- Satyendra (6/5): - Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very co-operative and care taking. Breakfast for vegetarians were not at all great. I ate bread and butter and some fruits. Fried rice was prepared by chef but was average. Coffee experience was awesome. No swimming pool and activities for kids at all. Outside of Hotel is not so great … location is very average.
- Mahesh (6/5): Not worth at the price point. - Bathroom was in bad condition; toulet seat was broken, door latch was not working, and there was no curtain so bathroom was getting in a mess. Sofa-bed was in terrible state; bed spring were poking.

- Valorie Jane (2/5): - Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, which totally look different from their advertisements on Expedia. We felt like we were catfished. The unbearable musky smell is too obnoxious, AC is NOT cold enough to give us a comfy stay. I called the reception and requested a room change but they didn’t even bother to make an effort. The toilet is yucky and flooring is sticky. They don’t even put towels inside and I have to call to their housekeeping. I don’t think this is even a 4 or 3 star hotel. I will never come back in this hotel again.

- Kim (4/5): Disappointed - We have 3 people sharing the room. We only get towels/toiletries for 2 people. When the toilet paper was down to half roll. We called for more, they only brought one roll. The bathroom design allows water from the shower to floor the bathroom floor since there is no shower door/curtain. Our used coffee cups were not replaced with clean ones. Overall, we are disappointed with the housekeeping service.

- MuhdSofian (4/5): - toilet choke. smells sh**ty. floor trap in toilet missing. soap holder shaky. cant put my bath foam. no towel rack in shower area. ac not working. adjust temperature to 16° but still room is warm. reception lobby no ac. hot and stuffy upon check in. breakfast is so-so. fried rice is hard. fried noodle is oily. not much variety. no bedroom slippers. staff is unhelpful. called front desk and operator multiple times but no reply. had to personally went down. was informed only 1 technician. 1 male staff was very rude. another hotel guest was giving feedback on her room but was shouted at and went into a back room and hurled vulgarities. he then took his bag and went home! parking is nightmare. alot of lots were taken up by tour buses. would never booked again!

- Md.Raza (8/5): - The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for 1 night and found the hotel and surrounding areas good. There are restaurants nearby, 7/11, medical shop/clinic and some street food options. The breakfast had a good spread and the aircon was working perfectly too. There is shared iron board in each floor which we did not use. In bathroom, they should put shower curtain otherwise the whole bathroom gets wet .

But sadly the air conditioner at the bedroom side is not cold at all compared to living room side (separate air cond unit). Kettle, water, coffee and tea in room were decent. Soundproofing is not very good, could hear people on the Isle quite loud luckily the crowd that night were not noisy. Safety features can be improved - windows at high floor do not have security latches to prevent kids from opening, both in rooms and at common lift areas. Staff services could be improved, e.g a little more attentive. Breakfast was just so so.

- Yus (6/5): Disappointment - I checked in very late almost midnight and hoping to get good rest. Unfortunately once I enter the room , I check the amenities and on the air con. The is not toothbrush provided in the room. I think this is the basic amenity the hotel should be provided. I try to call the reception and ask them to send it to my room. My phone in the room is not working. Since I'm so lazy to go down to reception , I have try to call the hotel number using my hand phone but the hotel number cannot get through. I have no choice I went down to reception. Surprisingly the reception is aware the phone is not working and yet they still give the room to the guest. I even told the reception that the hotel line also not working. The reception also aware about this and no apologies from the staff. My air con in the room is very noisy and I can't even sleep well. The next morning I didn't go for my breakfast as I was still tired and need more sleep. But around 10am I can't even have my rest as the noise of drilling and knocking really disturb me sleep. The noise is become even worst until almost 12 noon. I decided to get up and get ready to check out as I can't get my rest with this kind of sound. At about 12.30 suddenly the noise stopped. Upon check out I did complaint to the reception about the sound. They are aware about it and I'm not sure why there is no notice in the room to inform the guest. Very very disappointed and no apologies from the hotel at all. I'm not sure if they are really care .

- Mark (6/5): Hotel Staff need to improve - We requested for a room upgrade when we checked in and the process took about 1 hour to resolve. Hotel staff had no clue how to process the request and no manager was available to guide them. The rooms were decent for the amount paid.

- Khairul Tazman (6/5): - I've booked 2 rooms during my stay in Hotel Amansari. However, the rooms given to us were not next to each other. One is in 4th floor and another one is in 9th floor. Even though I didn't request for it specifically, it should be a common sense for the rooms to be next to each other or at least on the same floor. Upon my request, the counter staff has managed to change the room on the 9th floor to be in the 4th floor but not next to each other. The counter staff also assist me to change one of the room from double beds to single queen bed for me and my wife. The towels provided to us were not clean. I've to request for new clean towels. The hotel need to ensure the towels given are clean before putting them in the bathroom. The food for breakfast is ok but not many choices. The hotel should provide more variety of food. The good thing is that staff will replenish the food whenever it is finish.

- Khek Tjian (6/5): Overall good. Nothing fancy - Located near the 2nd link. Legoland is nearby. Probably a cheaper alternative to stay if you are planning to go legoland. There's a mamak shop and 7 eleven nearby within walking distance. But that's about it. Stayed here for 1 night. Hotel is rather new. Nothing fancy Check in was easy and simple Booked a standard twin room. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Would be better if can provide more pillows. Bathroom was tiny but shower was great. No bathtubs tho. Breakfast unfortunately was not that great. Overall a good place to stay if you are just looking for a place to rest for a night. Nothing fancy.
- Jer Soon (6/5): Cheap but not well maintained. - Not that clean or well maintained. The tower rack and soap holder was not secured to the wall, looks like it will drop if applied some force to it. A part of the wall outside the toilet has water stain. The carpet did not feel clean, was able to feel small particles on the carpet.

- Deon (6/5): Hygiene Concerns - Booked the family suite for 3d2n. Checking in process was slow plus they couldn't find my reservation initially, much room for improvements. The room was not properly cleansed when we checked in. There were clumps of hairs in the bathroom and some parts of the room. Despite being a family suite, there was only 2 toilets and we have to call housekeeping to request for it. The good thing was that we didnt have to wait long for the additional towels to arrive.

- Sunshine (8/5): Our Stay at Amansari Hotel - Checking in was a breeze. But room cleanliness can be improved on. Had to get the room cleaned when we checked in. Hotel staff should pay attention to the number of people checked in (we booked the suite) and should top up things like towels, cups etc. No informaion on the teoephone extensions for easy dial up. I had to go down to the reception to ask for extra towel and cup.
