The room was located on the 3rd floor and did not have lift. Also there was no staff to help with the luggage. This fact was not mentioned anywhere earlier.

- Martin (8/5): Jungle sounds & free coffee in the quiet center with 24/7 reception - The accomodation offers a refreshing pool, a free coffee corner with a Portalfilter machine and a Koi pond fountain. Despite the great central location it is very quiet and we were relaxingly woken up by jungle sounds and the morning cock crow. The staff is very friendly and other than stated online the reception is actually available 24/7. The pretty bamboo beds are relatively hard.

Chambre très spacieuse avec literie confortable. Personnel moyennement réactif car quand nous sommes arrivés pour le Check in à 14h personne n’était là, juste un papier sur le comptoir indiquant qu’ils prenaient une pause. On a attendu un moment. Malheureusement nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur mur, donc très sombre mais ça c’est une question de chance.

Tenias que agacharte para verte en el espejo del cuarto de baño. La cisterna no paraba de echar agua, una noche fue horrible. Expuesto al exterior por una fina pared y un ventanal, se oye todo. Para peinarte con el secador tiene q ser afuera del baño y sin espejo, salía echo un cuadro. Limpieza bien. El personal bien. No volvería.

It's actually quite small and right next to the street (small street with not much traffic though) and between buildings. I was a bit disappointed as I booked this hotel mainly for the outdoor which was not that great to my opinion.

Asi po půl hodině, kdy jsme řešili co dál, byla noc, přišla recepční s tím že rezervaci našla, omluva byla nedostatečná. Temná chodba , uklouzl jsem a spadl jsem do bazénu z rybami.

- Alida (7/5): Great location, lovely atmosphere, but cold showers and tiny rooms - The location was really good, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere downstairs with the pool and cosy places to sit in. The view from our room was quite nice, we got to have a peak at the sunset every evening. The staff very lovely, welcoming and very helpful. The room was quite tiny, making it difficult for two of us with big suitcases to exist in there. The bathroom was not as nice as on the pictures, and the shower was cold. The beds were a bit too firm to some of us.

The room was very small with no space to put your stuff. No hooks to hang something, no closet or planks. Also I could feel the springs through the mattress.

Les chambres sont très petites (en tous cas la standard et la supérieure -peut-être pas celles qui sont en bord de piscine ou au RDC), et une fois qu’on a mis les bagages, difficile de circuler. Ceci dit, si on vient juste pour dormir, cela suffit amplement, les extérieurs autour de la piscine permettant de se reposer agréablement

Petite piscine avec 2 chaises longues, agréable jardin ombragé avec tables et chaises. Accueil souriant. Parfaite gestion des demandes d’excursion. Hormis une table de nuit, une barre en bois et 4 cintres, pas de rangement. Pas de lampe de chevet. Pas d’eau chaude au lavabo, pas d’eau froide à la douche, la douche n’est pas séparée du reste de la salle de bain, abattant de WC pas très propre et posé de travers. Matelas inconfortable. Très fort bruit de moteur provenant de l’extérieur de la chambre.

While it is in the old town, the little street is super quiet and surrounded by very relaxed and small coffee spots and restaurants. Cozy, small yard with the pool, cool to chill out, but small (like 5 sunbeds or so + a table with chairs). I was unlucky to book a room that was extremely small, no space to put a suitcase. Also, the only window was overlooking the staircase, so not only no view and limited natural light, but in order to not be watched by people walking curtains has to be closed all the time. I'm sure that in a pool front room or one with normal windows I'd have very different experience. No elevator and nobody to help with luggage.

De badkamer was tiptop met een grote douche en lekker warm water. Wifi 👍 Het hotel is rustig en ligt een paar straten van het drukke, gezellige centrum verwijderd. Top ontbijt aan de overkant en een paar barretjes om de hoek dus perfecte ligging.

- Cara (7/5): Sauber und nett sowie gute Lage, aber würde nicht wiederkommen. - Die Lage war super, das Personal an sich nett sowie die Zimmer und die Anlage sauber. Die Zimmer waren extrem dunkel sowie konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Somit war man komplett auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen und es kam nur sehr wenig Tageslicht rein. Das Zimmer lag direkt an dem Teich mit der Wand, somit war es wirklich recht laut und auch die elektronischen Geräte im Zimmer waren so laut, dass das schlafen schwer fiel. Auch wenn das Personal nett war, wirklich hilfsbereit waren sie dennoch nicht.

- Carmina Claymore (10/5): Muy buena opcion - El personal del hotel es muy amable y nos ayudaron con cualquier duda Las instalaciones estan muy bien y tienen avisos de no hacer ruido a partir de ciertas horas por lo que se descansa perfectamente La ubicación en el centro te permite desplazarte andando a la mayoria de los sitios de interes y tienes a mano todo lo necesario, cajeros, restaurantes, lavanderias... - Henar (7/5): - La ubicación es extraordinaria, dentro de la Old City Las camas era un poco duras y la habitación era pequeña, no teníamos ni para poner las mochilas. Nuestra habitación estaba en las escaleras y se escuchaba todo, teníamos que dormir con antifaz y tapones para poder descansar. En cuanto al baño, la ducha y el inodoro estaban tan pegados que se mojaba todo el rato, un poco incómodo. Los enchufes no estaban cerca del cabecero de la cama, y los cargadores se salían del enchufe constantemente.

- Lena (8/5): Wir würden nochmal buchen. - Super Lage, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal Relativ hellhörig, aber ging. Es hat im Zimmer etwas zum ablegen oder ein Schrank gefehlt.

- Natalie (9/5): Schöne Lage mit gutem Preis - Die Rezeptionistin ist super. Durch sie haben wir uns dort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool und Aufenthaltsbereich ist schön. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die ganze Altstadt ist vom Hotel aus gut zu Fuß zu erkunden. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Waschsalon, Massage und diverse Restaurants und Cafés. Direkt gegenüber gibt es sehr gutes Frühstück (auch mit viel veganer Auswahl) in einem wunderschönen Garten. Die Rezeption hilft bei Bedarf Ausflüge zu organisieren. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren, da es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat. Eine Nachttischlampe oder Ähnliches wäre schön. Ansonsten alles super 😊
