Buona anche la dotazione di asciugamani, che vengono sostituiti o integrati ogni giorno dal personale addetto. la mattina della partenza (secondo giorno) l'acqua era FREDDA !!! Aspetto piuttosto importante, e considerando che non c'è presenza di personale di reception, non è stato possibile segnalarlo nel momento del disagio !!

No me gustó la ubicación, la calle está bastante sucia, está desierta por la noche y no transmite seguridad. Y el desayuno se toma en otro sitio,no en el alojamiento. Solo podemos tomar 1 sumo,1 café y 1 croissant dulce,sin mencionar que la dueña es extremadamente desagradable.

• GONG (1/5): Avoid this place unless you are prepared for serious safety concerns, misleading information, poor f - This was an extremely disappointing and unsettling stay. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience went far beyond what is acceptable. First of all, the hotel entrance is almost impossible to find. There is no clear signage—only a worn, broken-looking wooden door. For first-time visitors, it is nearly impossible to locate. Even worse, reaching the hotel requires walking through a narrow, dirty alley filled with the smell of urine and trash, with homeless individuals lingering nearby. I personally witnessed local police searching and questioning people in that area. This environment is not only unpleasant but raises serious safety concerns. The fact that the Booking page does not show any photos of the actual entrance feels like a deliberate omission of important information. The room conditions were equally unacceptable. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable—only standing next to the bedroom door allowed a weak connection. Lying in bed, there was no signal at all. Even worse, the mobile phone reception inside the room was extremely poor. Calls and mobile data barely worked, which essentially left me without reliable communication. This is basic infrastructure that any accommodation should provide. The so-called “breakfast included” was also misleading. Guests are required to walk to a nearby café with very limited seating. The breakfast consisted of only one croissant, one coffee, and a juice-like drink. When I asked if I could have an additional croissant, I was told I had to pay extra. Labeling this as “breakfast included” feels deceptive. The lobby was almost always unattended, and the management felt disorganized. Although there is a kitchen on the property, guests are not allowed to use it. I received a warning simply for boiling water. There were no basic amenities provided in the room, yet even minimal self-service was restricted. This attitude toward guests is difficult to understand. • Veronika (7/5): - Ubytování je v dobré lokalitě, přímo u nádraží Termini, dobrá dostupnost do centra a zároveň je v okolí spousta restaurací a obchodů Mile mě překvapil každodenní úklid, to mě u tohoto typu ubytování ani nenapadlo. Vybavení pokoje je postarší, ale pro přespání úplně dostačující.

• Alexandr (10/5): - Good location. It’s near the train station, which made it an easy commute from the airport. Neighborhood might be sketchy sometimes, but we barely spent any time in or near the hotel, so good choice for spending night/nights. Bathroom was not cleaned perfectly.

Location was good however for some reason that street was full of questionable people at all times so not very safe, however if you walk over to next street is absolutely fine. Daily service of the room is definitely a plus however the person who did it came in twice without knocking when I was still asleep, unacceptable of not knocking when people are clearly on holiday and don't have to up at 7am. Room was quite clean however bathroom had mould on the walls above the shower. Overall I wish I did more research and chosen a hotel and not this b&b.

A lépcsőház lepusztult,a szállás ajtaján belépve az első amit a férfi kért hogy fizessük ki a foglalást,ami nekünk érthetetlen volt,ezt az eddigi foglalásainknál nem így történt . Kifizettük végül, számlát nem kaptunk,és azóta se kaptunk,hiába jeleztem az email váltáson keresztül. A szoba viszonylag tűrhető,a fürdőszoba tiszta volt.Egy pokrócot kaptunk,utólag hozták még egyet,ami nagyon koszos volt. A szoba ablaka az utcára nyílt,ami az alatt zajló "élet" miatt bezárt állapotban is hangos volt. A légkondicionáló távírányítójában az elem bele volt rohadva A távozásnál senki nem volt jelen Az egész olyan elhanyagolt,csak pénzszerzés céljából fenntartottak tűnt . A környéket a leírásban jelezni kellene a háztömb kifejezetten Harlemi ,tele lődörgő,piáló ,nagyhangú szinesbőrüekkel. Kifejezetten olyanok vegyenek ki itt szobát akik imádják az ilyen borzongást. Befizetett reggelink volt,kaptunk egy croissant, cappuccinot,narancs levet,amit kb tíz perces gyaloglással egy kis falartozóban fogyaszthattunk el,miután a férfi aki kifizettette velünk előre az egészet,átadott egy kis névjegykártyát,amin rajta volt hol is reggelizhetünk,nagy kegyesen megengedte hogy lefényképezzük,így tudtuk bizonyítani hogy jár ez a reggeli ...Ezt bárhol el lehet fogyasztani,nem érdemes reggelit kérni. Ezt a szállást nem ajánlanám senkinek.

