• Thomas (3/5): Vorsicht bei diesem Hotel und speziell vorsicht bei Zimmer 1 - - Zimmer insbesondere das Bad stinkt unerträglich nach Zigarettenrauch - ein anderes Zimmer wurde nicht angeboten - Klimaanlage war nicht regulierbar, man konnte sie nur ein- oder ausschalten, dementsprechend war es im Zimmer sehr kalt - Frühstück war sehr spärlich, die Messer sind sehr stumpf und zum Brötchen schneiden nicht geeignet - die Öffnungszeiten des Pools sind völlig unzureichend, er öffnet erst während des Vormittags und schließt schon wieder am Nachmittag, wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist hat man keine Chance weder vor den Frühstück oder nach der Arbeit oder dem Abendessen noch ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen - in Summe hat das Hotel definitiv keine 4 Sterne verdient, selbst bei 3 Sternen bekomme ich Bauchweh

• Delia Cirstea (10/5): - Everything was perfect. Great customer skills, very helpfull with parking and all. Altough I paid cash, the check in was so smooth and fast. The room was big and clean with a very comfy bed and plenty of pillows. I definitely recommend it! They do not have an elevator, so that could be a problem for someone with mobilities difficulties.

• Aleksa (10/5): A perfect getaway spa hotel for you and your partner in a quiet neighborhood - The staff was nice. Rooms had enough space and spa is also nice. There was enough parking outside of the hotel, yes we had to park on the street as all parking spaces were full, but that was not a problem. There were enough appliances in the rooms. I would just add bath robes to rooms.

Spa je mali, ali poseduje dovoljno sadrzaja za hotelski spa.Hotel ima i svoj parking. Malo je udaljen od centra, sto moze biti minus ukoliko ne dolazite autom ili ne volite da setate.

• Florin (6/5): Good sauna but no soundproofing - Sauna was nice and the lady at the reception was always ready to help. It is not soundproofed at all, I had trouble sleeping due to noise from the hall and other people around the hotel. The moquete did not look that good.
