- Ingrid (9/5): A good and restful stay after a long day on the Cotswold Way trail - Spacious and accommodating for three people The shower would go hot to cold and cycle through this sequence over and over again

Better explanation about parking would help! - Location of accommodation was excellent, easy access to Broadway high street shops, restaurants and pubs. Breakfast at Number32 was very good and yes, we did get a discount. The room was spacious and clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed. Would recommend as somewhere to stay. We travelled by car and really struggled to find the two designated parking spaces - they have TINY plaques which are easily missed and we only found our way by asking multiple helpful locals. You travel up Back Lane to the point just before it becomes a private road. There is nothing that identifies Kiel Close, but it is the entrance to the George Apartments. The parking spaces are just past there on the right hand side. There are 4 in total but only 2 of them belong to the Lodge. You then have to walk into the small shopping courtyard where the entrance to the accommodation is found. Luckily we arrived in daylight when there were people around.

- Gayla (9/5): Beautiful property conviently located in the center of Broadway. - This was a beautiful place to stay. We had a party of 3 (my husband, myself and my daughter). There was a wall dividing us which was nice and provided extra privacy. It was reasonably priced and immaculately clean and very conveniently located to everything in Broadway. The beds were comfy, the shower was great (very hot) and had a kitchenette which was nice. The only thing a little different was the self check-in process which may have been spelled out when I booked, but because parking was difficult (there are only 2 spaces and the parking lot was hard to find), it made this part of the stay a little challenging because we couldn’t find the place and there wasn’t someone to ask. They did a good job communicating online, it just didn’t feel quite as warm upon arrival and signage wasn’t the best to the property. Overall, we were very happy and would stay again, just wanted to let others know ahead of time about parking and finding the property. Parking was very limited and property was difficult to find.

Loved having the fresh milk and although didn't use liked the idea for the ground coffee and cafeteria. Shower was excellent great pressure. On the landing is an iron to use if you want. A nice addition would be a full length mirror in room or on landing. can't say there was anything, I would say parking was a bit stressful, but that is something that can't be avoided when you go to a place you don't know.

Een groep jonge dames kwam terug van een feest en waren beschonken en erg luidruchtig. De receptie die ik per whatsapp kon benaderen heeft dit uiteindelijk een halt toegeroepen. Kleinpuntje van kritiek: er was geen spiegelverlichting, dat miste ik.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There is a good new bakery we discovered, lovely bread and open every morning. The cafe where we could have got 10% off our breakfast was closed for the one day we needed it, for refurbishment, and there was nowhere else to have breakfast except either the Broadway Hotel or the Lygon Arms, both fabulous places, however expensive and you needed ideally to book a table in advance.

- John (9/5): Well worth a stay. - Staff were very friendly and our room was very comfortable although perhaps a little small for our requirements. We will check the rooms a little closer for size before we book again. The location was very close to the center of town but parking is limited close to the site. Parking is however available nearby. The stairs to all of the rooms are quite steep especially when carrying suitcases.

Was super convenient to just have a code and be able to get settled. Building is next to a super cute coffee shop. Room was cozy but well appointed. A las 17 todavía no había ido nadie y pedimos una alternativa ya que íbamos con dos niños (4 y 6 años), nos dijeron que NO nos ofrecían ninguna alternativa y la única opción era la devolución del dinero. Obviamente, nos vimos obligados a cancelar y a buscar otra opción en el momento (mucho más cara al ser Semana Santa y el mismo día). Pésimo el servicio de atención al cliente del establecimiento.

The surrounding area is quiet, and my room was spacious, bright, and on the first floor, with a pleasant open view. The only downside was that, as this is a self-service hotel, they were unable to store luggage after check-out.

- Andrew (6/5): - Location great, nice room, nice shower first day, Slight smell of cigarette smoke in room, no hot aater for shower 2nd day, noisy shouting screaming family in room next door we stayed in Hare, sent messga and Holly quckly sorted however noise and shouting carried on next morning. No hot water in shower following morning. Pillows and bed hmm msy need chyropractor.

- Daniel (8/5): Wouldn’t hesitate to re-book again. - Location. Price. Comfort. Clean. Lovely decor. Fridge. Fresh milk. Couldn’t get the wifi to work. Just said incorrect password. Had trouble turning hot water on shower down a bit cooler (was very hot). Lashings of hot water though and excellent pressure which was good.
- Alison (6/5): In need of an upgrade - The convenience of being so central. One of the single beds was terribly uncomfortable, it had a lump in the middle of the mattress and couldn't be used. The bathroom is a bit of a disgrace and terribly in need of redecorating. It's paint is peeling off. The chairs in the seating area are rock hard and unuseable. Why is this company not seeing to any of these things?
- Lynn (8/5): Excellent facilities in a great location at an affordable price. - The location, the tea/coffee facilities plus milk, the shower, free parking. Couldn’t get onto the wifi due to poor signal.
