- Rick (7/5): It was ok but not ok for the most expensive hotel in the area. We expected more. - It looked nice from the outside The hallways showed signs of being dirty. The doors to the reins are white but are dirty. There is no way they are on the schedule to be wiped down. They look greasy and dirty. They need to be cleaned with 409. The room smelled of wet dog at the entrance. The room smelled better by the beds but I believe there may be dog hair in/ around the fridge. It was bad. One of the soap bottles in the shower was no longer attached to the wall. This shows signs of not caring. The toilet was loose and not firm to the floor.

- Chris (3/5): Pubic hair in shower. Disgusting. - Found 2 hairs in my shower, right where the soap goes. Inexcusable to miss something like that. Left a message for the manager, and obviously it wasn't important to follow up with me.

We called the front desk and they had just informed us that a lot of people had checked out so the water would take a few minutes to heat back up. We waited about an hour and still ended up taking a cold shower because we needed to get on the road and travel to our next destination

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the water temp was extremely HOT. We had to turn the water almost off to get the temp down. I guess we were given a suite and the bathroom was in a strange location in the room.

- Melissa (9/5): Excellent stay in waterfalls center of Tennessee! - Convenient to many stores, restaurants and off highway. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap were never replenished. Last day we hardly had any in the bottles. No extra soap bars just in case,
- Jessica (3/5): Disappointed Again - We were thankful to find a place that allows pets. The pet fee was $75, we had to park across the street because they allow 5 vehicles to to take up multiple spots with their trailers, and we found dirty socks in the room the next morning.

- bewarethemare (10/5): Priscilla service! It’s not customer service it’s Priscilla service! - Don’t ever let Priscilla go. She is awesome. We roll in about 8pm Sunday night and when I came in there was luggage everywhere. I was convinced this was going to be a long check in. It wasn’t. The carriers for the fleet that was there before us, obviously were way in top of this. Priscilla had just completed their check in and was ready for us. I was amazed. I asked Priscilla if she could change our room type not once but twice. Priscilla I am sorry I was difficult. The hubs had come down with some crud he picked up. So we decided both of us did not need to be sick so I asked if I could swap rooms. Priscilla looked over the bookings and said of course no problem. She then started to give me the first floor. Oh Priscilla I was incredibly sorry I forgot to mention I need a high floor as I have bad insomnia. She never sighed nor huffed but instead tippy typed in and remedied what she could do and gave us room 520. Sent us on our merry way and all was good. Can you say customer service? It should be called Priscilla service. It’s with a smile and keyboard type later. Thank you for making these weary and one sick traveler accommodated. The rooms was well appointed and the breakfast was plenty and warm.

- Carol (10/5): The hotel staff were professional and courteous. - The breakfast was wonderful. Anyone, no matter dietary need could have found items to enjoy. The selections and quality was very appreciated. Maybe 30 minutes later for time frame.

Only reason we didn’t give 5 stars across the board was both beds had hair on the pillows. We made it down for breakfast which was very good and lots of option’s Overall our experience was great and we would definitely stay again.

We didn't need housekeeping, but they delivered clean towels to our room after I requested them in the corridor. The kitchen was fabulous - it featured a mini dishwasher, a set of four dishes, a two-burner stovetop, and a good-sized fridge-freezer.

- Companion22587210457 (10/5): Great Personal Assistance - This is a nice hotel - clean and quiet. We realized when we checked out that we couldn’t find a small bag. We told the front desk, and they called us a few hours saying they found it and would ship it to us. It arrived a few days later. We are extremely impressed and grateful for the personal assistance on this.

My room was great, big and clean. Bed was comfy and I had a great night sleep. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices. Turned my nightmare stop into a much needed reset.
