day & night) markets, a public park, eateries, tourist information shops (where we booked our half-day tours), and massage shops. The staff is very warm and friendly, and customer service is great! They offered us local sweet treats and cake, on two occasions. We were very surprised when, one evening, the manageress tried to hail a "songthaew" (red taxi) for us, even though she didn't have to. Whenever we needed something (like a change of pillow), they were very quick to fulfill our request. Also, we loved that the room, bathroom and bed were very clean and well-kept. There is no cupboard to hang your clothes; only clothes hooks and hangers are provided. The pillow was too high for me, so I requested a flatter one, and the staff promptly gave me one.

• Alexandra (10/5): Super host and comfy stay! - The hotel is near a nice park, the moat, and conveniences like 7-11. The staff was super nice. The lady gave recommendations for coffee places, restaurants, and different events in the area. The room was comfortable and good size. The hotel was not as close to some of the things that I like the best in the Old Town. The hotel does not clean your room unless you request it. They will leave water and toilet paper if you do not have the room cleaned. I didn't like that, but it really wasn't a problem at all.

The staff is so kind and sweeting offering us sweet treats and gifts. So welcoming every day, open to giving us great advice. It is a clean basic hotel close to everything.
