• MohChye (6/5): Air conditioning is noisy - Great value for money which is close to the Niagara Falls. It is also close to the main street which has restaurants. Air condition is very loud. Check in experience is below my expectation but manage to check in without much problem. Very basic room provided but can't ask for much with this kind of pricing.

• Margie (9/5): Surprisingly amazing - Staff were absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about staff, especially RJ! Rooms where bigger then I expected, room was clean. There have definitely been updates inside the rooms. Peaceful night and for the price, I would definitely return! BTW, I'm a touch OCD when it comes to cleanliness, so to say I would return...speaks volumes. The appearance when I pulled in, turned out it was better then it looked. The curtains could have been a bit better when it comes to privacy
• Jenkins (3/5): Won’t stay here again. - Price No smoke alarm, no towels, had to unplug fridge and microwave to plug in tv and cable box. Toilet seat missing 1 bolt to secure it. Wood and cardboard under fridge. Wood under a cabinet holding it off floor. Long screw sticking out of wall. Minor drywall damage, looks like something was screwed to wall. Arguing next door, being the office, for half hour at 9:30 pm then again this morning for another half hour starting about 9 am.
• Delorme (1/5): The worst place ever - I only liked the CSR R.J The room was not properly kept. There was no coffee maker or kettle, there was a leak in the bathroom under the sink the whole time we were there and it was mentioned to the owner and he did nothing about it. There were no clean towels or sheets we had to purchase our own. Toilet paper was also provided by us. The cleaning lady and maintenance men Eddie and Kamil, we're both rude and ignorant to us and all of thr tenants. They did not properly remove the garbage, or provide bags. They do not even have bins for the garbage. The mattress felt like there was something moving inside it, and it was mentioned to the front desk and it was never dealt with. There were cockroaches in the rooms. The paint was also not finished. The shower curtain was not installed properly. The air conditioner had cracks around it so it was cold. The manger was running around screaming at a woman at 2am saying he was going to beat her up, and being very ignorant towards her private parts. They kept our deposit even though there was no damage and I had cleaned it thoroughly. AJ the owner has been wripping customers off for their deposit if you did not notice, the cards actually have to be refunded. But there is a sign on their door stating otherwise. There was loud music every night until 5am. They charged us a monthly rental, denied the fact they do monthlies and the manager literally sobbed daily about the abuse he takes from Kamil and Eddie on a daily basis. We were witness to this as well. Also the office is never open , and we were forced to stay outside in the cold while waiting for our ride.we were forced to leave our belongings outside, resulting in lost and damaged items. They actually still have our belongings in their office which was refused to be returned to us last night. Kamil had the odasity to bring me , a woman, into thr office and yell at me infront of customers and the manger while locking my fiancee outside. A big black African man at that.

Towel they provide was used I booked for 7 days the best room of the hotel . Even it was costly $150 then regular room . But bad service . Nobody change not a single sheet in 7 days I asked but nobody came to change it . Nobody come to change the trash bag same bags used for 3 days then asked in office that trash bag used for next 4 days.nobody change bed sheets I paid for daily basis 7 day money but nobody change bed facility . Even no arrangement of tea coffee.

This is second time that we stayed here, and we truly felt hotel improve their service. Room is still big, and there are many good stuff inside, Bedding is good,Mattress is very comfortable. The water is big. Feeling is peace. Washroom smell bad, special when we arrived, it is better that we keep on opening window. It seems the bath tube is very old .

• Shane (6/5): - So many flies in the room that we killed 8 or 9 of them and still had at least 4-5 bugging us in our sleep. Hot tub uses a sink faucet so it takes well over 30 minutes to fill. It notifies you of that in person but not on the website. Tub is barely big enough for two people, you have to overlap. Good price though, and nice bed. That's about it.

Everything was there, some restaurants around the corner, a 24 hour shop, and a little away from the hustle in Niagara city. Perfect with car to explore the area, and without car it's a 25 minutes walk to the falls. The motel had an outside space in the morning sun where we had our breakfast.

