Maggie (9/5): Superb - The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Much nicer than the pictures. The shower is good, air conditioner works well, wifi is good. It is very quiet. Towels, linens etc are clean. There is free instant coffee and tea in reception. It's a 20 minute walk to old town. You enter through a beat up parking lot to reach the hotel, but it is surprisingly nice inside.
Anastasiya (7/5): Good - Genuine views or a courtyard, kind and helpful receptionists. Difficult to park the car, the building is dated, you can hear all neighbors, the place doesn’t feel cosy.

Igor (5/5): Booking should verify the number of stars. - The location is convenient. The place is kept clean. It has nothing to do with 4 stars. No breakfast. Stinking drainage. The passage from the street to the hotel looks disastrous. It's difficult to enter the hotel because of the chaotic parking in front of the door. The sheets don't hold on the mattress.

Konstantin (10/5): I recommend this hotel. - Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Big room for 3 people. The hotel is located in a quiet courtyard, which provides peace next to a busy street. There is a large coffee machine and a common area for having coffee or food. WiFi sometimes was not so good.

Joe (10/5): Truly convenient location, good renovations - Driving up to the hotel is a little off-putting as it’s just off of Rusatveli and has the hallmarks of old apartment buildings from the outside. Don’t let that stop you. The management is clearly investing in significant renovations and it shows. The rooms have character, which is to say they are all a bit different. The king bed room was newly renovated and suited me just fine. Friends had varying versions of loft rooms which were also well put together. The staff was helpful organizing tours and generally friendly and attentive.
