• Marieme (5/5): Déçue - L’hôte m’a prêté un masque et un tuba. J’étais un peu enrhumée, elle m’a également donné des cachets. Je n’ai pas aimé le petit déjeuner, je l’ai trouvé cher pour ce que c’était. J’ai regretté de l’avoir pris à l’hôtel. Le jus d’orange « du pays » semblait avoir été coupé à l’eau. Le pain de mie, 2 tranches par personne (l’omelette était bonne par contre). Le matelas n’était pas confortable.

Очень вкусные, большие и сытные завтраки. Доброжелательный персонал. Быстрый Wi-Fi. В целом отличное соотношение цена качества. До Grande Anse пешком 30 минут или на велосипеде 10 минут. Пляжи: Grande Anse, Anse Petite, Anse Cocos - прекрасны. Чаще всего останавливались под пальмами в левой части пляжа Grande Anse. Также самостоятельно дошли до прекрасных пляжей Anse Morron и Anse Bonnet от пляжа Grande Anse за 1 час. Для этого заранее изучили маршрут на YouTube. Без предварительного изучения маршрута самостоятельно найти тропу среди камней на отдельных участках пути крайне сложно. Ежедневно вечером ходили купаться и встречать закат солнца на центральный мелкий пляж Anse La Reunion. До него пешком было идти минут 10. Останавливались в этом гостевом доме на 7 ночей.  Гостевой дом и персонал очень понравились. Рекомендуем к посещению.

Super Infrastruktur. Terrasse fehlt, aber man hat Zimmeroptionen mit Terrasse bzw. es gibt auch Zerof Self Catering Unterkünfte mit Terrasse.
• Silvia (1/5): - La posizione. Già dal check in l host si è rivelata scontrosa e sgarbata. Ci hanno accolte con un cocktail di benvenuto, ma ad ogni nostra domanda o richiesta sembrava dessimo fastidio. La biancheria riportava macchie su tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Dalla porta di accesso alla stanza potevano passare insetti, infatti c’erano scarafaggi e ragni che giravano per la stanza. La sera in cui siamo arrivate il tubo del lavandino si è rotto e l’assistenza da parte della struttura è stata alquanto PESSIMA!!!!! Abbiamo chiesto ripetute volte aiuto è un eventuale cambio stanza perché il bagno era allagato, ci è stato fornito soltanto un secchio e nessun asciugamano per tamponare la situazione . Solo dopo diverse richieste, un’ora dopo ci hanno fornito due asciugamani e dato la buona notte. Pessima esperienza che non consigliamo a nessuno!!!!!

Would answer questions quickly We liked everything but think hospitality would improve even more when some tips are given for what to do on the island as well as more choices when renting a bike, cause the bikes were a bit uncomfortable and the guy delivering them a bit unclear.

В комнате есть всё, что нужно, .дом в середине острова, очень удобное расположение, на велобайках катались по всему острову. Хозяева очень дружелюбные и заботливые, рекомендовали экскурсии, пляжи, я и сын в восторге от острова и гестхауса. Однозначно рекомендую отель Нет такого

• FABRIZIO (9/5): La Digue è un paradiso terrestre. - Camera spaziosa e pulita. Il ristorante è di livello più che buono. Vicino ci sono take away buoni. Buona risposta alla richiesta di supporto per le attività in loco. La posizione richiede una bicicletta per spostarsi. Da valutare se non convenga stare più vicino al entro per spostarsi più frequentemente a piedi. Le strade non sono molto illuminate, necessarie mini torce per evitare inconvenienti.

Molto vicino a Grande Anse e Anse Source D'Argent. C'è un takeaway poco prima verso il paese che è formidabile e si raggiunge in un attimo. La colazione che prepara la signora è ottima e davvero abbondante (frullato fresco, caffe, te, uova, banana bread, piatto di frutta fresca e anche pane caldo con burro e marmellata), insomma quasi un pranzo, vale la pena includerla nella prenotazione. Le bici possono essere noleggiate direttamente presso la struttura. È molto bello e verde e silenzioso, grandissimi gli spazi La stanza è grande, una bella doccia calda, aria condizionata, acqua nel frigo.

