- Karam (9/5): Je recommande vivement très beau établissement sublimé par des personnes incroyables comme Mr Hamdi 😃 - Je tiens a souligner l’accueil, le professionnalisme, et la grande sympathie de Mr Hamdi de la réception qui a était vraiment parfait, je reviendrai dans cette hôtel juste pour lui Vraiment encore en grand merci. Je dirais certains membres du personnel qui font des préférences notamment sur les touristes au détriment et à l’inconfort des autres.

All staff were very friendly and excellent service from the front desk especially Hamdi who organised tours and taxis for us. The restaurant is a rather large and impersonal dining room.

- MARIA MERCEDES (8/5): Buena opción si estás en Sousse - El detalle del peraonal de recepción de darnos todo incluido a pesar de tener media pensión. Hotel muy amplio, con mucha variedad en la cena y desayuno. Que pongan zumo natural marca la diferencia. Es un hotel enorme con mucho turista, no tiene encanto alguno en ese sentido. Es un hotel un tanto antiguo en cuanto a mobiliario y le hace falta reforma en las habitaciones. Tiene una bañera muy alta, no sé cómo entran las personas mayores a ducharse.

Er was daar zelfs bediening. Als kers op de taart kregen we ook nog een upgrade. Het entertainment 's avonds was niet helemaal mijn smaak maar veel andere gasten genoten er wel van.

Une mention spéciale pour la sécurité qui a pris immédiatement un sac oublié sur la plage et pour Monsieur Habib de la réception qui nous a bien aidé. absence de chauffage pour une semaine exceptionnellement plus fraîche. l'hôtel aurait dû remettre le chauffage dans les espaces communs pour plus de confort dans le salon

- jebari (6/5): agréable - J'ai aimé tous sur tt qu'il ont changé l'offre en pension complète paracerque nous réserver via Booking.com Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié, c’est le changement de chambre sans préavis, effectué en raison de travaux. La nouvelle chambre n’était pas de la même gamme que celle initialement réservée : elle était isolée et située juste à côté du chantier. De plus, le dressing ne contenait aucun cintre, la housse de couette était brûlée par une cigarette, et les tiroirs de la coiffeuse étaient sales, avec des déchets de cigarettes. La chambre disposait d’une simple fenêtre au lieu d’un balcon. Il n’aurait pas été approprié d’attribuer aux agents une chambre devant être concernée par des travaux deux jours plus tard. Enfin, en cas de force majeure nécessitant un changement de chambre, le client doit être informé au moins un jour à l’avance ou au moment du check-in, et la nouvelle chambre doit impérativement être de la même catégorie que celle réservée.

Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de l'hôtel Occidental Marhaba Sousse pour l’accueil chaleureux et le service irréprochable durant mon séjour. Personnel très sympathique. Très grand choix de restauration à tous les repas. L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée car on entend beaucoup les bruits de couleurs (mais c’est aussi le fait de gens très bruyants)

Nous remercions monsieur hamdi Habib d avoir été à notre écoute ainsi que le sous directeur. Bravo. Nous remercions les cuisiniers de nous avoir concocté un repas de Noël digne des grands hôtels c était beau et bon. Bravo pour eux. La nourriture etait très bonne, variée et de qualité. Dommage que certains clients gaspillés à outrance, peu de savoir vivre. Tout était bien les chambres la salle de sport la piscine. C est un hôtel que je recommande. Merci Le peu de savoir vivre des clients leur impolitesse et le non respect. Ils devraient rester chez eux. Pour l hôtel c est bien dommage d accueillir ces personnes

Everything was perfect — from the beautiful beach and the relaxing swimming pool to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Wiem, Mr. Habib, and Mr. Mahdi for their outstanding support and hospitality. Their kindness and assistance truly made a difference during my time at the hotel, and I’m very grateful for everything they did. I’ve also shared some lovely pictures with them to remember these great moments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Sousse. - Guest (10/5): Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder! - Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Poolbereich ist super schön und es gab immer genügend Platz, egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Das Animationsteam war einfach spitze – immer gut gelaunt, sehr herzlich und mit vielen tollen Aktivitäten für Gross und Klein. Auch am Abend gab es immer ein abwechslungsreiches Programm, sodass keine Langeweile aufkam.
