- Anderson (3/5): my stay was good, the room was small, toilet smelling, location is good and secured, staffs friendly - The Bed was very conformtable, the staffs were professional and friendly , there was constant power to keep the AC's working , the location is great and well secured. The room I was given was too small and very tight, not enough space to move , I did book for a spacious room and was given a samll tight room. THE SEWAGE of the toilet was smelling in my room and in the toilet. Very offensive and sulphuric odour .

- Corey (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Very nice option in Surulere if you’re looking for clean, comfortable, secure, and friendly. Customer service was top-notch, breakfast was good, plentiful, and mostly on time. I even decided to extend my stay. Thank you for having a login for Netflix and special thanks to Kemi, Lekon, Elizabeth, and Godwin. Excellence staff on site Wi-Fi would come and go in terms of speed and connection strength but I think that is normal.

- OYEDEJI (6/5): Dirty bed linen and same complementary breakfasts. - My first night was a big mess,as the bedsheets were full of sperm juice, prints of dirty legs and wrought bed sheets and dirty foam liners. I complained vehemently and was about checking myself out but the manager gave me another room. This room has a very high bed, I have to climb to get in despite my height, while my wife really struggled to get in. No hemp odour was perceived despite its location.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is safe and has many restaurants nearby. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again when I return to Nigeria.

- Trina (10/5): A Great Stay in the Middle of Lagos - Th location is excellent in the heart of the Surulere neighborhood, a nice, middle class area of Lagos. I felt comfortable walking around the area (during the day, I didn't test it at night). Also, pretty easy to get food delivery. Oh, and the staff are awesome. Very helpful in what can be a challenging town. I had lots of questions and they were infinitely helpful and patient in answering them. They also checked on me when I was running late from an event, just to make sure I was okay. A very nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable and between a generator and an inverter they minimized the effect of local power outages. There was very little down time. Internet was a little inconsistent, but with it being Lagos, I put that on the internet company and not the hotel. Breakfast was tasty, but could have been a little more generous most days. A small critique. Otherwise everything was pretty great.

They kept calling to give me directions before I even arrived the city where the hotel was. And I could always call them for directions within Lagos. All the facilities are top notch; the AC, the water heater, the fridge. And they were also very neat as well. There was a complimentary breakfast as well. Generally good place I didn’t like that there were no mirrors in the room. Only in the toilet. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t exactly filling. Aside that everything was great

They are Great Personalities. Room Facilities was awesome, Very Powerful Chilling Air Condition. WIFI Was Great, My Business Conference Went Well Via Their Internet. The Oral, Ambiance of The Environment was Peaceful and Top-notch. I give it to them. Its a Place I Will Visit Over and Over Again. They Deserved greater accolade. 10/10 Everything for me was perfect. kudos.

The curtains are dirty, the iron rod holding the curtains, the whole ceiling was covered with mould, both the room and bathroom, no toilet cover, the floor tiles are so old and had stains all over, I could not eat the breakfast I was given because I was scared for food poison.

The room available was not what was offered or what I paid for. They had to give a new room after a complaint. They claimed they charge Booking. Com customers more. No complimentary breakfast on the day of check out. Kept saying they were working on it. Even at 7.20am. Staff were not particularly professional, despite engaging with them some three weeks through the day of arrival. They would say they are trying their best, but it apparently is not good enough. They have a large scope to do better. 2 stars at best.

- Ade (5/5): Very annoying - The proximity to the location of my event The room comes with breakfast as stated on booking.com, the hotel insists on giving breakfast to one guest even though the room was booked for two guests. There was no wet floor signage on the wet floor, this was a risk for me as I was wearing flip flop and I slipped on the stairs. This is misleading and fraudulent.

The room I was initially didn't have functional sockets, so I had to change room, it was so tiring, majority of their staffs where not responsive, only some were, if you make a complain, two hours later the complain will still be unresolved, because they aren't responsive. The handle of the shower shocked me, the electric kettle shocked me when I touched it. They wanted to charge me for using the microwave, which I thought was so petty, so as a guest I can't microwave ?