The staff was supportive and kind enough to arrange a pick and drop for us at a nominal price. The facilities could have been a bit better. • Dennis (6/5): Goedkoper hotel moet minder luxe betekenen, geen vlekken en rugpijn. - De dame die er werkte was vriendelijk en werkte hard. - Er zaten elke keer nieuwe vlekken in het bed. Ook als ze verschoond waren zagen we er na weer andere vlekken. - Bij het inchecken zei de receptie dat we recht hadden op ontbijt. Daarop antwoorde ik dat ik dat niet geboekt had, waarop ze antwoorde van wel. Volgende ochtend schoten we dus maar aan bij het ontbijt, waarbij de dame ons toeriep door de hele zaal dat wij bij het inchecken zeiden dat we ontbijt hadden ondanks dat we er geen recht op hebben. Terwijl juist zij zelf ons vertelde dat wij het hadden, ondanks ons ontkennen. Vervelende situatie. -De bedden waren echt desastreus. Er was geen onderscheid te maken tussen vloer en bed qua hardheid. De 3 slechtste nachten uit ons bestaan gehad. Een goedkoper hotel hoeft geen hernia te betekenen.
• Maartje van der Heijden (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf op een prachtig eiland - Ligging is perfect, aan de rand van het dorp maar alles op loop/fiets afstand aan een rustige weg midden in de natuur. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Communiceren goed, als je iets wilt (bijvoorbeeld fiets huren, is het binnen no time geregeld). Er is een klein winkeltje en je kan elke dag bij Zerof eten als je dat wilt. Goede take away en restaurant. Het is niet super luxe, maar goede kwaliteit voor de prijs die je betaald.
• Niklas (4/5): - Die Unterkunft ist ca 25 min fussläufig vom Hafen entfernt. Der Fahrradverleih direkt an der Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen, am Hafen gibt es deutlich besser ausgestattete Räder. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und die Betten sind fürchterlich hart, man spürt die Metallfedern in den Matratzen. Am letzten Tag hatten wir leider Kakerlaken im Badezimmer.
• Keera (2/5): Very poor - I stayed at Zerof Guest House for 2 nights and was quite disappointed with the experience. Firstly, no complimentary water bottles were provided in the room, which is basic hospitality. When we wanted to enjoy lunch in our room, we were told it wasn’t allowed — something I’ve never experienced at any other hotel. The staff also didn’t seem welcoming or friendly during our stay. Overall, the service felt rigid and unaccommodating. The location is decent, but the hospitality needs serious improvement.

• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - From the moment we arrived, we were made very welcome including a free complimentary drink and assistance getting our bags to our room. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed and that we had the best time possible. The breakfasts we had every morning included fresh local fruits, fresh fruit juice, toast, eggs and tea or coffee. The restaurant and take away were very popular to all who were visiting the island and the food was lovely. The accommodation offered all that you needed and the rooms were cleaned every day. The icing on the cake were the staff, this is a family run business, they were always happy and willing to talk to you and assist in any way they could. In summary a great guest house that i would highly recommend to all. Nothing

• LP (10/5): Tres bien je conseille !! - Tres grande chambre 1 lit double et 1 lit simple avec moustiquaire. Frigo bouilloire petit coffre fort, seche cheveu, clim, wifi, menage fait tous les jours. Restaurant juste a cote , service de navette taxi et location de velo qui viennent vous les livrer ssur place. Je conseille vivement !un peu loin du centre mais meme a pied ca se fait .

• Chaker (9/5): Great service - The kindness and genuinity of the hostesses is what stands out Also there were some dirt marks to be seen on the blankets which immediately got taken care of by the cleaners when we let them know about it. Great service if something has to be taken care of. Food was also great at the restaurant for a really good price, you should try it out.
• Dawn (9/5): Lovely Guest House with wonderful staff and delicious food! - It was very clean and the staff were exceptional. Each and every one was so helpful and friendly, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and provide us with great memories, full of really helpful advice. They helped us hire bikes and were able to organise a transfer for our early morning ferry, for a reasonable price. The rooms were lovely and very well air conditioned. The location was great for us as it was a mid point on the island, so we never had too long a cycle/ride to get anywhere. The Creole buffet at their restaurant was absolutely delicious, as were the breakfasts every morning, and the take away onsite as well. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

• Fil6 (9/5): Great experience - My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Zerof. The staff is very nice, we enjoyed a great breakfast every morning, and the room was very clean without any disturbing noise. The restaurant, the take-away and the little shop are also great plus for this guesthouse. To fully enjoy the island from this guesthouse I recommend to rent a bike and to take the transfer service from the port if you have some luggages with you.
• Fatima (9/5): Overall I loved this hotel..its not a guesthouse, has a little shop,takeaway etc and is just perfect - The Breakfast was one of the Best ones we had..Waitress served us kindly and everything was so well presented and so tasty..from the lovely fresh,juice,fruit eggs,toast and the huge slices of fresh warm vanilla cake,made this a memorable breakfast..Even though we took a room with no window,the lovely long passage and door with the varenda and washing drying rack was perfect to sit at,bicycle stand and outside shower with the little wooden sitting place was just so lovely..Shana was very helpful and the waitress too even made sure transport was on its way..that was kind of her. The Dinner just took too long..we went at 7:30pm and by 9pm.. I got up to go and pay as we had waited quite a while for service..the fish and chips were tasty..maybe some bread rolls and butter instead of the crispy snacks.. cleaning lady even put extra dry mat as our shower needed a curtain..Gentleman in restaurant also very kind with trying to help with any questions..

• Dominik (10/5): A great stay with a perfect location, excellent service, and minor issues with the bike rental. - Our stay at Zerof Guest House was overall fantastic! We especially loved the perfect location: a supermarket was conveniently located right below the apartment, and there was also a fantastic takeaway restaurant on-site offering delicious meals. The deluxe room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was also excellent – varied and always freshly prepared. A special highlight was the free early check-in and late check-out, which gave us a lot of flexibility and made our stay even more enjoyable. One point that disappointed us was the bike rental. We were offered the same bikes as our neighbors but for 50 SCR more per bike. This felt unfair and frustrating, leaving a small blemish on an otherwise great experience. (150 per Bike/Day)
