Super clean, cozy, sufficient bedding and towels. Breakfast was joy on it's own - delicious and plentiful. Our host, Ben explained parking rules and where to leave car during the snow storm. Highly recommend!

We could smell weed wafting into our room several times during our short stay. Also, the Hester in the room, which is a wall unit kept clicking on and off through the night, making it tough to sleep

The hosts gladly accommodated a late check in and left us a breakfast form to fill out for the next day. The room was very clean and cozy and the bathroom in the hallway was recently renovated and had everything we needed. We were warm despite the freezing temperatures and could control the temperature ourselves. The breakfast in the morning was out of this world! Fresh and homemade. I would 100 percent recommend this quaint bed and breakfast and do plan to stay again!! Thank you guys for everything! We had an amazing stay.

My partner and I stayed for the weekend and had great breakfast everyday and were given recommendations for places nearby. Ben was kind enough to even give my partner and I recommendations along our route back to Jersey and they were all great recommendations.

We were traveling with our 12-year-old and it was just wonderful that we could walk through the back yard to the creek...a quintessential visit to the Catskills! Breakfast was also yummy with a variety of options to choose from, however, definitely try the onion quiche as it was delicious.

Unfortunately, the house itself could be better maintained and really unfortunate is the Fleischman's is full of dilapidated housing and somewhat depressing.

• Ann (10/5): - This is a 130 yr old house preserved in its original style in the small Catskills town of Fleischmanns off Rt 28. It was built as a single family home with many bedrooms to accommodate summer guests, making it a perfect house for a B&B. The owner Ben, and in fact everyone I met was friendly, relaxed and welcoming to me and to my 6 yr old granddaughter. I went primarily as a weekend getaway to attend a local music festival, although had I stayed longer I would have loved to go swimming at the nearby Belleayre lakeside beach or go searching for one of the many waterfalls in the area.
• Lara (10/5): - This was an adorable bed and breakfast in a secluded town; we had such a great stay! If you are heading to the Catskills, you should definitely stay here :)
• YUKI (10/5): - Stay at here was very nice. The room is kept clean and tidy. Location is near Bellayre mountain. There are some places to eat food nearby. The owner showed us a list of possible restaurantes to go, within a walking or short drive distance, which was helpful. This place was pretty quite and I wasn’t bothered with others stayers chats etc, nor cars running outside.
• Chunpo (10/5): Charming building and wonderful service - The stay was great and service from the owner was wonderful. The building is charming. I visited each corner of this historical building. It is just 6 minutes from BELLEAYRE Mountain, where people enjoy the ski. I will definitely come back to the River Run B&B. I recommend it to everyone.

• Shannon (10/5): - We stayed here for a ski weekend at belleayre. The Delaware room was perfect for me and my two teens. The breakfasts were really good. Such a short drive over to the mountain. We will be back.
• Stephanie (10/5): - I love that this was so close to Belleayre for skiing! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy! We had a private tiny bathroom down the hall but the sink was in our room. No TVs in the room but the wifi was fast. We picked our breakfasts at night and it was ready on the dining table when we came down in the morning. The banana muffins were delicious! The parlor has a little collection of antique salon equipment and hairstylist supplies, which as a hair stylist I thought was pretty cool to see! The house is old but clean, the floors are a bit uneven and creaky, there is an "old" smell in the air mixed with a disinfectant smell in the room. But really those are minor things that wouldnt stop me from staying again!
• Rebecca (10/5): - My husband and 2 boys stayed at this hotel so they could enjoy the Belleayre mountain the following morning. They said the room was spotlessly clean and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. A breakfast was included in the morning and they chose what they would like the evening before, so it would be ready for them in the morning. They would definitely stay here again and it is a great location for Belleayre mountain as only a 10 minute drive.

Stayed 2 nights and see no reason to return to this property if we revisit the area. Note: there aren't a lot of options in this area and from what we've seen you can do a lot worse.

I would note that it is an older Victorian-era home that has not been fully restored (my bathroom, though, had been recently remodeled), and does not have the kinds of amenities that modern Americans often demand, like private baths and in-room coffee service. But if you enjoy connecting with the past and gracious treatment as a guest, you will enjoy your stay here. And the baked french toast is marvelous! Older travelers should note some stair-climbing will be required.
• Ron (10/5): - Benjamin is an excellent host. The breakfasts were on time and tasty. The only thing I would complain about is the erratic Wi-Fi signal.
• Mo-Kit (6/5): - I had to stay for a wedding weekend happening nearby. The electrical outlets were hard to find and all hidden behind heavy furniture. I brought a power strip with me and ended up plugging it into the bathroom outlet. The wifi was weak. I had an online seminar while i had to be there and kept getting booted off. The bed wasn’t comfortable and needs replacing. Though the surrounding area is nice and quiet. The breakfast was very good.
• Robin (2/5): DILAPIDATED AND DECEIVING - This B&B was incredibly disappointing. The breakfast and bathroom in our room (Beaverkill, I believe) was okay, the rest was not. The house is dilapidated and needs huge amount of updating. The carpets on the second floor were worn and dirty, as were the ones in our room. The double (or queen? I'm not sure which) was unbelievably uncomfortable -- there were springs sticking into my husband's back - he had to move in the middle of the night to the single, and take a sleeping pill. There was a hole in the floor of our room boards and we could see through to the sitting room downstairs. The TV was maybe 12", if that, supported on a pile of books on a worn fightable. The headboard -- unlike the lovely pictures online -- was a door turned sideways. I can't remember when I've stayed in a B&B and been this deceived or disappointed. BEWARE! Also, it took over an hour and a phone call to hotels.com to try to get this review posted.
• Nora (2/5): Very poor choice of lodging - The problem with the Catskills is that lodging options are extremely limited and we were traveling during the Labor Day weekend. We opted for this B&B only because it is within 30 minutes drive from Plattekill Mountain, the place of the wedding we were attending. This B&B is really ugly and dilapidated. Can you imagine the shower curtain and the walls stained with mold, the smallest size shower stall and the bathroom sink, and the drainage that didn’t work? Do I need to add more? I can: disgusting musty smell in the room most definitely did not make us happy. The only two good things were our breakfast delivered at the doorstep of our room and the fact that the owner didn’t mind the late arrival.

The bed & breakfast was beautiful with a lovely taste of history. Very comfortable and warming overall. The sink in the room was awesome. The breakfast was delicious!! This will definitely be our go to for overnight ski adventures to Belleayre mountain.
