• Janya (4/5): Bed bugs :( - Very modern, location far from old town but we had a car so it was okay. there was also a gym nearby. breakfast was nice and the lady serving breakfast was very kind. there is also a pool. the room itself was nice. Bed bugs!!! i was eaten alive as soon as i got into bed with bites all over. the wifi also did not work. the receptionist did not speak english. we also didn’t have pillow cases on the pillows for some reason. no elevator, so being on the top floor with suitcases can be a challenge.

• patchworker (10/5): - The staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We arrived very early after a sleepless night flight, and the team immediately offered us breakfast while a lovely lady swiftly prepared our room so we could rest. The 24/7 reception desk is always ready to meet special requests—we easily arranged an earlier breakfast on the morning of our day trip. Their ability to speak perfect English and Russian was also a huge plus. The rooms were spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet, peaceful area, yet still conveniently close to the beach. The neighborhood is great, too—a nice green area with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. We especially appreciated the very convenient transport connection: you can take a bus directly from the airport straight to the hotel! Thank you, team! You truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back. An exceptional stay - truly felt like home!

• Djoti (5/5): Voldoende voor kort verblijf - Moest even omschakelen van een luxe 4 sterren hotel naar dit kleine boetiekhotel. Na de eerste nacht de rest van mijn verblijf op de 3e verdieping doorgebracht en dat is verder goed verlopen. De douche werkt heel goed en het zeep heeft een aangename geur. Omgeving is gehorig. Er werd tot laat muziek gedraaid, maar ik had daar niet veel last van. Ontbijt is goed genoeg en je kan lekker buiten zitten langs het zwembad. Heerlijke chai! De ligging is gunstig. Nabij mini supermarkt, strand, bushalte en restaurants. Wifi op de kamer slecht, in de lobby werkt het wel goed. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het leukste vond ik de liefste kitten die in de straat leefde 🥰 De luchthaven vervoer is top geregeld! De kamer die ik kreeg op de 1e verdieping zat vol met gebreken. Douche water dat doorloopt naar het toilet. Toilet deksel was stuk en bleef niet omhoog staan. Scheur in het behang. Slechte gordijnen. Gat in de kamerdeur en het ergste van alles..ik kwam voor het eerst in mijn leven bed bugs tegen in het bed toen ik probeerde te slapen! Meteen gemeld bij de receptie en er werd voor die nacht een andere kamer geregeld op de 3e. Er zijn hier ook merkbare gebreken (grote gat in de vitrage en gordijnen die te klein zijn en niet goed genoeg sluiten, balkon deurhendel wat bijna helemaal loszit..) Kussen was wel te hard voor mij en ik miste een dekbed. Er is alleen een dun laken en sommige nachten zijn fris. Een upgrade zou wel op zijn plaats zijn.

• Darren (2/5): Rude Staff & Filthy Room - I had managed a hotels and worked in hospitality for 20+ years. This without doubt is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rude staff, filthy room to start with. The day I checked in I was greeted with grumpy gentleman at reception who looked at me with disgust, like why am I here bothering him. No communication, friendly welcome, instructions or info given. Silence then handed room key. Later that evening i went down to complain about bathroom. Water covered all areas of the bathroom floor. I had a quick shower as I was concerned water would go into the actual room. The other issues, could not fit in to toilet area, limescale all over bathroom. Shower head did not work as it was covered. Mould on walls , roof. Tap on sink almost falling off. When I complained I was met with… all rooms have same problem. Basically go away and stop bothering me. Next day I returned to ask why room was not cleaned. I stood at reception for 15 mins, no one around , staff member too busy on his phone , drinking coffee in dining area. Finally got his attention and was greeted with shrug of shoulders. Said we will clean. I also asked why WiFi not working. 20 mins of hugging and puffing to get this problem solved. Following day I returned from the beach in afternoon to find again room not cleaned. Went downstairs to be told again we will clean when I go out. Came back late evening to agin find out room had not been touched. There is so much more I could say…..
• Irina Bobrenko (10/5): NFK Hotel - Хороший недорогой отель с удобным расположением к морю и галечному пляжу, тихое местечко для комфортного проживания. В бассейне в зоне отдыха можно плескаться и загорать хоть целый день, бар доступен. В отдых был включён традиционный турецкий завтрак. В пешей доступности большое количество мест где можно приобрести всё необходимое в путешествии. Персонал отеля добродушный, отзывчивый и подскажет где можно отведать эксклюзивную турецкую кухню и посетить красивые места на побережье Средиземного моря. До центра города можно добраться за 30 минут, ходит много общественного транспорта, остановка в непосредственной близости. Время пролетело незаметно. :))) Рекомендуем!