• aoki (7/5): Big Room, Small Price, and a Few Surprises - One of the cheaper options in the area. The room is spacious. Comes with a fridge and a microwave. If you’re feeling adventurous (and have good shoes), you could walk all the way to Niagara Falls. The WiFi is fast when it works — but it’s unstable. I sometimes had to open the door or stand in the hallway to get a connection. The room door faces a hallway that anyone can access directly — even people who aren’t staying at the property. There’s no need to pass through the front desk, which might be concerning for some. A few bee-like insects kept showing up in the room. It’s unclear whether there’s a nearby nest or if they’re finding their way in through small gaps. A $75 security deposit is required at check-in
• Maria (1/5): - facility was not great, sagging bed. washroom facilities did not drain properly. had to get up couple of times to swat flies in the middle of the night. staff on check out was rude and charged extra for few minutes past 11 a.m. .of course it will take a little bit of time up and down the stairs. be careful when u check out 1 minute late will charge you a dollar per minute for late. read the fine prints all over the reception area when u check in, they don't inform the customer, be sure to check it, coz they have no time to tell us. P.S. desperate for money not customer.. rest of niagara trip was great except for here. i think that we will never stay here again. i booked thru booking com. the guy on check out, said to me that we have other customers..there are many other places to go as well.

Someone else's hairs were still on one of the towels, but overall, things were in decent shape. Had refrigerator and microwave, door locked securely. Someone else's hair still on one of the hand towels. Toilet very low to the ground.

La posizione è a 10 minuti di macchina dalle cascate e a 2 minuti (sempre di macchina) da un pub irlandese molto carino. Ma intorno poi non c'è altro. Pulizia migliorabile, letto enorme ma scomodo (si sprofondava). La zona circostante discutibile (senzatetto e drogati). Il personale poteva essere maggiormente accogliente. Lo consiglio al massimo per 1 notte..

A lot of places to eat nearby. Historical place (if you like to learn something about the history of the place you visit) WiFi was not working in the room, it was necessary to sit in the corridor. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room, not just microwave and fridge.

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, pero al menos tenían y funcionaba, en agosto con mucho calor, prefieres un aire acondicionado ruidoso, que que no tengan.

AVERIGÜE con otros hoteles mejor ubicados, con mejores instalaciones por un precio relativamente menor. Me tuve que quedar ahí por qué ME EXIGIERON EL PAGO TOTAL + un depósito de 75 dólares canadienses el cual será devuelto después de 7 días.
• Silvia (10/5): Great value in Niagara Falls - The room was a surprise meaning given the price, I thought I would get an old, smelly room. However, I was surprised to find a renovated, clean, and air-conditioned room. No issues with parking onsite, and with noise, and the internet worked great.

• Joel (8/5): Okay budget hotel/motel in Niagara Falls - The room had a jacuzzi tub and was very nice and clean. At check-in, the clerk was very helpful, friendly and offered to get us anything that we needed. The motel is a short drive from the Falls and has many restaurants nearby. However, the outside of the motel/hotel needs a big makeover. It's very dated and our room door looked like someone had forced it open at some point. The AC was not strong enough to cool the room, even though it was on maximum when we arrived until we left the next morning. The latest reviews I had seen were from 2021and I honestly believe that this hotel has improved a lot since then.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Homeless everywhere - Horrible. Homeless everywhere. People outside smoking all the time. Homeless going through the garbage. People off the street sitting on the patio. The person checking you in she's anything but cordial. For two people we got two towels and one washcloth. When I asked for a hand towel and another washcloth she told me to come back later because she has to wash them and I didn't get any until the next day after lunch. You can't run the AC and the microwave at the same time. The AC unit is almost useless it took 2 days to cool the room down. All the front desk girl does is give you attitude and sit outside and smoke. This is a horrible rundown place in a bad location.

• Sheri (1/5): DON'T STAY HERE - Location We paid for a room with a jacuzzi and only got to use it once in the 3 days we stayed there, because it took 2 hours to fill up. I called the office to complain about the water pressure the lady from the office said just let it fill up for a half hour 🙄 😒 no it took 2 hours. Then she came to our room and gave us a toilet plug to help with the hot tub to say the least we didn't use it. The hot tub was filthy so we had to wash it out before using it. I feel we should get money back we should of been charged for a regular room without jacuzzi. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

• Pietro (7/5): OK. - A good size room with large TV, fridge and AC. Reception was always closed. I ordered a delivery for my collection on arrival but the delivery was destroyed.

• melissa (5/5): Not the best, not the worst place to stay - The place had some updates, and was relatively clean. The check in lady was nice and friendly. Main issue was that the ac barely cooled off our room. Also our room didnt have any cups or a coffee maker.
• Grant (3/5): Good Location; not much else great - Location, ease of access Unclean with dirty marks on sideboards and stains in bathtub and jacuzzi; faulty TV & remote; poor ventilation; flies in the room; $0.01 was taken after full deposit was meant to be returned
