- Julia (6/5): - Die Lage des Turms ist toll. Zu Fuß kann man die Stadt wunderbar besichtigen und es gibt direkt gegenüber des Turms einen großen Parkplatz, an dem das Auto abgestellt werden kann (11€/Nacht). Der Turm sieht sehr schön aus und auch das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Apartment im zweiten Stock mit zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Die Zimmer konnten gut durchgelüftet werden, waren hell und am Abend angenehm warm eingeheizt. Das Badezimmer ist geschmackvoll modernisiert. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Für uns war es ein tolles Erlebnis in dem Turm zu übernachten. Alle wichtigen Informationen zum Check in bekamen wir im Vorhinein durch eine Nachricht mitgeteilt. Alles hat super funktioniert! Leider sieht man im Badezimmer oben an der Decke Schimmelflecken. Diese sollten unbedingt behandelt werden.

- DENIS (10/5): - Невероятный отель. Стоит своих денег. Все очень классно! Пожить в исторической башне это невероятные эмоции. И нам и детям все очень понравилось. Тепло. Уютно. Все работает. Нет минусов. Разве что немного матрасы продавлены.

- Szabo (7/5): - A szállás hangulatos, történelmi miliő. Egyedi érzés. Nagyméretű szobák, minőségi ágynemű. Még játékok is voltak, ezzel is gondolva a gyerekekre, családra. A fürdőszoba volt a kedvenc😀 A sok légy kiűzése napi szinten bosszantó volt. A régi fa ajtók nagyon koszosak! Kicsi az asztal, kényelmetlen volt az ott étkezés. Nagyon hiányzott egy kis konyhasarok. A fürdőszobában kellett elmosni a tányért, poharat, ha használtuk.

- Robert (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem historischen Gebäude - Wir haben nach den Weihnachtstagen einen viertägigen Kurztripp über Budweis, Brünn und Krumlov unternommen. Nach den schönen klassischen Hotels in Budweis und Brünn war die letzte Übernachtung im charmanten Krumlov Tower noch einmal ein absoluter Höhepunkt der Reise. Anreise und Parken war einfach, die Lage sehr gut. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl, trotz kalter Aussentemperaturen war alles mollig warm. Die Betten waren top und auch das Badezimmer eine perfekte Mischung aus modern und rustikal. Im Nachinein sind wir sehr froh, kein "normales" Hotel gebucht zu haben. Eine Übernachtung in einem 500 Jahre alten Turm erlebt man halt nur selten. Nichts.

Geradw zur Weihnachtszeit sehr traurig wegen halbherziger Weihnachtsdekoration - obwohl die Unterkunft absolutes Potenzial dazu hätte (Lichterkette nur vom EG in den 1 Stock, Christbaum vor der Türe mit nur 1 funktionierenden Lichterkette). Bett eine absolute Katastrophe - nur beim umdrehen müssen alle im Turm wach gewesen sein. Türstopper im Bad wäre von Vorteil um nicht die Glasscheibe zu beschädigen, nur 1 funktionierendes Licht im Bad. Schade auch dass die Möglichkeit des Frühstückskorbes nicht mehr angeboten wird (Empfehlung des Unterkunftsgebers - vorab reservieren!!!)
- horst (7/5): Besondere Location - Das historische Bauwerk. Parkplatz ist vis a vis und leicht zu finden. Der check in über Schlüsselbox problemlos. Brauerei ist vis a vis , das Zentrum rasch tz erreichen. das in den Rezesionen vielgelobte Frühstück im Korb ist möglicherweise nur saisonal zu bekommen oder ich habe es bei der Buchung übersehen. In einem Raum waren extrem viele Fliegen, ein Klebestreifen würde Abhilfe schaffen. Besonders sauber war die Unterkunft nicht. Der relativ hohe Preis resultiert vermutlich aus der einzigartigen Location

Die Begründung war, dass das Cafe immer monatsweise abrechnet, obwohl uns kurz vorher gesagt wurde, dass das Cafe eine Ausnahme war, weil wir eigentlich einen Frühstückskorb bestellt hatten…

- Sendrea (9/5): Beautiful property and very convenient location. I wish we had time to stay multiple nights. - Amazing breakfast from the local cafe that the host kindly made arrangements for us. Location of the property was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, attractions and shopping. Unique and one of a kind experience for us all. I would most definitely recommend for both couples and family. Narrow stairs but not a deal breaker at all. We left our big and heavy luggage's in the trunk of our car and took backpacks and a carryon in our room on the second floor.

- Clare (9/5): A great experience and lovely hosts, thanks for a lovely stay. - The location was just a short walk to the old town so it was a simple stroll for dinner and drinks each evening. The communication with hosts was excellent and getting into the property was easy with a lock box. The breakfast basket was ample, fresh, yummy and different each morning. When we asked for a earlier delivery time it was no worries. It was a great experience to stay in a historic tower and our two sons loved it. The mattresses were unfortunately just high density foam so not overly supportive/comfortable.

