• Sally (10/5): - Very good hotel for the price. Close to good restaurants, 7/11 & next door to an Amazon Cafe. Room was spacious. Just one comment..we had a kettlein the room but no cups or tea/coffee. Fortunately we always travel with our own mugs & Tea bags! Will definitely stay here again. It's the best hotel we've stayed in in the area after visiting 4 times 😜

• Jonathan (4/5): - The place wasn’t clean, had 2 room’s where the aircon units leak water drip down the wall first time was on the side table on my phone when it was on charge second time just send house keeping to clean it instead of dealing with the problem. Black mould on showers shower fittings damaged, full of scale and black mould hole in bathroom door and where the shower hose comes out the wall just the fitting just hanging off, it’s a cheap hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again, breakfast is limited this is the 5th place I’ve stayed in Thailand and the worst,

• My1000MilesTV (6/5): Nice clean room with big bed. But Wifi was no good. - Central location with big parking lot. The room was nice and had super big and comfy bed. The cleanliness is good and the view was great. The staff was very professional in handling issues from the guests. There is a 7-Eleven just on the opposite side of the street and there is a cozy sitting area at the reception to sit and wait for your turn. There is also a kettle in the room, but they offered no coffee or tea in the room. The minus is the Wifi, which was non-existing for me. Too bad. If this was no issue, then this would be a 4 star review.
• FMoz (6/5): Comfortably avarage - A newish hotel that already has dirty room walls. Probably the biggest hotel in town. It is a comfortable 3-star hotel that has nothing remarkable. The room is clean with standard amenities such as hair dryer and toiletries. The building design is not good. There is no driveway, which makes drop off difficult, but instead the front of the hotel is wasted as an empty outdoor walking space. Location is rather good for restaurants and night food and drink stalls.

• k0rnwarichw (10/5): Warm Hospitality - I stay 1 night at this hotel. Receptionists are professional and helpful. I got the room on 5 floors with city view. The location of hotel is very easy to traveling around to tourist landmark ( Sanam Chandra Palace ,Phra Pathom Chedi Ect.) Room price also food price at hotel restaurant are reasonable ( good taste too) if I have chance to visit over there I will stay here again for sure. P.S. if you are big fan of beer now they have beer garden in front of hotel lobby 😃
• Lemontreeee (10/5): 1 night at Xen - Stayed with friend that we have some issue to do at Nakhon Pathom. We decided the right place to stay here. Price is resonable, good service and hotel is near city center easy to go everywhere. During the night they have beer booth and cinema on the top wall. 😊😊
• Ian (10/5): Xen Hotel - Great hotel - Room as perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel overall very clean. Good restaurant on site with good food choices and acceptable pricing. The only 2 issues were a slow checkout and only 1 lift in operation when the hotel seemed quite busy. Would certainly stay here again

• PerryB137 (6/5): Fine for an overnighter! - This was adequate as an accommodation venue for a night. The room was clean and tidily arranged. The pillows were plumped and the mattress was soft enough guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The Ground Floor Cafe was a good facility as well.

• Pathaned (6/5): Nice hotel - We have stayed here for a week. No breakfast taken from the hotel, but eaten in the local octendmark. staff is not really friendly. They didn't look at you when they talk to you. Room is clean, but suffers from noise until early in the night (around 1 am), because there is a bar / lounge in front of the hotel with live music.

• yeowthai (10/5): Good budget hotel! - New hotel located near Silpakorn University and can see the largest pagoda in Thailand. Clean room and cosy, amazon cafe at the ground floor also 7-11 opposite. High floor recommend as hotel lift provided. Each Saturday have trio band but will cancelled if raining at the beer patio cause of outdoor. You must try pad Thai and yentafo noodles will be good sinature dish at Xen cafe. Reception and restaurant staff more friendly but I don't know the reason why people road the negative review. Probably communication challenge or high expectations as by the fact room rate not high. I will comeback again for sure.