• Angel (2/5): - We had reservations for 5 days and we left after 2 nights. The blankets are paper thin, are too small for the bed, and they smell like cigarettes, as do all the linens. The bathroom floods with the shower and stays flooded for 12+ hours. There's no central air, which is fine, but the air conditioner in the room blows directly on one of the beds. I was so cold, that I put my beach towel on top of the blanket so I wouldn't freeze quite as much. It was 47° c outside, too hot to turn the air conditioner off. After the first night we decided we could not stay there for 5 days so we booked another hotel at the end of the first day and checked out the following morning. Most of the staff are great, they're very kind. The woman at the front desk seems indifferent, not unkind. Just like she doesn't care if anybody stays there or not. The whole situation was unfortunate. We really wanted to love this place, it has great potential and it's really cute. But I cannot stay in a place where I'm breathing cigarette smoke, freezing, and walking through standing water every time we go to the bathroom because one of us showered in the last 12 hours. We knew we would not get a refund for The three days we were not there. It was still worth it for us to move hotels.

• Aysel (4/5): - The hotel is just okay overall. The staff is generally kind, except for the blonde receptionist who seriously lacks any sense of hospitality. The room needs renovation — the electrical outlets and bathroom fixtures are outdated, and the balcony is extremely small. We also had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper, which should be a basic service. Not the worst stay, but definitely room for improvement.

• Jérémie (8/5): - Séjour agréable, équipe au top. Tous les employés sont très sympathiques. J'enlève une étoile pour le problème de conception de la salle de bain. Comme la grille de douche n'est pas le point le plus bas de la salle de bain, et que la douche est "à l'italienne", la salle de bain est littéralement inondée en quelques secondes de douche... Puis l'eau stagne. Comme il n'y a ni raclette, ni serpillière, on va aux toilettes avec les pieds dans l'eau, même 10-15 heures après la dernière douche. Sinon, tout est OK. Facile de se garer si vous venez en voiture Note aux Français : le concept du petit déjeuner buffet n'a rien à voir avec notre façon de faire. Le buffet est une assiette servie, dans laquelle vous ne choisissez pas vos ingrédients. Mais vous pouvez demander autre chose, avec un petit supplément de prix.

• Simon (10/5): - I recently stayed at the House NFK Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff and managers were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The facility was exactly as described and met all my expectations perfectly. The location was fantastic, with local shops just a 2-minute walk away and the beach only a 5-minute stroll. The area was lovely, and the people were warm and welcoming. The hotel is ideal for guests aged 40 and above, with plenty of restaurants and bars catering to adults. Additionally, the vibrant nightlife was just a 5-minute cab ride away. There was so much to see and do that I couldn't fit it all into my 2-week stay. I would definitely go back to explore more. The healthcare centers were conveniently located around us, and the marketplace bazaar was a great experience, offering a variety of unique items and local delicacies. The hotel is also great for younger guests who are mature or need a safe place to allocate themselves in peace. The environment is calm and secure, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Overall, my stay at the House NFK Hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

• Teja (10/5): A nice holiday stay - We had an extremely positive experience with employees, especially with Hakan. He was always smiling and happy to answer all our questions. His kindness and willingness to help made our stay at the hotel even more pleasant. We would also like to compliment a young man with glasses, whose name we sadly didn't catch. He made us a delicious coffee every morning. They also have a nice swimming pool, which we didn't have a chance to use, because the beach was close. The hotel is lucky to have such employees. Maybe they should consider about renovating the bathroom.

Bathroom, its clean but if some one flash you will hear in your room but no smell! Also bit mouldy, staff clamined they will renovate toilets in Oct. 2024. Pillows and duvets need to be upgrated too! Pillows are too hard and duvet are just a hard sheets.

• Mehmet (3/5): Boutique hotel it is not !!!! - Swimming pool and surrounding public areas very clean 60 steps up stairs to bedroom, no lift, no fridge in room, but at 10pm 8 hours before we left after a 5 night stay one appeared in the room. Reception was asked 4 days earlier. On arrival room had no wardrobe only a small hanging area, unfortunately the rail to hang the coat hangers and also the actual coat hangers were missing. Informed reception that night. Nothing was done despite asking twice. Asked if we could change rooms, that didn't happen either. I stayed a total of 5 nights, the room was never cleaned, we ended up taking rubbish out ourselves. No change of towels even. In fact the only time anyone came into the room was to deliver the fridge. I honestly never pay much attention to negative comments in hotel reviews, especially in Turkey as their 5 star is another countries 2 star. However having travelled extensively in Turkey staying from 5* to 1* I have never ever stayed anywhere quite so bad. They think that if they stamp "boutique " on everything then it is extremely upmarket. Don't look at the broken cracked mirrors in bedroom and bathroom, or that the room is falling apart. No draws to put your clothes in, no wardrobe, no kettle or even a glass or plastic cup to stand your toothbrush in. The bedrooms are less than basic but at a boutique price. You know the bathroom is boutique cos it has BOUTIQUE printed in the shower glass, a broken hairdryer which needs taping up and tatty tiles. It's BOUTIQUE I tell you. The beds are lumpy and a pillow like a wet sandbag with pillowcase over the top. Had anything been done when I asked politely, I would have not been so harsh. I always give credit where it's due and honestly this is the first negative review I have ever given.
• Kevin (6/5): - Petit hôtel proche de la mer avec piscine jusqu’à ici tout vas bien pas de soucis en réservant une chambre 22m2 je m’attendais pas à mieu c’est sur , mais pas de nettoyage de la chambre entre les 2 jours de locations,de plus l’après midi lorsque nous étions absent on est venu récupérer le réfrigérateur qu’il y avait dans notre chambre sans nous donner de raison
• Yacine (9/5): Superb - They have friendly staff who always help you. walking distance to the sea. A pleasant hotel.
• Khasanov (9/5): Superb - Five minutes from the beach. The staff is welcoming, responsive to your request and very friendly. The Interiors are good, and the lobby is very cozy. Even though the breakfast isn't buffet, they try to make it a little different every morning. Plumbing system could be better in terms of the smell coming out of the bathroom when it's used in other rooms. Rooms aren't really soundproof.