• Andrea (6/5): Luogo malfamato e puzza fuori e dentro il palazzo - La posizione (di fianco alla Stazione di Termini e il personale, disponibile) La zona “malfamata” appena fuori con un forte odore di urina (avevo timore di uscire la sera), la puzza che si sente appena entrato nelle scale del palazzo e la mediocrità della parte “comune” della casa, appena entrato, dove c’è la reception… Sicuramente non tornerò e non vale il prezzo pagato. Aggiungo che il portone del Palazzo aveva la serratura scassinata.

• Andrei (3/5): Dezamagitor!!! - A fost curat si atat! Paturi comode, baie curata, asternuturi curate, prosoape curate. Aer conditionat in camera. Toto ce tine strict de camera a fost ok. Nu am nimic de reprosat in legatura cuc uratenia! Nu este realitatea cu pozele ce nu tine de camera, micul dejun nu exista decat la un bar la 3 strazi distanta unde cafeaua este orice da nu cafea, croasantele cred ca sut de o saptaman in vitrina aia. Amplasarea este execrabila, este bucatarie cu aragaz nefunctional pe aparatul de cafea scrie nu atingeti. Pozele ce se vad in anunt de pe geam sunt facut la misto, nu poti dechide geamul sa aerisesti ca pute, in curtea interioara proveliste sunt gunoiele. Afara pe strada noaptea nu am avut curaj sa ies. Per total in afara de curatenie in camera nu recomand aceasta cazare. Maxim 25 euro pe noapte merita asa cazare!
• Alicia (9/5): Un lugar para descansar excelente - Me gustó el lugar muy bueno. Hay que tener en cuenta que elegí un lugar para descansar bien y bañarme y eso fue excelente. La cama muy bien. El baño muy bien. Es un lugar.... No para disfrutar de un hotel, para eso reservo un only en otro lugar. Afuera la calle, el edificio. y el desayuno no es en el lugar. Pero es un desayuno básico y bien.

El lugar en si ,exterior ,pero considero que es cuestiones de gobierno ,y de tiempo atrás ,todo exterior muy sucio,incluso con basuras y desperdicios ,los suburbios de Termini,,,y el corredor externo muy impresionante,,,un impacto muy cosmopolita,popular afro-asiatico,no parecía estar en Roma...!!!! El local no está en buen lugar !!!,y aún así hay que pagar ( impuesto diario de 6€ por persona ) ,,,en general no es buen sitio .

• Stephan (1/5): The worst place to stay - The room was the only thing nice The hole b&B there was no staff had wait 30min to get in the building was like going in to a prison the street out side was lined with undesirables and was not safe to go out in the evening there was no breakfast in the place as discretion said had to go 7min walk to get it which was not worth it no tea or coffee in the room as discretion had to contact the owner 3 times but never go back to me would not recommend this place even to keep an animal in

From inside the rooms, it looks surprising that is new and clean bec the stairs and the main door downstairs is very dirty. The stairs and the building itself looks dilapidated and the neigborhood looks like from the ghetto.