It was clean and facilities were adequate Lack of pillows on the bed, a condom instead of a chocolate, no English breakfast tea, only fruit teas. The 250 in credit at cafe did not cover a reasonable breakfast. Lacked any live or caring from the owners usually seen in airbnb.
- leanne_crump (6/5): Not recommended - The first place I have ever stayed when instead of a chocolate on the pillow there was an out of date condom! It felt like the place lacked love that is usually seen in airbnb. There was a bottle of warm Brut on the counter and the fridge was off and empty . There was no black tea only fruit teas. There were no pillows on the bed just two cushions. Yes it’s a quirky unusual place to stay and full of character but the condom made it feel seedy. No warm touches for an expensive night.

- Raymond (10/5): A very memorable, unique and pleasant experience staying here! - Very unique historic structure but with modern conveniences. If you like this kind of experience, you should definitely stay here. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which is two flights of narrow winding steps up given the historic authenticity of the structure which I appreciate. I can’t comment on the other rooms but assume they have a similar feel. The breakfast basket was generous in proportion but mostly loafs of bread that we ended up not eating.

- alexk471 (10/5): 5 days in krumlov tower - We found this place in booking. This is a real castelbtower. In the room you have a coffee machine. Our room was not so big but comfortable. This is two bed rooms. The owner was helpfull and ready to help. The lokation is good. Parking is in front of the hotel. The castle is only 15 minutes by foot. Very otentic place

Our room was cozy and took us back to medieval times, yet at the same time well appointed, we loved the barrel sink in the bathroom. The breakfast basket was fantastic and the welcoming bottle of champagne was a lovely touch!

- lisabY7173VI (10/5): Excellent stay in a charming, unique Tower! - We really enjoyed staying in this unqiue and well-appointed medieval tower. We stayed in the first floor and had convenient, inexpensive parking across the road. Loved the charm of the room and it was warm and comfortable for sleeping. It's an easy, short walk to the castle and all the shops and restaurants in the town. It was nice to be slightly outside the throngs of tourists. The most delightful part was the amazing breakfast basket left outside our door! What a feast! We appreciated the bounty very much.

I asked for this to be rectified but it wasn’t. We couldn’t use the over head shower. Please put in some decent pillows.
- Alex (10/5): Unbelievably Positive Experience! - Wow! This place was unbelievable! What a remarkable experience to stay in this tower. The hosts were amazing and communicated well. Lots of information in the rooms. Each room was spacious. The breakfast was wonderful - so much in a basket and so fresh! I would highly recommend you enjoy a night or two here if you can. Even has a little courtyard that lights up at night to enjoy your breakfast or some drinks.

It's great to sit in the outside whilst having breakfast 👍🙂🙂 I have been here twice once on the ground floor and this time on the top floor. Both were great 👍 Maybe the towels could be a little softer?

- Denys (6/5): Pleasant - It is quaint and historical and close To the town centre. The basin in the bathroom didn’t empty properly. The lightbulb above the bed had failed. There was no way to turn the lights off in the bed area. The breakfast was good but there was no butter or milk. Perhaps this is normal in Czechia. And as there was nobody around we couldn’t deal with these issues.

- Dieter (4/5): Disappointing - Nice from outside, nice location The room in the basement looks far nice on Fotos than in reality. Windows are in fact super tiny, so almost no sunlight and dark. Even though it's useful in summer it is cold and has a bit of the feeling of a basement, which is obvious with little fresh air, basement, old thick walls and no sunlight. Considering the price it is not worth the money unfortunately.

- Danielle (6/5): Incredible facility but service and responsiveness lacking - The positives are that the facility is unique and special (an actual medieval-type tower). The room was lovely and very appealing in its layout, and the basket breakfast that was left our door in the morning was generous. The problem is that the owner/manager was completely inaccessible throughout duration of our stay and no staff work on site; multiple notes sent via the Booking app with nor response. We requested linens for the sofabed (advertised as a bed), but none were provided. Shower overflowed because drain clogged in the morning -- no response. We were left to fend for ourselves. It definitely took the delight out of the experience for us in what otherwise could have been a magical and memorable hotel stay. See above: lack of responsiveness from off-site owner with no onsite staff to provide backup or support for assistance. Overall, the price felt quite high, particularly considering that we as guests were left to fend for ourselves with problems like shower overflowing. (This cannot have been the first time it happened -- we took short showers, but the basin nevertheless filled up very quickly suggesting that the problem preceded us.)

- william (6/5): - Property was a nice experience with its medieval feel and location. Place was quite clean and nicely decorated. The issue we had, there was very little hot water for showers and the shower drain flooded within a few minutes. Only 1 out of 4 family members could have a warm shower. This has been an issue before based on a prior review and it continues to be an issue, unfortunately.
- Nanxi (7/5): Good - It’s interesting to live in a tower. It’s a new experience for us. And there are antique furnitures with a booklet detailing their history. And the breakfast is fantastic, delivered in a basket. There are so many flies in the bathroom and bedrooms. It took some time for the heaters to warm up but fortunately it’s hot enough. The bathroom window opens right to the street and we feel less secure whenever using the bathroom.