Was dissappointed in stafff response to the matter. Shower water pressure was inconsistent and drainage was insufficient. Rest was ok.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good Hotel but BE AWARE of fines for stains - Stayed at hotel for 7 nights. Upon check-in, I witnessed house-cleaning showing stained linen to reception but didn't think anything of it. Many times, I noticed many plastic bags at reception, labelled with room numbers and Thai writing on the bags. A few days into my stay, reception staff opened up a plastic bag with my room number on it and pulled out a towel with a small stain. She said it had been laundered and the stain could not be washed out! Because of this, I needed to pay 350 Thai Baht. I asked her, how did she know this towel was from my room, when all towels from all rooms are laundered together in the same wash cycle. She then replied in broken english that house-keeping had tried to rub the stain on the towel, between their hands and it could not be removed. I told her that I didn't have the money on me and to give me the towel back. I then went back to my room and washed the stain out with hand soap and hair shampoo. No more stain! I went back to reception and she checked over the towel and I didn't have to pay the fine. Talking to other Australian families, they had the same problem. One couple, were fined for a stained pillow case. Another couple had a phone call from reception that their room was untidy /dirty while they were still staying at the hotel. You pay 500 baht for your room key. Upon check-out, they check your room before returning money.

• jobQ2652YL (6/5): I somehow made a right choice - I booked this hotel to attend a volleyball event. I chose this hotel because it is a new hotel. The location is quite far from the busy area although there is a 7-11 in front of the hotel. The hotel is new, i have a decent and cozy room, however my door is having a long time to shut. I raised that to the staff, she i said it's normal or i wonder if she understood my concern. The food is cheap but the quality is so-so. Staff needs to be more friendly, like they are scared speaking in English to foreigners. Wi-fi in the room is very weak or sometimes none at all. Amenties are always replenshed. They serve a good coffee at their coffee shop name Coffee Noir and very cheap. However, they close at 4 pm, quite sad. They should extend their operations until evening. I hope the management could maintain the hotel's good condition of its facilities.

• Suphachok (6/5): NEW AND NICE HOTEL - It's a nice hotel, clean( Maybe is newly ha ha ha ). If you like to go Pathom Chedi or Railway Station , in front the hotel has those Street Taxi(Motorcycle) will take you there for just 20 Bahts ( Don't forget to take a Hotel card with you for your returned), near by also has a Lotus shopping Mall. Breakfast are Limited Choice only American Breakfast and Porridge and the porridge is tasteless so we can only have American breakfast
• Jaytle (8/5): Reasonable stay for a great price - We stayed here as a family of five. We had 2 rooms next to each other and had a deluxe and superior room. The rooms them selves are fantastic and have no complaints about the comfortable stay. Thought it a bit odd having to leave a cash deposit of 500Baht for the room key. They will only give you one key per room, so you can not leave the air conditioner on when away, so they get very very hot. Breakfast at the hotel is average, and cost 150Baht, very very expensive. Do yourself a favour and go directly across the road to the seven eleven and eat for 30Baht. Biggest complaint would have to be the staff. They were always very unhappy and not overly willing to help with maters. We gave up trying to speak to them about things. Hotel will not provide an iron if you need one. Location is great however and found it central to all we needed to do in Nakhon Pathom. There is no pool, but you can get some great views of the "Big Pagoda" from the rooms.

• Reviewer887799 (8/5): New hotel and decent size rooms - This hotel is fairly new so furniture and fittings are still pretty well maintained. Size of the room is considered big for both superior and deluxe rooms that I booked. There is underground parking and 7-11 across the road. Only minor issue is the Hot water which comes on n off during the shower. Very reasonable prices for the quality and location.
• Soloista-Soul (8/5): New and convenience - New, budget, and clean. Very comfortable. have 7-11 near by, breakfast is 100 but not worth it. Coffee shop serve great and cute coffee. Hotel is close to important places like the temple and university.