• Peta (1/5): Do NOT stay here! - Room was clean. • Poor location • Unsafe surroundings, men shouting, drinking, and smoking as soon as you walk out the front door, forced to walk between them as it is a fenced pathway about a metre wide • Horrible customer service • We were unable to complete our stay here and hosts refused refund after telling us in person that we should pursue one • Chemical smell inside, urine and marijuana smell as soon as you leave • Not suitable for families and couples • We left before seeing what the included breakfast was, however we were told it was a 10 minute walk away • No receptionist, they live on a different property a walk away, and it is incredibly difficult to contact them, they will not reply in a timely manner on booking.com and it’s up to chance if they will be at their property if you walk to go speak to them • Room was dark, with a small window that has a view of hundreds of cigarette butts and other rubbish

• Janeene (5/5): Wouldn’t recommend. Very clean and the housekeeper was lovely but the flaws overroad the good. - When advertised as a B&B, we shouldn’t have to walk 9mins to a local Cafe for breakfast, that only consisted of fake OJ, coffee and a croissant. In an easily accessible area but a bit in the seedy side at night. Didn’t feel very safe at all. The water pressure was shocking in the shower. Beautiful bathroom but shame one had to “run around” under the showers to get wet. Also charged us an extra $41 on top of what we had pd upfront. It was supposed to have been pd in full prior to our arrival according to Bookings. Couldn’t turn the heating down so room quite hot overnight.

• Zvoncica (7/5): It was ok, just what you need for a few nights at a reasonable price - The location of the accommodation was next to the main train station and it is not far to walk from there to Colosseo or Fontana di Trevi - we walked everywhere. Farthest is Vatican, but we walked there too - it takes you around one hour. Breakfast is good, in the bar few blocks away. The room had everything we needed for few nights - a clean shower, comfortable bed, wardrobe and a desk. We arrived earlier but were able to check-in which was amazing, because we could freshen up and had the whole day to explore the city. You could see that the room is cleaned everyday. The room is quite dark - there is little natural light coming through the window and the lamps don't give that much light. Our last night there were some other guests that were loud - banging the doors, bumping and slaming with something, walking back and forth in the B&B, walking out and coming in - each time opening and closing the front door really loudly. Someone was ringing the doorbell about four times at 23h (11PM). This went on for about an hour or so and we couldn't sleep. It would have been even ok if it wasn't our last night and we had an early flight so we needed a good night's sleep. And this was from cca 22.30 (10.30PM) till midnight.

• Barbara (1/5): Bad - Nothing. The location is not really impressive, there are a lot of rubbish everywhere. You had to pay for the tax right after arrival. At the accomodation there were no sign for the phones. The water pressure was really low and no hot water at all, but we were not able to contact anyone because noone was at the reception. We decided to search for another accomodation. The next day we went back, because we were not able to gave back the keys the previous night. We asked for some refund, but get back nothing. I totally not recommend this place.
• Dawn (9/5): Loved our stay in this location. Great city; great hosts. - The room was very well laid out, neat, clean and tidy. Shower and bathroom area was very comfortable and well lit. Room was equipped with A/C or heat as required. Lots of room for clothes and writing or computer space. Rooms are located close to the Termini which suited us well as we find Italian train service to be as fast or faster and a bit more convenient than aircraft. Breakfast is in the restaurant owned by the hosts. The breakfasts were really good - more than enough to keep us going through the day of sightseeing/shopping. Everyone we met in the restaurant was more than pleased with the reception provided by our hosts and the breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet - a good deal!! Very hard to think of anything we did not like. location is great; staff is great; attention to room cleanliness is great. Easy to walk to so many attractions.
• Dawn (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - looking forward to returning. - Room was clean and tidy. Shower was most appreciated after a long flight. We planned on using trains to continue our travels through Italy, so the closeness to the Termini was very much appreciated. We also like to walk throughout Rome, so Santa Maria Maggiore, Trevi, the Forum and other areas in central Rome were in range. Federica and Farhad are really good hosts. They made sure nothing was missing during our stay with them. Amazing! Breakfast was served at the owners' Bistro which is about a 5 minute walk away. Cappuccinos were great as were the croissants and other breakfast items. Everything fresh and tasty. At the time of our arrival, the building elevator was not working so there were a few stairs to climb. In older buildings this is probably unpredictable. Federica and other tenants in the building reported the issue so I expect that it is has been fixed.