• Fatma Selma (4/5): - Oda da buzdolabı ve eşyaları asmamız için bir yer yoktu. Klozetin kapağı yerinden çıkmıştı. Kahvaltı olarak çok büyük bir şey beklemeyin sadece küçük bir kahvaltı tabağı geliyor. Sanırım sezon tam açılmadığı için dikkat edilmemişti.

• Aidana (8/5): Very good - The hotel was surprisingly good for it's price. The location is close to the beach. Neighborhood is not noisy unlike most hotels in konyalti. The market, Starbucks and other coffeeshops are in 7 min walk. The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly. We were told that the cleaning is every 2 days but nobody showed up on the 3rd day. It was not nice.

• Artem (10/5): Can totally recommend the place - Clean, cozy, pleasant staff, always available at the reception, great swimming pool at the hotel's territory, flexible checkout, great location - only 5 min to the sea Everything was great, no disadvantages
• Tatyana (9/5): Close to beach, great clean pool, breakfast, exceptional value for money - Very welcoming small hotel, fantastic value for money. Communal areas and pool area are exceptionally clean. Very generous and varied Turkish breakfast. Only 10 min walk from the beach and promenade, including all the popular restaurants. 5-min taxi drive from Beach park area and aquapark. Hotel is family-run and the hosts went above and beyond in helping with our stay in Antalya. On our final day, we took taxi from the hotel to airport (very reasonable price btw) and left one of the bags in the taxi (totally our fault), after phoning the hotel, the driver came back all the way to return it, not charging us anything. We are really grateful to the hosts for making our short holiday so enjoyable. Nothing in particular.
• Iqra (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was great! The staff was really nice and location was perfect.
• Hardie (5/5): Not the best. The small room and power outage made our stay uncomfortable. - Not much. During our last evening/overnight stay, there was a power outage, so that entire night was hot, dark, and sweaty. No one at the hotel offered assistance or cared to inform us of what was happening. We had to ask for help. The young lady who worked the overnight shift was the only person who did her best to make our last nights stay comfortable. Also, there are no elevators. People need to know that.
• Leen (1/5): Bad - Good location but bad hotel The cleanliness is very bad. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days, and the room was cleaned only once at our request. The treatment of the hotel workers is bad, especially the cleaning lady. She thought we did not understand the Turkish language, and she said very bad words about us when we asked that the room be cleaned. and an important point is that the air conditioner does not work
• Maria (9/5): Good hotel for moderate price - The hotel looks fresh renovated, the staff is very friendly, everything works (WiFi, air condition, fridge). The beach is reachable by walk, the breakfest is served on request, not buffet style. The swimming pool is open again. No elevator, but staff helps with luggage.
• Aidana (4/5): - Leider passt Preis-Leistung nicht. Das Zimmer was dreckig, Tür ist Kaputt.In der Toilette lief das Wasser nicht, man müsste immer wieder aufgehen, um das Wasser auf der Toilette zu stoppen. Das Licht war schlecht, nur eine Lampe, die zweite war kaputt. Die Wände sind dreckig. Keine Toilettepapier. Als ich das beim Check-out angesprochen habe war der Besitzer sauer, dass ich es nicht gesagt habe. Ich meine warum bittet er ein Zimmer das aufgrund des schlechten Zustands nicht anmietbar ist. Im Hotel waren kaum Gäste. Das Schlimmste war die Lautstärke man hört alles von draußen und auch von den Nachbarn.

• Sergei (10/5): - Everything was amazing at the end. Very quiet location, 10 minutes to public beach. One th8ng i didn't understand: why on the earth you put wallpaper in bathroom? 😃
• Verified traveler (2/5): Unsatisfied Tourist - Room was not cleaned for 2 days, even the washroom. Basic things like glass, cup, kettle,toothpaste,drinking water bottle were missing. No phone in the room for reception, one has to walk down stairs to ask for anything. Also there was no lift and one has to carry his 2 big suitcase by stairs. On the name of breakfast they serve cucmber, tomatoes & boiled egg.

• Monica (8/5): Vacation - The hotel is placed a couple of minutes far from the beach ,about 10 min,they are restaurants in the neibourhood, people are nice,helpfull with information and transfer to the aeroport. Rooms are nice,bathroom has to be renovated,but it works anyway.The woman with the cleaning cannot english att all and you have to ask for the cleaning wich is a little weard.
