• Claire (10/5): Great find, on the outskirts of city centre with wonderful hosts - Location just on the edge of the city centre only a short walk away was perfect for us. The street was quiet, especially at night, with no noise, meaning we slept really well. Everything was spotless. The hosts were very welcoming and the little surprise treat on arrival and during the stay were delightful. Checking in and out was really smooth. We did not have the breakfast so can't comment on this. The room was larger than expected with nice decor and furnishings. 24-hr access was convenient. Nothing! Would stay here again!

• Beth (10/5): Fab bnb in a great location - We loved our stay with Bart and Magali who were welcoming and wonderful hosts. The room was large and luxurious. Every little detail was thought of including super soft towels and pillows, surprise morning pastries, local tips and tricks, and much more. The location is perfect, on the quiet end of a busy street close to a beautiful park. We'd definitely recommend the place and hope to stay again. Nothing, everything was great!

• patrick (10/5): Un havre de paix au coeur d’une ville historique 😍 - Tout d’abord les contacts tout etait prêt pour notre arrivée le confort la qualité de la chambre et l’excellent matelas puis la proximité du centre ville avec le calme et un parking tout proche et bien sûr sans oublier la sympathie du maître des lieux et aussi les petits déjeuner vraiment top un séjour plus que parfait 😉 De devoir partir 😉

Proprietari gentilissimi: ci hanno consentito il check in con un largo anticipo rispetto all’orario pattuito. Inoltre, ci hanno accolto con un kit di benvenuto e un aperitivo. Ogni mattina ci hanno coccolato con dolcini e succhi di frutta, pur non avendo scelto l’opzione della colazione.

Each day we were left treats such as chocolates, cakes, drinks etc. which was such a nice touch from the owners. Bart provided us with a fantastic breakfast each morning, and my wife and I had some great discussions with Bart, who is so helpful and informative. The property is beautifully decorated and exceptional throughout and the rooms were extremely comfortable and well equipped. The location is within easy reach of the train station and to the centre of Bruges, a great base for our daily activities. We would definitely stay here again. There was nothing to dislike. It was perfect.

Very comfortable apartment, friendly and helpful owners (thanks for help with the package) and nice location. Close to the center but not too busy and quiet enough to rest. Breakfast were fantastic.
• Irene (9/5): Geweldige kamer, geweldige host, geweldig ontbijt! - Als je naar Brugge gaat hoef je eigenlijk niet verder te zoeken - dit is een fantastische accommodatie, net even buiten het drukke centrum maar dichtbij genoeg. Wij hadden een ruime lichte kamer aan de achterkant. Het maakt je trip extra top! Eigenlijk heb ik helemaal geen opmerkingen, als je dan toch op een detail gaat zitten dan ben je wel afhankelijk van de routine van je buren want de muren zijn niet helemaal geluidsdicht. Maar gelukkig hadden wij hele rustige buren.

Home-baked treats surprise you daily. It is close to the major sights in Bruges but just far enough away that it is quiet at night.

• Lucia (9/5): - Tutto. Il B&B si trova in una zona a 5 min dal centro di Bruges ma molto tranquilla anche di sera e vicina ad un enorme parco rilassantissimo. L'accoglienza del proprietario (essendo un piano senza ascensore mi ha portato su le valigie). Bart attento a tutto. Dal pensierino appena arrivi (bicchiere di spumante, dolcetto tutti i giorni) all'attenzione per tutto (camera bella e con ogni confort). Il B&B è praticamente nella casa del proprietario e avendo solo tre camere ti coccola come può. Colazione ottima con dolce e salato di alta qualità. Bruges è una cittadina veramente carina da visitare e consiglio vivamente questo B6B.

This added a special touch to our stay. Owners are lovely and welcoming. Comfortable rooms with tea/coffee making facilities available. Lovely quiet location with only a short walk to the centre of Bruges. Would definitely recommend. Nothing, all excellent.

• Douglas (10/5): A gem run by a gem - Les Invites is located across from a city shuttle stop or a 15 minute walk through the park across from the train station. Fully renovated and immaculate, the host Bart is very attentive, providing local advice an even an afternoon snack with chilled wine. The room has a Nespresso and tea pot with pods and bags provided. Breakfast is served from 8:30 downstairs in a large open space and included local yogurt, granola, a few meats, several cheeses, fresh juice, bread and pastries, jams and even thin pancakes and eggs along with coffee or tea. Rooms are tydied up daily. Only a few minutes walk to the museum area and sites beyond but far enough not to be busy in front with tourists. Bart is also a private barber and gave me an excellent cut. There are plenty of restaurants in Bruges and as a native Bart knows them well. The Italian a few doors down is excellent and essy after walking all day. It was reasonably priced but do go early. My front room on the street had some traffic noise after 7AM but the double windows do a good job of reducing it. Except for the king bed their was only room for a small desk chair for seating. A mini fridge would have been nice to have cold drinks avaiable after 6.

We took two rooms - the larger room was very comfortable but the other room was a little small so taking things out from our bags were a little difficult. Host was very kind and provided some snacks and drinks which was a lovely thought. One of the rooms is rather small, so it was a little difficult to open our bags.

The host Bart and his family did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. From a helpful guide with a map to daily compliments in the morning and evening. One of the best places I've stayed! • Judith (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful b&b in a great position to explore Bruges. Lovely light, airy room, and very clean and comfortable. Extra touches such as treats and wine were really appreciated. Nothing - it's a great place to stay. .
• Christopher (10/5): Just fabulous. - The property was located 5/10 mins walk from pretty much everything in Bruges. Could not have been better. Room was lovely and Bart and Magali were fantastic hosts. The small treats left out each morning and evening, and the welcome packs were a very thoughtful touch. Couldn’t have imagined staying at a nicer place. Nothing.

Welcoming chocolate, evening champagne and morning juice and pastries are just totally out of our expectations. Bart is just thoughtful. He even carried our luggage to the room. This is particularly helpful to someone in my age. Thank you, Bart! A room is a bit small but the excellent interior design made good use of every corner.

Many little treats and as proclaimed King/Queen of breakfasts, Magali and Bart made a wonderful spread for us. N/A
