- Stephen (10/5): Excellent location - Excellent location with lots of food options. It’s off a busy street but not too noisy. There is a playground and a grocery store just around the corner. Walking distance to most attractions. Washing machine and free off street parking are definitely a bonus.

- Panya (8/5): Great little place with the prime location - The place is close to the main restaurants and bars strip, which is great but could be loud if you need to open the window. It's an older place but well kept, and have pretty much everything you need. Una and Tony are great hosts and they are always there when you need to contact them. Overall, we are happy with the place and would come back if we visit Belfast again.

Thanks for clear instruction and fast problem solving although we didn't meet each other, also thanks to the nice neighbors of grandpas. Parking a car and buying food are both convenient. There is TESCO express store near here. Overall, our children love this house and we have a good stay in in Belfast.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Una and Tony were extremely accommodating and helped to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. They made sure we knew where our parking stall was by placing a yellow cone in it which was easy to spot, they provided a welcome basket for us and had various amenities within the house in case we forgot anything. I highly recommend this location to stay.
- Rachael (10/5): - Amazing apartment in such a great location. Feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. We read the folder for dinner ideas and decides on Darcy's which is a little restaurant down the road. Food was incredible and so very cheap. Can't recommend this property enough

- Claire (8/5): Great location - Great location really easy to find pubs and Restaurants locally. The Tesco just around the corner was very hand also. The apartment had everything you could need and very reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again.

Mattresses should be replaced though as you could feel springs in your back. You also hear a bit of street noise but since it was a weekend, it may be quieter at other times. Otherwise, I would stay again.
- Cindy (10/5): Great Place, Great Location, Great Price - The hosts Tony and Una are wonderful. They texted us the address of the apt and where to find the key. Inside we were welcomed by a chilled bottle of wine and snacks. They have multiple brochures for tours and things to do in the area. Every question I texted to Tony was immediately answered. The apt is very small, but very typical of apts in Europe. All the beds are twin/single size, which was fine for us. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including the Titanic Museum. It's close to cafes, restaurants, busses, the train station, and the city center. The only slight negatives are: -There is a washer, but no dryer. -The bath towels are small and stored in a musty-smelling, unfinished closet -The bathtub has a really high side, so you must be very careful when exiting the tub -There were what sounded like kids running around the neighborhood all night long, screaming, slamming doors, playing music. These as I said were very minor, and in no way impacted our stay or my rating. I highly recommend staying here.