The location is wonderful with a view out to the river. It is also convenient with loads of eating options. We had breakfast included which was served at the door sharp at 8 am.

- Susan (8/5): - It is a cool little tower. It was hard to reach the property owners though. We had an unexpected later arrival and Expedia could not reach them to notify them. I heard later from the owners that they had difficulty reaching out to us ( foreign phone and access) Fortunately, we were able to find some people who lived in the community who were able to reach out. To the owners on our behalf to help us get the pass code on how to get into that room …We were going to have to sleep in our car… Expedia needs to be more proactive with reaching the customer directly via phone and helping us navigate through urgent situation’s.
- Jane (10/5): Great visit n Ceske Krumlov - The Tower is the perfect property to stay overnight in such a beautiful town as Krumlov. Great directions to the property and easy check-in. We arrived by car and there was parking available across the street from the tower(11euros/night). The Tower is in a nice location within easy walking distance to the castle and middle of town. A delicious breakfast was delivered in the morning. It was a little cramped for four adults to eat inside , but if the weather had been better we would have taken advantage of the outdoor tables. Highly recommend the Tower for a unique stay.
- Achanart (8/5): Interesting place, nice breakfast and good location - Just finished 2 nights in the Archivist Room. Pros - interesting place, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and shower. The breakfast was more than we expected and we turned it into lunch for the bus ride to Prague. Cons - major lack of attention to detail. Coffee pods but no sugar or creamer available. Lack of toilet paper - they oddly delivered a large roll of paper towels when we asked for more TP and insisted that the paper towels would be fine. Extra pillows in the cupboard but no extra pillow cases. Light in the bedroom with a burned out light bulb. A couch/futon that immediately slumps when you sit on it. They have tried to fix this with string behind the couch, but that doesn't work. Get rid of the futon and get a new couch. Bedroom door does not stay open - supply a door stop (my wife brought one from home). The hedge on the way to the entrance to building is overgrown and you can not walk by with your luggage without getting wet. Overall a nice place with a lot of potential, but someone needs to really walk through the place and give it some attention and thought on how to give the guests a better experience.

- Guy (9/5): Great location in an old building you usually only can imagine - Everything was great. The location and building was wonderful. Breakfast was all vegan as we requested including wonderful fresh donuts ! Thank you for this effort. There is a construction site next to the tower and this makes a lot of noise from an early hour of the morning. The refrigerator is small and a minibar like This means also that there is no freezer.

Very charming space with nice decor and extras like a table and chairs, couch, games. The location was quiet (we had no bar noise) and very walkable into the oldest parts of town. We saw another family enjoying their delivered breakfast and wish we had done that- they used the patio and it looked very festive and lovely. We kept our room cool by closing the windows during the day and opening them at night to get a little cross breeze.

- Takako (7/5): Good - The pillow was comfortable and I slept well There were no fruits and vegetables at breakfast. Our room was on the 0th floor and the noise from other guests coming through the lobby was loud.

- Melissa (8/5): Really neat space. - It’s very cool and nicely set up. The breakfast was wonderful. The bathroom was especially nicely done. The parking was nearby. Our room had ants. Like in the bed. We ended up sleeping on the futon. The owner was responsive and this is the sort of thing that’s hard to avoid I know, but it wasn’t fun.
- Dennis (7/5): Beautiful, clean, unique, but not quiet. - The location and rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! Construction began at 5:30 am. We woke up at 5:30am to jackhammering that didn’t stop until we left at 9:30 am. There is no A/C so we couldn’t just close the windows. Once the construction project ends, this place will be a gem to visit!

- Brauchler (8/5): Great place … very memorable…however can be noisy. - Very unique…. There is a wooden bridge that is close by.. when cars travel over it, the loose boards make a lot of noise. Also, there is no air conditioning.. so you are forced to have the windows open which allows the noise from the wooden bridge to enter.

- Trish (8/5): Unique stay - Loved the location and the outdoor area, and the uniqueness of it. The bed, linen, doonas and pillows need updating. I would have given it a 10 but this really let our visit down. A comfy bed with nice bedding is very important. Also, a suggestion of a luggage stand in the back room in the knights room would be great to put a suitcase on.
- Jonfeld (10/5): A fun and wonderful option when in Cesky - Staying in a historic tower was a very fun experience. We stayed in the Knight's Room on the ground floor. The room was very modern and well designed. The picnic breakfast was fantastic and plenty of food. The location is great as it's an easy walk to the historic center. Paid parking across the street was easy and no problem. It was great nothing to complain about

- Bonnie (6/5): A few improvements could make the tower an outstanding experience. - Location was very nice. Tower was atmospheric. Breakfast was uninspired with too many things. Could use better beverages. Need shades in both bedrooms and bathroom. Need a proper bottom sheet on large bed. (It was a polyester pad.) the duvet was too short. Futon coach was difficult to sit on.

- Iryna (10/5): Super cool location. Close to the historical center. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. - Very stylish and spacious room. 2 separate rooms, where everything is enough. Wonderful breakfast. Very attentive staff to every detail. I heartily recommend!!!
