• Gal (10/5): Great gem with good understanding of accessibility needs! - We are a family with 2 wheelchair users and we have been looking for a place that would allow to house three people, while not compromising in-room mobility. The room definitely delivered. As far as accessibility features, there is a step-free entrance and way to the room, with only a 2-3cm step blocking the water from spilling out of the shower, which is large and has the shower seat that you can transfer into easily. The bathroom also features the toilet with handles on both sides and is positioned well, so that you can transfer onto the seat from multiple angles, depending on your personal preference. We have routinely had both wheelchairs in the bathroom at the same time and had room to spare. The apartment was kept clean and the staff was kind and responsive to our requests even when they were out of the ordinary. There are 3 Metro stations close by (within 700m or so from the property), and getting to various parts of the city is not an issue at all. Will definitely return to the property on our next stay in Bar

• Barbara (7/5): Néhány éjszakára megfelelő szállás - Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. Délelőtt érkeztünk és lepakolhattuk a csomagjainkat a szálláshelyen. A házigazda mindent elmondott nekünk telefonban. A közös konyhában elérhető ivóvíz mindenkinek. A szoba tiszta volt és a szálláshely elhelyezkedése nagyon szuper. Rengeteg busz és egy metró megáll a közelben, csendes és igényes környék. A képek sajnos nem fedik a valóságot a szobával kapcsolatban. A szoba sokkal kisebb volt mint a képen, az ágy is sokkal kisebb (valamint csak az egyik oldalon volt éjjeliszekrény). Az sem látszik a fotókon, hogy az ablak egy lichthofra néz, ami miatt nem jut be természetes fény és nincs szellőzés. A fürdőszoba rendben volt.

Hanno uno spazio in comune con frigo e cucina A 10 minuti a Piedi dalla metro rossa e 7 minuti a piedi dalla linea blu. Comodissimo il garage convenzionato a 2 minuti a piedi al costo di 12€ al giorno . Zona tranquillissima ,supermercato e pub vicino . Tutto perfetto

• william (9/5): A lovely comfortable stay in this little gem. - This is a small hotel in a quiet location but within easy reach of two metro stations. We arrived outside reception hours and the instructions for entry were sent to us clearly and the access was easy and straightforward. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room, and the shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.

El tamaño de la habitación suficiente para una persona sola. Los propietarios no pueden ser más amables y serviciales. Desde luego muy buena relación calidad precio.

Jeśli ktoś jest pierwszy raz w Barcelonie otrzyma wszystkie informacje co , gdzie i jak , włascicielka wszystko wyjaśnia i przekazuje darmową mapę z pełną instrukcją, polecam ten obiekt. Nie mogliśmy się pozbyć wilgoci z pokoju

• Kelly (8/5): - Excellent communication throughout the process. The hotel was able to accomodate an early arrival, and held our suitcases for a couple of hours when we were leaving. The location was excellent for our needs. The room was big, quiet and warm. The water heater turns off when you leave the room and remove the card key. This meant that we had cold water the first night, as we had been out all day.

Der Geruch im Zimmer. Leider stinkt es manchmal aus der Kanalisation, da die Abflüsse nicht genügend gut mit einem Siphon abgedichtet sind.

Pokój był też sprzątany i dobrze wyposażony. Niedaleko znajduje sie Lidl, restauracje i metro. Idealny na pobyt. Polecam!!!

Łoże do wymiany, materac zapadnięty, wygnieciony. Drzwi do pokoju że szparami na cm, wszystko słychać co się dzieje na korytarzu i w kuchni. Plus podatek 5.5 euro od osoby za dzień. Poszukaj lepszego noclegu za tą cenę.
• Jeffrey (6/5): Wel oké - Het inchecken ging enorm soepel. We kwamen midden in de nacht aan. Contact met personeel fijn. Super vriendelijk. Kregen zelfs tips voor restaurantjes en om Barcelona te verkennen. Er was zelfs de optie om gefilterd water te tappen, aangezien dit wordt afgeraden om water uit de kraan te drinken in Barcelona. Buurt was rustig. Metro op loopafstand. De bedden waren niet erg prettig. Wel wat last van m’n tijdens het slapen. Gebouw is enorm gehorig. ‘s nachts was iemand filmpjes aan het kijken in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Dit hoor je ontzettend goed. Door de plavuizen in de gang en de galm hoor je iedereen praten, lopen enz.

El dueño-recepcionista nos hizo de "guía turístico" explicando transporte y zonas interesantes de la ciudad. Habitación muy limpia. Zonas comunes estupendas y muy limpias.
