Sharon (9/5): Great - Everything. Parking is easy and the locations great. Restaurant is very nice, food of a high standard and staff are good too. No lift for upstairs so if you have any mobility issues make sure you ask for a ground floor room. My room was adjacent to one of the 3 stair ways and that could be noisy as people came in or left. Being woken by heavy footed people at 4.00am was irritating. No one’s fault just a point.

Zoe (9/5): Great stay, comfortable bed, handy location, friendly staff - Really comfy bed, spacious room, room service, restaurant in hotel, friendly staff, accommodated early check in needed to attend a wedding, this was very much appreciated. The door had an alarm on it and so woke my husband and toddler up when I arrived home later in the evening. There also didn't appear to be a way to lock the door from the inside, so it was a mission to keep our todder in (hence the alarm I'm guessing). There may be a way around this that we hadn't figured out.

brenda (9/5): Our stay was excellent and will be staying there again - Everything in the room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable, room was extremely clean. The only downside was that we were on the street side and had traffic noise, however that is luck of the room allocation. The restaurant was great with excellent food, we dined there for both diner and breakfast.

Aimee490 (8/5): - Beds pretty comfortable with 2 different pillow types (unsure if this is the same for everyone or just what was in our room), clean and modern room with small kitchenette. Decent amount of space for 2 people in twin room. Fairly spacious bathroom with good shower. Easy free parking right outside room and secure swipe card entry to hallways from outside. Easy check in/out. The biscuits in kitchenette were a bit stale & it may have been nice to have 2 water bottles / 2 milks for 2 guests instead of just 1. Room was a bit stuffy at night. The door setting off an alarm everytime you opened room was a bit annoying, have never encountered this before in any accommodation, but perhaps hotel had a security reason for installing this. All minor things, but when added up, did have a minor impact on review score.

Was able to get the room very dark which helped me sleep better, I woke at 7:30 thinking it was the middle of the night still. Very quiet. Secure. The place was packed because of a big concert which meant there wasn’t any parking left on the property so I had to park on the street. That being said, it wasn’t hard to find a spot.
