• Ludovic (8/5): Très bien pour un court séjour - Appartement très bien situé au coeur de l'Alfama à deux pas du chateau, du tage et de la gare. Nous y sommes allés à 4 (Parents + 2 enfants), l'appartement n'est pas très grand mais suffisant pour le peu de temps que nous y avons passés (Nous n'y étions que pour dormir). Les marcheurs pourront s'y rendre depuis la place Martim Moniz à pied, mais attention ça grimpe! Environnement très calme aux alentours, seuls les voisins du dessus nous ont dérangés la dernière nuit avec des énormes bruits de pas et des cris à n'en plus finir mais cela n'a duré qu'une partie de la nuit (et sur une seule soirée). Nous avons pu disposer du logement facilement malgré le retard de 3h de notre avion à notre arrivée et les propriétaires sont très conciliants et répondent très vitre au emails.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Guter Service, gute Lage. Leider etwas beengt. - Gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt, 10 Min. zum Bhf. Santa Apolonia, 5 Minuten zu einem Platz mit schöner Aussicht und Haltestellen Tram u. Bus. Für 2 Leute ist die Wohnung okay, für mehr ziemlich eng, zumal es keine Garderobe oder Möglichkeiten gibt, das Gepäck zu verstauen. Es hängt davon ab, wer über der Wohnung wohnt, da die Trittschalldämmung nicht vorhanden ist und ggf. herumlaufende Gäste viel Lärm machen. Für jeden gab es ein Handtuch. Die Betreuer der Wohnung sind sehr bemüht und melden sich sofort, wenn man ein Problem hat (z.B. WLAN). Es gibt keine Anleitung für TV...Gut war, dass ein Entfeuchter vorhanden war. Das wussten wir zu schätzen, da es viel geregnet hat und wir immer nasse Kleidung trocknen mussten.
• Chris (4/5): Disappointing stay - Our stay at this apartment was disappointing and fraught with issues. The apartment is in dire need of renovation. There is a terrible smell permeating all rooms. There was an issue with mold in the master bedroom. The response from the hotel was to put scent candles. The kitchen hard not been cleaned before we moved in. There were stains all over the table and kitchen counters. The fridge was not working properly and the door to the freezer was broken which ruined all food we had bought during the trip. Ants were crawling throughout the apartment and were sometimes found on our beds. Do not book.

• MAXIM (8/5): Любимый Лиссабон - Район исторический, если Вы с машиной то с парковкой беда серьёзная. Найти апартаменты не так просто, но оно того стоит. отличный вид из окна. Немного низко в мансарде, но это можно пережить.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Bien agencé et équipé, ce T2 a entièrement repondu a nos attentes pour un sejour au coeur de Alfama. Un sacré +, le patio où prendre nos repas.
• Beppo (4/5): Schmutzig, winzig+laut und sehr enttäuscht - Wir waren vor Lissabon 3 Tage in Porto. Hatten auch ein Apartment für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. In Porto wurden Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Akicity Alfama Senses war eine Frechheit. Bilder in Expedia sind, wie Mr, Trump so schön zu sagen pflegt, "gefaked". Dreckig. Klein. Unfreundlicher Empfang. Wollte erst mal sofort "cash" haben und im Vorfeld eine Anzahlung von 30%. Bettwäsche war alt und nicht gereinigt. So was habe ich noch nie erlebt. Kein Platz zum Abstellen der Koffer. Ein Gesichtshandtuch für 4 Personen. Zimmer 3 Nächte gebucht. Haben nach Reinigung der Zimmer gebeten wurde abgelehnt. Immerhin haben wir dann 3 alte zerflossene und verschiedene Gesichtshandtücher erhalten. Schlafzimmer, wenn man es so nennen kann, ein dunkles "Loch" ohne Fenster. Nicht mal eine Lüftung. Abstellkammer als Schlafzimmer vermietet und ein Bett reingequetscht, so dass man nicht mal herumlaufen könnte. Bin 47 alt und reise sehr viel und gern mit der Familie. Haben so eine "Frechheit" noch nie erlebt. Das Expedia so etwas vermittelt ist sehr enttäuschend. P.S. Jede Nacht ab 2.00 Uhr haben Teenager draussen im Hof eine Party gefeiert. Am morgen danach lagen überall Kippen und Reste von Joints im Innenhof. Mussten um schlafen zu können, das einzige Fenster (winzig) geschlossen halten.
• Sara (8/5): I love Alfama! - The apartment was nice and clean. A ittle bit short on supplies like soap, toilet paper and no shampoo at all. I love Alfama neibourhood and this location was lovely, walking distance to the Porta do Sol en Lisbon.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Lissabon er en fantastisk by. Vi var vilde med den. Og boede i et skønt område. Et minus var der, idet jeg fik stjålet min pung op af min taske i en sporvogn. Men det ødelagde ikke min tur. Jeg skal bare lære af det.
• Jan (8/5): - Gute verhältnis preis und kvalität. Hab jedoch bis heute keine bestätigung bekommen, dass ich bezalt habe!! Duschmittel und wc papier musste ich selber kaufen. Sonnst alles tipp topp
